Claims (2)

  1. Procédé pour aligner des feuilles selon leurs bords latéraux, suivant lequel les feuilles (16, 17) à aligner sont transportées dans une zone de dispersion (22) sur un margeur (1) sur lequel on détermine la position réelle des bords latéraux à l'aide d'une installation de mesure (21) et on saisit chaque fois la feuille (16) la plus en avant à l'aide d'un dispositif d'accélération de feuille (3) pour fournir le produit au système de pince (6) d'un tambour (5), et
    pour réaliser la position de consigne qui est matérialisée par une ligne de traction latérale (23) prévue sensiblement au milieu de la zone de dispersion (22), dans la direction axiale à partir de sa position centrale (X), on peut déplacer le système de pince (6) vers un premier côté ou un second côté,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - à l'aide de l'installation de mesure (21) et d'une unité d'exploitation reliée à celle-ci on saisit une première course partielle de traction (e1) suivant laquelle il faut déplacer la feuille la plus avant (16) pour réaliser la position de consigne en direction de la ligne de traction latérale (23),
    - dans l'installation de mesure (21) et dans une unité d'exploitation reliée à celle-ci on forme la moitié de cette course partielle de traction ( e 1 2

    - à l'aide de l'installation (21) et de l'unité d'exploitation reliée à celle-ci, on commande le système de pince (6) du tambour (5) pour le faire passer en position de réception décalée de la moitié de la première course partielle de traction ( e 1 2

    ), par rapport à la position centrale (X) du système de pince (6) en direction du côté d'où il faut déplacer la feuille (16),
    - on reprend la feuille avant (16) par le système de pince (6) à l'aide du dispositif d'accélération de feuille (3) pour la transporter dans une installation de préhension (8) d'un cylindre (7),
    - on déplace le système de pince (6) par déclenchement par l'installation de mesure (21) et de l'unité d'exploitation reliée à celle-ci, suivant la première course de traction partielle (e1) en direction de la ligne de traction latérale (23) et ensuite on transfère la feuille avant (16) à l'installation de préhension (8),
    - en même temps avec l'installation de mesure (21) et l'unité d'exploitation reliée à celle-ci on détermine un second chemin de traction partielle (e2) pour la feuille suivante (17) et on forme la moitié du second chemin partiel de traction ( e 2 2

  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de mesure (21) est déplacée transversalement à une installation de transfert de feuilles (18) vers le margeur (1) pour une adaptation de format.
