Claims (7)
- Verpackungsmaschine für bruchempfindliche, flächige oder scheibenförmige Gegenstände (3), insbesondere tiefgefrorene Teigstücke, tiefgefrorene Nahrungsmittelstücke, Backwaren und dergleichen,mit einer Zufördervorrichtung (2) zum Anfördern einer Folge von Gegenständen (3) in einer Zuförderebene;mit einer Stapelvorrichtung zur Bildung vertikaler Stapel aus einer bestimmten Anzahl übereinandergelegter Gegenstände (3);wobei die Stapelvorrichtung einen den dem Umriß der Gegenstände (3) im Querschnitt angepaßten, mit einem Vertikalschlitz (10) versehenen Stapelschacht (11) und in diesem nach abwärts und außerhalb desselben nach aufwärts geführte Stapelunterlagen (28, 29; 28a, 28b, 28c; 28x) aufweist, die mittels einer Antriebsanordnung (14, 15; 14a, 14b, 14c; 14x) zur Erzeugung der Vertikalbewegungen der Stapelunterlagen gekoppelt sind; undwobei der Stapelschacht (11) an seinem oberen Ende und seinem unteren Ende für die Stapelunterlagen frei zugänglich ausgebildet ist;mit einer unterhalb der Stapelvorrichtung angeordneten, vertikal nach aufwärts oder nach abwärts bewegbaren Stapelabnahmevorrichtung; undmit einer zwischen der Stapelvorrichtung und der Stapelabnahmevorrichtung angeordneten Umhüllungsvorrichtung, welche, insbesondere kollabierte, Beutel oder Tüten bereitstellt, in welche die gebildeten Stapel von Gegenständen (3) unter Auflage auf der Stapelabnahmevorrichtung gestellt und unter Abwärtsbewegung der Stapelabnahmevorrichtung in die Beutel oder Tüten eingebracht werden;dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsanordnung (14, 15; 14a, 14b, 14c; 14x) der Stapelvorrichtung mindestens zwei jeweils gesondert geschwindigkeitsveränderlich steuerbare, je einer Stapelunterlage zugeordnete Antriebsvorrichtungen (14, 15) oder mindestens drei vorzugsweise jeweils gesondert geschwindigkeitsveränderlich steuerbare, je einer Stapelunterlage (28a, 28b, 28c; 28x) zugeordnete Antriebsvorrichtungen (14a, 14b, 14c; 14x) aufweist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Antriebsvorrichtung einen zwischen gestellfesten horizontalen Gehäusedecks (7, 8) angeordneten, umsteuerbaren Hub- und Senkantrieb (14, 15; 14a, 14b, 14c; 14x) aufweist, der jeweils ein Antriebsorgan (24, 25; 24x) aufweist, das über einen Auslegerarm (26, 27; 26a, 26b, 26c; 26x) mit je einer Stapelunterlage (28, 29; 28a, 28b, 28c; 28x) verbunden ist, wobei der Auslegerarm mit seinem mit der Stapelunterlage verbundenen Ende durch den Schlitz (10) des Stapelschachtes (11) reicht, wenn die betreffende Stapelunterlage innerhalb des Stapelschachtes abwärts geführt wird.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Hubund Senkantrieb (14, 15; 14a, 14b, 14c; 14x) einen über obere und untere Rollen geführten Zahnriemenantrieb aufweist und der Auslegerarm (26, 27; 26a, 26b, 26c; 26x) mit dem an dem Zahnriemen befestigten Antriebsorgan (24, 25; 24x) verbunden ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Antriebsvorrichtung mit den gestellfesten Gehäusedecks über Drehlagerungen (16, 17, 18, 19) um je eine vertikale Drehachse mittels eines Drehantriebs verdrehbar gelagert ist, wobei der Hub- und Senkantrieb (14, 15; 14a, 14b, 14c) über flexible Steuer- bzw. Energieleitungen über die Drehlagerungen hinweg Verbindung zum Maschinengestell hat.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Antriebsvorrichtung im Bereich des Antriebsorgans (24x) des Hub- und Senkantriebs (14x) einen über eine ortsveränderbare Steuer- bzw. Energiezuleitung (37) mit dem Maschinengestell verbundenen Horizontalverschiebungsantrieb (36) trägt, mittels welchem der betreffende Auslegerarm (26x) zum Vorschieben der betreffenden Stapelunterlage (28x) gegen den Stapelschacht und zum Zurückziehen der betreffenden Stapelunterlage aus dem Stapelschacht horizontal verschiebbar ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtungen und ihnen jeweils zugeordnete Hub- und Senkantriebe (14, 15; 14a, 14b, 14c; 14x) sowie gegebenenfalls vorgesehene Drehantriebe oder Horizontalverschiebungsantriebe über Steuerleitungen und Energiezuführungsleitungen mit einer zentralen Steuereinheit verbunden sind, der auch Detektorsignale von Stellungsmeldem bezüglich des jeweiligen Zustandes der Antriebsvorrichtungen und Detektorsignale bezüglich der Geschwindigkeit der Zufördervorrichtung (2) und ihrer Besetzung mit zu stapelnden Gegenständen (3) sowie Zählersignale von die Zahl der gestapelten Gegenstände feststellenden Zähleinrichtungen zugeführt werden.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung so ausgebildet ist, daß die Hub- und Senkantriebe während des Aufstapelns von Gegenständen (3) auf ihre zugehörigen Stapel unterlagen diese mit einer stetigen Abwärtsgeschwindigkeit langsamer bewegen als nach dem Abschluß des Stapelvorganges, derart, daß dann eine Stapelunterlage mit vervollständigtem Stapel beschleunigt im Stapelschacht abgesenkt und die Stapelunterlage danach rasch aus dem Bereich des unteren Endes des Stapelschachtes herausgeschwenkt oder herausgezogen und nach aufwärts rückgeführt wird.
