Claims (8)
- Dispositif de raccordement électrique pour les tubes à décharge à cathode froide, comportant un tube étanche en verre (1), qui a aux extrémités des cages métalliques (2) pour amorcer et maintenir la décharge électrique, prévue d'une électrode métallique (3) de connexion, qui traverse étanchement le tube en verre (1), par une proéminence en verre (4) et qui est alimentée par un câble électrique (5) d'alimentation, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle est composée d'une pièce support (6) de l'électrode métallique (3) de connexion, qui a la forme d'un verre et qui a à la base un orifice (9) pour le passage de l'électrode métallique (3) de connexion, la bordure intérieure de l'ouverture de la pièce support (6) a une dégagement (10) de posage sur le tube étanche en verre (1), opposé ment à l'ouverture, à l'extérieur, la pièce support (6) ayant un filet (11), d'une pièce (7) de fixation de l'électrode (3) de connexion, composée d'un couvercle (13), avec un filet intérieur (14) et un dégagement (15) de la bordure intérieure du couvercle jusqu'au commencement du filet intérieur (14), à l'extérieur de la base du couvercle (13), la pièce (7) de fixation ayant un cylindre vide (16), qui a un filet extérieur (17) et un dégagement au contact entre le filet et la surface extérieure du bas du couvercle (13) et, tangent à la surface extérieure du bas du couvercle (13), le cylindre (16) est traversé par un canal (18), et d'un écrou d'accrochage (8) du câble électrique (5) d'alimentation, introduit à l'intérieur du cylindre (16) et que son extrémité dénudée sorte par l'une des sorties du canal transversal (18) et l'on fixe par serrage à la face extérieure du couvercle (13), l'écrou (8), qui a, à l'une des extrémités du filet, un dégagement (19), monté à l'extérieur.
- Dispositif de raccordement électrique pour les tubes à décharge à cathode froide, conformément à la revendication 1 caractérisée par le fait que la pièce support (6) de l'électrode métallique (3) de connexion, qu'on introduit la proéminence en verre (4) dans la pièce support (6) jusque la pièce support pose dégagement (10) sur le tube en verre (1) et l'on fixe rigidement à celui-ci et à la proéminence en verre (4) avec un colle (12), introduit à l'intérieur, et l'électrode métallique (3) de connexion qui passe par l'orifice axial (9) et il est plié à l'angle droit au dessus de la surface extérieure de la base de la pièce.
- Dispositif de raccordement électrique pour les tubes à décharge à cathode froide, conformément à la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le couvercle (13) de la pièce de fixation (7) est fileté sur la pièce support (6) de l'électrode et réalise par serrage le contact électrique avec l'électrode métallique (3) de connexion et la fixation de celui-ci, le dégagement (15) enrobe une partie de la pièce support (6), assurant une protection envers la pénétration des certaines substances indésirables dans la zone de contact, et à l'assemblage, on met une pâte liant sur le filet intérieur ( 14) du couvercle (7), à la zone du dégagement (15) et sur le filet extérieur ( 11 ) de la pièce support (6), qui durit, réalisant une étanchéité et ainsi, une protection du contact électrique et aussi une protection envers le desserrage des pièces aux vibrations où autres causes imprévues.
- Dispositif de raccordement électrique pour les tubes à décharge à cathode froide, conformément à la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que écrou d'accrochage (8) du câble électrique (5) d'alimentation est filetée sur le cylindre (16) de la pièce (7) de fixation, avec le dégagement (19) vers l'extérieur et après le filetage de l'écrou, la bordure du cylindre (16), est déformée par élargissement, ainsi que l'écrou d'accrochage (8), reste captive sur le filet du cylindre (16), la déformation mentionnée entrant, quand l'écrou est complètement desserré, dans le dégagement (19), à la position desserré, l'écrou dégage complètement le canal (18).
- Dispositif de raccordement électrique pour les tubes à décharge à cathode froide, conformément à la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que pour la réalisation de la connexion électrique, le câble électrique (5) d'alimentation est introduit dans l'intérieur du cylindre (16), son extrémité dénudée passant par l'une des sorties du canal transversal (18) et il est fixé par serrage sur la face extérieure du couvercle (13), avec l'écrou d'accrochage (8), qu'on serre au filet extérieur (17) du cylindre (16).
- Dispositif de raccordement électrique pour les tubes à décharge à cathode froide, conformément à la revendication 1 caractérisée par le fait que la pièce support (6) de l'électrode métallique (3) de connexion a la surface extérieure, entre le filet ( 11 ) et l'ouverture de la pièce, usiné avec aspérité, strié où profilé.
- Dispositif de raccordement électrique pour les tubes à décharge lumineuse à cathode froide, conformément à la revendication 1 caractérisée par le fait que la pièce (7) de fixation de l'électrode (3) de connexion, a la surface extérieure, du couvercle (13) usiné par aspérité, strié où profilé.
- Dispositif de raccordement électrique pour les tubes à décharge lumineuse à cathode froide, conformément à la revendication 1 caractérisée par le fait que l'écrou d'accrochage (8) du câble électrique (5) d'alimentation a la surface extérieure usiné avec aspérité, strié où profilé.
