Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hebeband gemäss Patentanspruch 1 sowie Verwendungen desselben gemäss Patentanspruch 6 bis 8.
Hebebänder gelangen im Transportwesen und insbesondere in der Baubranche zur Anwendung.
Gewobene ein- oder zweilagige Endloshebebänder werden in grossen Mengen für das Heben von Lasten gemäss den europäischen Normen EN 1492-1 (Sicherheit: Anforderungen an flachgewebte Hebebänder aus Chemiefasern) und EN 1492-2 (Sicherheit: Anforderungen an Rundschlingen aus Chemiefasern) verwendet. Fig. 1 zeigt die Ansicht eines bekannten, einlagigen Endloshebebandes gemäss EN 1492-1. Diese textilen Bänder werden überlappend zusammengenäht, damit sie für den Anwender die geeignete Lieferform erhalten.
Nach der US 5,498,047 ist eine textile, abriebfeste Hebeschlinge bekannt, bei der übereinanderliegende Gewebezonen miteinander vernäht werden.
Nachteilig sind dabei die sehr arbeitsintensiven Nähvorgänge, wobei dadurch die ursprüngliche Festigkeit des Bandes herabgesetzt wird. Aus diesem Grund muss die Festigkeit des verwendeten Bandes bedeutend höher gewählt werden, als dies für die vorgesehene Anwendung vorgeschrieben wäre. Versuche haben ergeben, dass ein Ersatz des Nähvorganges durch Schweissen oder Verkleben aus Sicherheitsgründen weitgehend fehlgeschlagen sind. Einzig bei einigen wenigen Anwendungen, bei denen die Festigkeit, bzw. die Bruchlast eine untergeordnete Rolle spielte, hat sich das Verschweissen durchgesetzt. Schweissnähte an textilen Bändern haben den Nachteil, dass unmittelbar neben der Schweissnaht ein Schwächung des Materials auftritt, die mehr oder weniger stark sein kann.
Weiter ist bekannt, dass mit sogenannten Nadelwebstühlen für textile Bänder mehrere Gewebelagen direkt übereinander gewoben werden können. Die Verbindung zwischen den Gewebelagen hat sich aber bis jetzt als ungeeignet für die Verwendung von Hebebändern erwiesen. Überraschenderweise hat sich jetzt gezeigt, dass eine genügende Überlappung von zwei übereinander gewobenen Gewebeschichten und eine spezielle erfindungsgemässe Webkonstruktion zu einer für Endloshebebänder geeigneten und sicheren Bruchlast führen kann.
Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein Hebeband vorzuschlagen, bei dem auf einen Nähvorgang verzichtet werden kann, wodurch die erwähnten Nachteile behoben werden.
Eine weitere Aufgabe besteht in der Beschreibung verschiedener Verwendungen von derartigen Hebebändern.
Erfindungsgemäss wird diese Aufgabe mit einem Hebeband gemäss dem Wortlaut nach Patentanspruch 1 gelöst und mit Verwendungen gemäss dem Wortlaut nach Patentanspruch 6 bis 8.
Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Fig. 1 zeigt die perspektivische Ansicht eines bekannten, einlagigen Endloshebebandes. Die beiden Enden 1 und 1' eines Bandes 10 werden in einem Überlappungsbereich 2 übereinandergelegt und vernäht, was auf verschiedenste Arten erfolgen kann.
Fig. 2 zeigt die perspektivische Ansicht eines erfindungsgemässen Endloshebebandes nach dem Weben und Abschneiden. Ein Band 20 besteht zwei Lagen 3 und 3', die als zweilagiges Band gewoben wurden, wobei die Webstellen 4 und 4' während dem Weben übereinander lagen. Das Band 20 weist eine Webstelle 5 auf, ab der die beiden Kettbahnen der Lagen 3 und 3' vereint werden, wodurch sich bis zu einer weiteren Webstelle 6 ein Überlappungsbereich 7 der Kettbahnen ergibt, in dem die beiden Kettbahnen miteinander mittels einer speziellen Webkonstruktion verwoben vorliegen. Das erste Band 3 weist erste Kettfäden 8 und das zweite Band 3' zweite Kettfäden 8' auf, wobei die Kettfäden 8, 8' mit Schussfäden eine erste und eine zweite Bindung bilden. In den Überlappungsbereichen 7, 7' werden die Kettfäden 8, 8' zusammengeführt, wo sie mit den Schussfäden eine Webkonstruktion bilden, die mindestens eine weitere dritte Bindung aufweist, die sich von der ersten und zweiten Bindung unterscheidet. Auf diese Weise entsteht im Überlappungsbereich 7 ein zweilagiges Band, das sich durch besondere Festigkeit auszeichnet. Die Webstelle 6 ist gleichzeitig auch eine Schnittstelle, an der das Band geschnitten wird. In analogerweise weist das Band 20 eine Webstelle 5', eine Webstelle 6' und ein Überlappungsbereich 7' auf mit dem Unterschied, dass der Webvorgang beginnend bei der Webstelle 6' vorerst ein zweilagiges Band im Überlappungsbereich 7' erstellt, um dann an der Webstelle bei aufgeteilten Kettbahnen zweilagig weiterzuweben, wobei die Lagen 3 und 3' entstehen. Das erfindungsgemässe Endloshebeband entsteht so durch blosses Abschneiden, bzw. Austrennen aus einem endlosen Webgut, das alternierend aus einem zweilagigen Band 3, 3' und einlagigen Überlappungsbereichen 7,7' besteht. Nachdem die verwendeten Webkonstruktionen in den Überlappungsbereichen 7, 7' eine vielfach hinreichende Festigkeit aufweisen, lassen sich so in vorteilhafter Weise unter Umgehung eines jeglichen Nähvorganges Endloshebebänder herstellen.
