Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung für eine mindestens ein Siebband aufweisende Anlage zur Papiererzeugung, welche zum Abstützen des Siebbandes bzw. zum Abstreifen des durch das Siebband hindurchtretenden, aus dem auf diesem befindlichen Papierbrei bzw. Papierband austretenden Wassers mit einer Mehrzahl von in Bewegungsrichtung des Siebbandes voneinander im Abstand befindlichen Abstütz- bzw. Abstreifelementen (2) aus keramischen Material ausgebildet ist, an deren Oberseiten das Siebband zur Anlage kommt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Vielzahl von Abstütz- bzw. Abstreifelementen (2) vorgesehen ist, welche sich in einer Mehrzahl von sich über die Breite des Siebbandes erstreckenden Reihen befinden, wobei sich in jeder Reihe mehrere Elemente befinden.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in zwei in Bewegungsrichtung des Siebbandes aufeinanderfolgenden Reihen befindlichen Abstütz- und Abstreifelemente (2) bezogen auf die Bewegungsrichtung des Siebbandes gegeneinander versetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Trageinrichtung, z.B. in Form von parallel angeordneten Tragleisten (12), vorgesehen ist, an welchen die Abstütz- bzw. Abstreifelemente (2) befestigt sind und von welcher die Abstütz- und Abstreifelemente (2) abragen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trageinrichtung (11) an einem Tragrahmen (1) befestigt ist, innerhalb dessen sich die Abstreif- bzw. Abstützelemente (2) befinden.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der obere Rand (11) des Tragrahmens (1) zumindest angenähert in der Fläche der Oberseite der Abstütz- bzw. Abstreifelemente (2) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der obere Rand des Tragrahmens (1) im Abstand unterhalb der Fläche der Oberseite der Abstütz- bzw. Abstreifelemente (2) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Abstütz- bzw. Abstreifelemente (2) an ihren an das Siebband zur Anlage kommenden Oberseiten mit einem entgegen der Bewegungsrichtung des Siebbandes vorstehenden, keilförmigen Fortsatz (21) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Abstütz- bzw. Abstreifelemente (2) an ihren Oberseiten gewölbt ausgebildet sind.
