Claims (7)
- Elektroakustischer Miniaturwandler mit einer Wandermembran (4) zur Verwendung in einem Hörhilfegerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandlermembran (4) mit einer oliophoben und/oder Biofilm-hemmenden Beschichtung (7) versehen ist, deren Schichtdicke weniger als 10µm beträgt.
- Elektroakustischer Miniaturwandler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Seite der Wandlermembran (4) mit der Beschichtung (7) versehen ist.
- Elektroakustischer Miniaturwandler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Seiten der Wandlermembran (4) mit der Beschichtung (7) versehen sind.
- Elektroakustischer Miniaturwandler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung (7) alle freiliegenden, das heißt nicht eingespannten Bereiche der Wandlermembran (4) umhüllt.
- Elektroakustischer Miniaturwandler mit einem Gehäuse (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) zumindest teilweise mit einer oliophoben und/oder Biofilm-hemmenden Beschichtung (7) versehen ist.
- Elektroakustischer Miniaturwandler mit wenigstens einem Schallkanal (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schallkanal (2) zumindest teilweise mit einer oliophoben und/oder Biofilm-hemmenden Beschichtung (7) versehen ist.
- Elektroakustischer Miniaturwandler nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung (7) hydrophob ist.
