Claims (17)
- Verfahren zur Handhabung von Zuschnitten, insbesondere zur Zuführung von Druckträgern, Coupons (11, 12) oder dergleichen als Beigabe zu einer Packung (10) bzw. Zigarettenpackung, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Coupons (11, 12) werden jeweils paarweise nebeneinanderliegend zugeführt, insbesondere aufgrund eines durchtrennten Doppel-Coupons (15),b) die Coupons (11, 12) werden im Bereich einer Verpackungsmaschine durch einen Couponförderer (17) transportiert, nämlich zu einem (Coupon-)Aufleger (20, 21) oder zu einem Coupon-Magazin (22),c) die paarweise ankommenden Coupons (11, 12) werden während des Transports vereinzelt, derart, dass einzelne Coupons (11, 12) nacheinander dem Aufleger (20, 21) oder Coupon-Magazin (22) zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gleichzeitig zugeführten Coupons (11, 12) mit zunächst unterschiedlicher Geschwindigkeit transportiert werden, derart, dass zwischen den gleichzeitig ankommenden Coupons (11, 12) ein Abstand in Förderrichtung entsteht und dass dann die beiden Coupons (11, 12) aufeinanderfolgend ― mit Abstand voneinander ― weitertransportiert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die insbesondere in horizontaler Ebene ausgerichteten Coupons (11, 12) während des Transports durch den Couponförderer (17) um 90° gewendet bzw. aufgerichtet und danach hinsichtlich der Bewegungsrichtung umgelenkt werden, insbesondere um (etwa) 90°.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Coupons (11, 12) nach Umlenkung im Bereich des Couponförderers (17) durch erneutes Wenden in eine horizontale Ausrichtung zurückbewegt werden, insbesondere zur Übergabe an das Coupon-Magazin oder an einen Aufleger (21).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Coupons (11, 12) am Ende des Couponförderers unmittelbar einem anschließenden Aufleger (21) übergeben oder durch Querverschieben in die eine und andere Richtung zwei parallelen Auflegern (21) bzw. Schächten (42, 43) des Coupon-Magazins (22) übergeben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Coupons (11, 12) während des Transports konfektioniert werden, insbesondere hinsichtlich etwaiger Faltungen stabilisiert werden, und zwar durch Druckorgane, die während des Transports der Coupons (11, 12) vorzugsweise im Bereich von Faltkanten wirksam werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Handhaben von Zuschnitten, insbesondere zur Zuführung von Druckträgern, Coupons (11, 12) oder dergleichen als Beigabe zu einer Packung (10), insbesondere Zigarettenpackung, wobei die Packungen (10) im Bereich einer Verpackungsmaschine für die Anbringung einer Außenumhüllung entlang einer Förderbahn (19) vorzugsweise kontinuierlich transportiert werden, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Coupons (11, 12) sind paarweise nebeneinanderliegend einem Couponförderer (17) zuführbar, der die Coupons (11, 12) zu einem Aufleger (20, 21) zur Anbringung an einer Oberseite (13) der Packungen (10) transportiert,b) die Coupons (11, 12) durchlaufen während des Transports durch den Couponförderer (17) aufeinander folgend ein Vereinzelungsaggregat, nämlich einen Zwischenförderer (27), der die auf Abstand in Förderrichtung voneinander gebrachten Coupons (11, 12) nacheinander einem weiteren Förderer ― Anschlussförderer (28) - zuführt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die paarweise ankommenden Coupons (11, 12) im Bereich des Couponförderers (17) zunächst zweibahnig transportierbar sind, insbesondere durch Übernahmegurte (23, 24), die mit unterschiedlichen Fördergeschwindigkeiten angetrieben sind, derart, dass die ursprünglich nebeneinanderliegenden Coupons (11, 12) während des Transports einen Versatz in Förderrichtung erfahren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Bereich des Couponförderers (17) zunächst nebeneinander geförderten Coupons (11, 12), insbesondere durch Aufnahmegurte (23, 24), im Bereich eines Zusammenführungsorgans, nämlich im Bereich eines Zwischenförderers (27) mit konvergierenden Förderbahnen für die Coupons (11, 12), einem weiteren, für beide Coupons (11, 12) gemeinsamen Förderer, nämlich einem Anschlussförderer (28), zuführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in horizontaler Ausrichtung ankommenden Coupons (11, 12) während des Transports durch den Couponförderer (17) um 90° drehbar bzw. in eine ― in Transportrichtung gesehen ― aufrechte Position wendbar sind, insbesondere durch gedrillte Förderbänder, nämlich Aufnahme (23, 24), deren Umlenkrollen (25, 26) mit um 90° versetzten Drehachsen angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Coupons (11, 12) nach dem Aufrichten hinsichtlich der Förderrichtung umlenkbar sind, insbesondere um 90° quer zur ankommenden Förderrichtung durch einen Umlenkförderer (32) als Teil des Couponförderers (17).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Coupons (11, 12) vor Übergabe an den Aufleger (21) oder das Coupon-Magazin (22) erneut wendbar sind um 90°, vorzugsweise in eine horizontale Ebene.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das am Ende des Couponförderers (17) angeordnete Coupon-Magazin (22) zwei seitlich versetzte Schächte (42, 43) für je einen Couponstapel (44) aufweist und dass unmittelbar im Anschluss an den Couponförderer (17) zwischen den beiden Schächten (42, 43) ein Couponverteiler (45) angeordnet ist, der die ankommenden Coupons (11, 12) nach Maßgabe des Füllungsgrads der Schächte (42, 43) diesen durch Querförderung zuführt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Couponverteiler (45) aus vorzugsweise zwei übereinander angeordneten Förderwalzen (46, 47) besteht, die Coupons (11, 12) dem einen oder anderen Schacht (42, 43) durch Drehbewegung zuführen, wobei die Förderwalzen (46, 47) die Coupons (11, 12) über Bohrungen (49) am Umfang fixieren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der unmittelbar an den Couponförderer anschließende Aufleger (21) aus einem Auflegergurt (52) besteht, der über Umlenkrollen mehrfach abgewinkelt ist unter Bildung eines (oberen) Aufnahmeschenkels (58), eines quergerichteten Zwischenschenkels (59) und eines nochmals quergerichteten Übergabeschenkels (60), wobei letzterer unter einem spitzen Winkel in Förderrichtung der Packungen (10) auf der Förderbahn (19) weist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Coupons (11, 12) an einem Fördertrum des Auflegergurts (52) anliegen und durch eine feststehende Führung (61), die der Kontur des Auflegers (21) folgt, in Anlage an dem Auflegergurt (52) gehalten ist, wobei die Coupons (11, 12) durch Mitnehmer (53) in exakter Relativstellung transportierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Transportweg der Coupons (11, 12) Druckorgane zur Stabilisierung von Faltungen der Coupons (11, 12) angeordnet sind, insbesondere Druckscheiben (67, 68) zu beiden Seiten eines Gurtförderers, insbesondere im Bereich von Umlenkrädern (69, 70) eines Übergabeförderers (54) der Coupons (11, 12).
