Dispositif (100) pour le verrouillage de premiers éléments de séparation (8a) logés coulissant rotativement ou latéralement, en particulier des portes, des fenêtres, des cloisons, des volets et des revêtements qui présentent un profil en socle (4) servant au logement d'un dispositif de palier (2) du dispositif, au moyen duquel est maintenue un élément de verrouillage (14) qui peut être transféré entre une position de déverrouillage et une position de verrouillage, dans laquelle l'élément de verrouillage s'engage à l'état monté dans un dispositif d'accueil (91) disposé fixement à l'extérieur du profil en socle (4), le dispositif de palier (2) étant prévu pour le logement d'un levier (1) qui est muni due l'élément de verrouillage (14) et d'une têtière (15) servant à la manipulation, le lever étant maintenu rotatif et pouvant être au moins fixé de manière amovible dans une première position correspondant à la position de déverrouillage, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (14) est disposé dans la zone de la têtière (15) sur la face du levier (1), qui est détournée au premier élément de séparation (8a) à l'état monté.
  2. Dispositif de verrouillage (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le levier (1) peut être fixé de manière amovible dans une seconde position correspondant à la position de verrouillage.
  3. Dispositif de verrouillage (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de palier (2) présente un corps de palier (21) qui est relié au moyen d'un arbre (11) à la pièce d'extrémité (16) du levier (1), laquelle s'engage dans un évidement (22) du corps de palier (21).
  4. Dispositif de verrouillage (100) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu dans au moins une ouverture (23; 24) du corps de palier (21) un élément élastique (7), de préférence une sphère (71; 72) soutenue par un élément ressort (73; 74), qui est compressé en première ou seconde position du levier (1) dans une cavité (12) prévue dans la seconde pièce d'extrémité (16) du levier (1).
  5. Dispositif de verrouillage (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (14) présente la forme d'un tenon ou d'un boulon.
  6. Dispositif de verrouillage (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la têtière (15) dépasse, après le montage du dispositif de verrouillage (1), latéralement du profil en socle (4) et ainsi peut être saisie manuellement et éventuellement actionné par un dispositif de fermeture (3) prévu dans le profil en socle (4) d'un second élément de séparation (8b).
  7. Dispositif de verrouillage (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fermeture (3) à disposer dans le second élément de séparation (8b) présente un corps de montage (31) monté dans le profil en socle (4), corps qui est muni d'une fourche (32) servant à saisir la têtière (15) ou en ce que la têtière (15) peut être introduite dans le profil formant socle (4) du second élément de séparation (8b) et y être adapté.
  8. Dispositif de verrouillage (100) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la fourche (32) est munies de deux plaques de fourche (321, 322) qui présentent au moins une glissière de guidage (320; 320A; 320B) limitée en haut et en bas dans laquelle peuvent être insérés les éléments de guidage (19) de la têtière (15).
  9. Dispositif de verrouillage (100) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'
    il est prévu une glissière de guidage (320, 320A) formant rampe dans laquelle peuvent être insérés les éléments de guidage (19) de la têtière (15) et peuvent coulisser pendant le coulissement réciproque des deux éléments de séparation (8a, 8b) de sorte que le levier (1) est tourné entre la première et la seconde position et/ou
    il est prévu une glissière de guidage droite (320B) dans laquelle peuvent être insérés les éléments de guidage (19) de la têtière (15) au cas où le levier (1) se trouve dans la seconde position verrouillée.
  10. Dispositif de verrouillage (100) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les glissières de guidage (320A, 320B) s'enclenchent l'une dans l'autre et sont réalisées de sorte que les éléments de guidage (19) passent de la glissière de guidage formant rampe (320A) à la glissière de guidage rectiligne (320B) ou de la glissière de guidage rectiligne (320B) à la glissière de guidage formant rampe (320A).
  11. Dispositif de verrouillage (100) selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la têtière (15) et la fourche (32) sont réalisées de sorte que la têtière (15) peut être introduite dans la fourche (32) et y est rotative dans un plan s'étendant perpendiculairement aux éléments de séparation (8a, 8b).
  12. Dispositif de verrouillage (100) selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la têtière (15) a une forme cunéiforme ou sphérique.
  13. Dispositif de verrouillage (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le levier (1) et/ou le dispositif de palier (2), de préférence le corps de palier (21), et/ou le dispositif de fermeture (3), de préférence le corps de montage (31) sont munis d'au moins un élément amortisseur (18; 34).
  14. Dispositif de verrouillage (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage (100) est disposé dans un profil formant socle latéral, supérieur ou inférieur (4) du premier élément de séparation (8a) de sorte que l'élément de verrouillage (14) peut s'engager dans un dispositif d'accueil (91) muni éventuellement d'une douille (92), dispositif d'accueil qui est prévu au sol (9), au plafond ou sur le mur d'une pièce.
  15. Dispositif de verrouillage (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le levier (1) peut être bloqué dans la seconde position au moyen d'un boulon (5) de préférence fixable.
