Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen von Flaschen oder Flaschenkästen (2), mit wenigstens einer in einem Innenraum eines Gehäuses (3) gebildeten Förderstrecke, auf der die Flaschen oder Flaschenkästen (2) zum Behandeln mit wenigstens einem flüssigen Reinigungsmittel bewegt werden, mit einem zumindest einen Teil der Förderstrecke bildenden Tauchbad (5), durch welches die Flaschen oder Flaschenkästen (2) in einer Förderrichtung (A) hindurchbewegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Boden (17) des Tauchbades (5) wenigstens eine Sammeleinrichtung (19, 20, 21) für Feststoffe oder Bodenschlamm vorgesehen ist, die einen von einer Bodenvertiefung gebildeten Sammelraum (22) aufweist, der über ein Ventil (26) zum Ablassen der im Sammelraum gesammelten Feststoffe geöffnet werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sammelraum (22) an einer in das Tauchbad mündenden Seite durch ein Gitter- oder Siebblech abgedeckt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gitter- oder Siebblech niveaugleich mit dem Boden (17) des Tauchbades (5) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Sammelraum (22) zu einer Unterseite trichterartig verengt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Boden des Sammelraumes (22) ein das Ventil (26) aufweisendes Rohrstück mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei mehreren Sammeleinrichtungen (19, 20, 21) die die Ventile (26) aufweisenden Ablaßrohre (25) in ein gemeinsames Sammelrohr (27) münden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Tauchbad (5) wenigstens eine Führung (16) für die Flaschenkästen (2) vorgesehen ist, und zwar im Abstand von der Innenfläche des Bodens (17).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch Mittel (11, 12) zur Erzeugung eines Stroms des Reinigungsmittels im Tauchbad (5) in Transportrichtung (A).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Schmutzaustragseinrichtung (14) an einem Reinigungsmittelauslaß des Tauchbades (5), wobei in Strömungsrichtung des Reinigungsmediums auf die Schmutzaustragseinrichtung (14) folgend eine Sammeleinrichtung (21) vorgesehen ist.
