Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zweiwellenvakuumpumpe, bei der durch das Zusammensetzen von zwei auf jeweils einer Welle angeordneten Kolben ein Pumpeneffekt erzeugt wird, wobei die Kolben jeweils aus einer Vielzahl von scheibenförmigen Bauteilen gebildet werden, um die Kolben zum einen sehr preiswert herstellen zu können und zum anderen notwendige Anpassungen des Rotorprofiles problemlos vorgenommen werden können.
