Claims (17)
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique comprenant une enveloppe (2) dans laquelle se trouve un système cinématique servant à actionner le déplacement d'un loquet principal (3) à travers le déplacement d'une barre horizontale mobile de la poignée, caractérisé en ce que ledit système cinématique est composé de différents éléments de commande comprenant une première came (7) pouvant tourner autour d'un second axe principal (5) et mise en rotation par ladite barre horizontale, au moins un organe à fourche (6) actionné par ladite came (7) et l'au moins un loquet principal (3) actionné par ledit organe à fourche (6), ledit organe à fourche (6) et ledit loquet principal (3) pouvant tourner autour d'un premier axe principal (4), ladite came ayant son axe d'articulation disposé perpendiculairement au dit élément à fourche (7) et au dit loquet principal (3) et en-dessous de ces derniers (7, 3), lesdits premier et second axes principaux (4, 5) étant disposés au moins en partie à l'intérieur de l'espace défini par la forme d'au moins ledit organe à fourche (6).
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments de commande interagissent réciproquement à travers des zones de contact, substantiellement sans friction.
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un levier (10) mis en rotation par la prise disposée sur le châssis sur le côté opposé à ladite poignée, ledit levier (10) étant apte à commander le déplacement dudit organe à fourche (6).
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite première came (7) et ledit organe à fourche (6) sont spéculaires par rapport à leurs propres axes.
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens réversibles automatiques pour une utilisation aussi bien pour gauchers que pour droitiers.
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un premier et un second moyen d'arrêt pour chacun des déplacements de la barre mobile dans les deux directions.
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit loquet principal (3) possède un mécanisme à verrouillage automatique contenu entièrement en son sein.
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des éléments de support (41) destinés aux arbres de commande (23) des loquets supérieur et inférieur chacun étant directement commandé par une seconde came présente sur ledit élément à fourche (6).
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de support (41) comprend un moyen de liaison automatique servant à mettre en prise chacun desdits arbres.
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite came (7) possède une configuration substantiellement en forme d'ancrage avec les deux extrémités (18, 19) agissant respectivement sur la traverse de liaison (20) des branches respectives (12) dudit élément à fourche (6).
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe à fourche (6) possède dans ladite traverse (20) un siège de logement (21) destiné au loquet (3) permettant la rotation libre dudit loquet (3) par rapport au dit élément à fourche (6) le long d'une première direction et la traction dudit loquet (3) avec ledit élément à fourche (6) lors de la rotation de celui-ci.
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon au moins les revendications 3 et 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier (10) agit alternativement sur lesdites branches (12) dudit élément à fourche (6) pour le déplacement de celui-ci indépendamment du réglage de ladite came (7).
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon au moins la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément à fourche (6) comprend un arbre (23) situé entre lesdites branches (12) apte à se mettre en prise avec ledit mécanisme à verrouillage automatique destiné au dégagement de celui-ci.
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon au moins la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens réversibles automatiques comprennent deux fentes (15) disposées sur ladite enveloppe (2) sur les côtés opposés par rapport au dit axe d'articulation de ladite première came (7) et une cheville respective mobile contre et sous l'action de moyens élastiques pouvant être insérés alternativement dans une desdites fentes (15).
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon au moins les revendications 6 et 14, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premier et second moyens d'arrêt sont respectivement définis par lesdites fentes (15) et par des organes de butée (50, 51) réalisés sur la protection de couverture (60) de ladite enveloppe et sont tous deux aptes à agir comme des butés d'extrémité dans les deux directions de déplacement de ladite barre horizontale.
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon au moins la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme à verrouillage automatique dudit loquet (3) comprend une dent (24) montée articulée à l'intérieur dudit loquet (3) sur lequel ledit arbre agit (23), ladite dent (24) pouvant se mettre en prise avec une dentelure (26) du contre-loquet (25) pour le déplacement de dégagement de celui-ci.
- Dispositif de contrôle pour poignée anti-panique selon au moins la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de liaison automatique desdits arbres comprend un goujon (42) pouvant coulisser contre et sous l'action d'un ressort (43) de façon transversale à l'intérieur de chacun desdits éléments de support (41) lorsqu'ils sont disposés coaxialement par rapport à une ouverture respective (44) réalisée sur ladite enveloppe.
