Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von insbesondere mehrfach gefalteten Druckträgern aus dünnem Material, insbesondere Falt-Coupons (10) aus Papier, wobei der Falt-Coupon (10) so gefaltet ist, dass mindestens zwei Faltschenkel (27, 28) durch Verkleben miteinander verbunden sind, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) Leimstellen bzw. Leimfelder (18, 19) zum Verkleben von Faltschenkeln (27, 28) werden auf eine fortlaufende Materialbahn (11) zum Herstellen der Falt-Coupons (10) positionsgenau aufgebracht,b) die Leimfelder (18, 19) bestehen aus Heißleim (Hotmelt),c) von der mit ausgehärteten Leimfeldern (18, 19) versehenen Materialbahn (11) werden Zuschnitte (25) abgetrennt und einem Faltaggregat (26) zur Durchführung von Faltungen bzw. zum Herstellen der Falt-Coupons (10) zugeführt,d) nach dem Falten des Zuschnitts (25) werden die aus Heißleim bestehenden Leimfelder (18, 19) durch Zuführen von Wärme aktiviert und die Faltschenkel (27, 28) durch Druck miteinander verbunden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leimfelder (18, 19) bei der Herstellung der Materialbahn (11) aufgebracht und einer Verpackungsmaschine für die Fertigung von Packungen mit Falt-Coupon (10) zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei zweibahniger Fertigung durch Abtrennen von Zuschnitten (25) von einer doppeltbreiten Materialbahn (11) zwei nebeneinander liegende Leimfelder (18, 19) positionsgenau auf die Materialbahn (11) aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Zuschnitte (25) von einer doppeltbreiten und doppellagigen Materialbahn (11) abgetrennt und sodann zur Bildung eines doppeltbreiten Falt-Coupons (10) weiterverarbeitet sowie anschließend durchtrennt werden zur Schaffung von einzelnen Falt-Coupons (10), wobei die Materialbahn (11) so gefaltet ist, dass zwei Faltschenkel (27, 28) zur Überdeckung mit einem mittleren Bereich der Materialbahn (11) faltbar sind, derart, dass die doppellagige Materialbahn (11) an beiden Rändern Faltkanten aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bahnschenkel (50, 51) der Materialbahn (11) mit (geringem) Abstand voneinander verlaufen, derart, dass zwischen den Bahnschenkeln (50, 51) ein Längsspalt (52) gebildet ist, vorzugsweise in einer Längsmittelebene der Materialbahn (11).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der (ungefalteten) Materialbahn (11) mindestens zwei Leimfelder (18, 19) für jeden herzustellenden Falt-Coupon (11) angebracht werden zur Verbindung von mehr als zwei Faltschenkeln (27, 28, 29) miteinander.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus einem zweilagig ausgebildeten Zuschnitt (25) gefertigten Falt-Coupons (10) zwei Leimfelder (18, 19) für jeden Falt-Coupon (10) aufweisen, wobei die Leimfelder (18, 19) an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Materialbahn (11) angebracht werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von gefalteten Druckträgern - Falt-Coupons (10) - durch Abtrennen von ungefalteten, ggf. mehrlagigen Zuschnitten (25) von einer Materialbahn (11) und Faltung derselben im Bereich eines Faltaggregats (26), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die (ungefaltetete) Materialbahn (11) an mindestens einem Leimaggregat (20, 21) vorbeibewegbar ist zur Übertragung von Leimfeldern (18, 19) auf die Materialbahn (11), wobei das Leimaggregat (20, 21) nach Maßgabe von Druckmarken an der Materialbahn (11) über mindestens einen Druckmarkenleser (22) steuerbar ist und wobei danach mit Leimfeldern (18, 19) versehene Zuschnitte (25) positionsgenau im Bereich eines Trennaggregats (24) von der Materialbahn (11) abtrennbar und dem Faltaggregat (26) zuführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die - doppeltbreite - Materialbahn (11) im Anschluss an die Leimaggregate (20, 21) durch eine Falteinheit (63) hindurchförderbar ist, insbesondere im Bereich eines Zusatzaggregats (62), wobei im Bereich der Falteinheit (63) die Materialbahn (11) doppellagig faltbar ist, vorzugsweise unter Bildung von zwei randseitigen Bahnschenkeln (50, 51).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass (unmittelbar) an das Faltaggregat (26) ein Gerät (34) zur Nachbehandlung der Falt-Coupons (10) anschließt mit einer Wärmestation (35) zur Übertragung von Wärme auf die Falt-Coupons (10) und zum Zusammendrücken der Faltschenkel (27, 28, 29) der Falt-Coupons (10).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Durchtrennen von doppeltbreiten Falt-Coupons (10) im Anschluss an die Wärmestation (35) eine Trennstation (36) gebildet ist, vorzugsweise mit einem umlaufenden, kreisförmigen Trennmesser (44) auf einer Messerrolle (45), die mit einer Gegenrolle (46) zusammenarbeitet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerät (34) zur Nachbehandlung der Falt-Coupons (10) mehrere Gurtförderer (37, 38, 39) zum Transport der Falt-Coupons (10) aufweist, wobei die Gurtförderer (37, 38, 39) im Abstand voneinander angeordnet und zwischen diesen Heizelemente (42) zur Übertragung von Wärme auf die Falt-Coupons (10) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falt-Coupons (10) im Bereich der Wärmestation (35) zwischen Fördertrumen (40, 41 ) der Gurtförderer (37, 38, 39) transportierbar sind zur Übertragung von Druck auf die Falt-Coupons (10).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialbahn (11) durch ein Prägeorgan (56) hindurchleitbar ist zur Anbringung von quergerichteten Rillen (61) entsprechend Faltlinien der Falt-Coupons (10), wobei das Prägeorgan (56) im Anschluss an die Leimaggregate (20, 21) angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise im Anschluss an die Falteinheit (63) zum Herstellen doppellagiger Materialbahnen (11).
