Claims (9)
- Als Schwingfenster ausgebildetes Schrägdachfenster, insbesondere Schrägdachwohnfenster, mit einem Blendrahmen und einem mit Betätigungshandhabe oder Betätigungseinrichtung versehenen Flügelrahmen, der schwingbar gelagert und mittels einer, eine Führung bewirkenden Führungseinrichtung oder einer, ein selbstständiges Schwingen verhindernden Bremseinrichtung geführt oder gehemmt ist, wobei die Führungs- oder Bremseinrichtung von mindestens einem am Flügelrahmen oder Blendrahmen angeordneten Führungs- oder Bremselement und mindestens einem mit diesem zusammenwirkenden, insbesondere in Eingriff stehenden, am Blendrahmen oder Flügelrahmen angeordneten Gegenelement gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügelrahmen (4) um eine Schwingachse (12) schwingbar mittels an den beiden Vertikalholmen (15) des Flügelrahmens (4) angelenkten Führungsstangen (8) am Blendrahmen (3) gehalten ist, dass die Führungsstangen (8) schwenkbar am Blendrahmen (3) lagern, und dass unabhängig von sämtlichen möglichen Stellungen der Betätigungshandhabe (5) oder der Betätigungseinrichtung das Führungs- oder Bremselement (17) und das Gegenelement (18) bei geschlossenem sowie im Lüftungsstellungsbereich geöffnetem Flügelrahmen (4) stets miteinander zusammenwirken, insbesondere in Eingriff oder in Anlage stehen.
- Schwingfenster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Führungs- oder Bremselement (17) oder das Gegenelement (18) innerhalb des Lüftungsstellungsbereichs entlang einer linearen oder im Wesentlichen linearen Bahn bewegt.
- Schwingfenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lineare Bahn parallel zur Öffnungsebene des Blendrahmens (3) oder zur Glasscheibenebene des Flügelrahmens (4) verläuft.
- Schwingfenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest bei geschlossenem Flügelrahmen (4) die Schwingachse (12) näher zum unteren Querholmen (39) des Flügelrahmens (4) liegt als das Führungs- oder Bremselement (17).
- Schwingfenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Bezug auf die Öffnungsebene des Blendrahmens (3) der senkrechte Abstand von dieser zur Schwingachse (12) größer ist als der senkrechte Abstand zum Führungsoder Bremselement (17) oder Gegenelement (18).
- Schwingfenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an die Bremseinrichtung (16) eine Fangeinrichtung (20) zur Fixierung einer Putzstellung des Flügelrahmens (4) anschließt.
- Schwingfenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Bremseinrichtung (16) und der Fangeinrichtung (20) eine ein Außereingriff von Führungs- oder Bremselement (17) und Gegenelement (18) ermöglichende Montagelücke (21) befindet.
- Schwingfenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Führungsoder Bremseinrichtung (16) und Fangeinrichtung (20) als separate Bauteile ausgebildet sind.
- Schwingfenster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsoder Bremselement (17) ein Gleit- oder Rollelement ist und dass das Gegenelement (18) eine Gleit- oder Rollführung ist.