Wird für einen Teil der Kettfäden 8, 8' eine Faser mit einem tieferen Schmelzpunkt gewählt als dies für die übrigen Kettfäden der Fall ist, kann in den verwobenden Überlappungsbereichen 7, 7' anschliessend mit einer Verschweissung eine erhöhte Festigkeit erzielt werden.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Draufsicht eines erfindungsgemässen Endloshebebandes. Erkennbar sind die zweilagigen Band 3, die einlagigen Überlappungsbereiche 7, 7' mit den Webstellen 5, 5' und die Webstellen 6, 6', die gleichzeitig auch die Schnittstellen des Endloshebebandes 20 darstellen.
Fig. 4 zeigt ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Endloshebebandes mit einer Bruchkraft von 800 kg.
Ein 25 mm breites Band aus hochfesten Polyesterfasern wurde zweilagig gewoben, dass eine Lichtweite von 20 cm entstand. Die Faserfestigkeit war grösser als 80 cN/Tex. In den Überlappungsbereichen wurden die beiden Lagen verwoben über eine Länge von 2,5 cm.
Fig. 5 zeigt ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel eines Hebebandes als Fangriemen für eine Skibindung in Draufsicht.
Ein 12 mm breites Band aus Polyamidfasern wurde zweilagig gewoben, dass eine Lichtweite von 22 cm entstand. In den Überlappungsbereichen wurden die beiden Lagen über eine Länge von 1,5 cm verwoben. Nach dem Abtrennen des Bandes wurde dieses gewendet und in den Überlappungsbereichen zusätzlich vernäht. Es resultierte eine Tragkraft von mehr als 200 daN.
Fig. 6 zeigt ein drittes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Hebebandes mit umspritztem Spannelement als Zurrgurt. Ein Hebeband 10, das im Wesentlichen der Fig. 4 entspricht, ist hier für eine Tragkraft von 300 kg ausgelegt. Es wird nun in ein Spritzwerkzeug eingelegt, mit dem ein Spannelement 30 mit Spannbügel 31 aus Kunststoff gespritzt werden kann. Die verwobenen Überlappungsbereiche sind 3,5 cm lang.
Fig. 7 zeigt ein viertes Ausführungsbeispiel einer Mehrfachanordnung eines Hebebandes als Materialschlinge in Draufsicht.
Ein 19 mm breites Band aus Polyamidfasern wird so gewoben, dass vier Öffnungen 32, 32', 32" von 8 cm entstehen, die jeweils von Überlappungsbereichen 7, 7' begrenzt werden. Letztere sind jeweils 18 mm lang. Ein Hebeband dieser Art findet vorwiegend für technisches Klettern Verwendung, wobei die Materialschlinge der Aufnahme von Karabinern 34 und ähnlichen Gerätschaften dient.

Claims (8)

  1. Hebeband zum Heben von Lasten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hebeband (20) aus einem ersten Band (3) und einem zweiten Band (3') und den Überlappungsbereichen (7, 7') besteht, wobei die Bänder (3, 3') mit ihren Enden in die Überlappungsbereiche (7,7') münden, dass das erste Band (3) erste Kettfäden (8) und das zweite Band (3') zweite Kettfäden (8') aufweisen, wobei die Kettfäden (8, 8') mit Schussfäden eine erste und eine zweite Bindung bilden, dass in den Überlappungsbereichen (7, 7') die Kettfäden (8, 8') zusammengeführt vorliegen, wo sie mit den Schussfäden eine Webkonstruktion bilden, die mindestens eine weitere dritte Bindung aufweist, die sich von der ersten und zweiten Bindung unterscheidet und dass die Überlappungsbereiche (7, 7') mit einer Schnittstelle (6, 6') begrenzt sind, wodurch das Hebeband (20) als Teil einer Kette mit Kettfäden (8, 8') vorliegt.
  2. Hebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überlappungsbereiche (7, 7') mehrheitlich übereinander liegend angeordnet sind, wodurch ein weiterer Überlappungsbereich entsteht, in dem das Hebeband vernäht vorliegt und einen Fangriemen für eine Skibindung bildet.
  3. Hebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es für den Einbau in ein Spritzwerkzeug für ein Spannelement (30, 31) vorgesehen ist und dass es nach erfolgtem Spritzvorgang einen integrierenden Bestandteil des Spannelementes (30, 31 ) bildet.
  4. Hebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in einer Mehrfachanordnung vorliegt, bei der N Überlappungsbereiche (7, 7') eine Anzahl N - 1 Hebeeinheiten, bzw. Öffnungen (32, 32', 32") bilden, von denen nur die erste (32') und die letzte (32") Schnittstellen (6, 6') aufweisen.
  5. Hebeband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil der Kettfäden (8, 8') einen tieferen Schmelzpunkt als die übrigen Kettfäden aufweisen, und dass die verwobenden Überlappungsbereiche (7, 7') anschliessend für eine Verschweissung vorgesehen sind, wodurch eine erhöhte Festigkeit resultiert.
  6. Verwendung des Hebebandes nach den Ansprüchen 1, 2 und 5 als Fangriemen einer Skibindung im Skisport.
  7. Verwendung des Hebebandes nach den Ansprüchen 1, 3 und 5 in einem Zurrgurt.
  8. Verwendung des Hebebandes nach den Ansprüchen 1, 4 und 5 als Materialschlinge im Klettersport.
