Claims (16)

  1. Machine d'étiquetage pour récipients et éléments similaires, formée par un bâti de machine, comportant un système d'entraînement pour une table tournante équipée de plateaux de pose pour les objets à étiqueter, ainsi que des postes de traitement (4, 5, 6, 7, 8), à savoir, entre autres, des postes d'étiquetage, assemblés au bâti de la machine, caractérisée en ce que, outre les postes d'étiquetage, il est prévu au moins un module de contrôle et/ou un module d'impression et/ou un module d'orientation équipé d'au moins une caméra, et en ce que ce module est réalisé sous forme d'unité permutable.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pièces mécaniques et/ou électroniques nécessaires sont regroupées en groupes fonctionnels ou modules.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les modules peuvent être montés par l'intermédiaire d'une interface standard dans diverses positions d'une machine d'étiquetage.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les modules comportent leur propre calculateur.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les modules comportent un système de bus pour la transmission des informations de commande.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les modules comportent des dispositifs d'éclairage.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le module de contrôle comporte au moins une caméra.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le module de contrôle comporte des capteurs destinés à détecter les étiquettes.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le module de contrôle comporte des capteurs destinés à détecter la position des étiquettes.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la divergence entre la position effective de l'étiquette et la position de consigne de celle-ci, déterminée par le module de contrôle, est utilisée pour influencer le processus d'étiquetage.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une divergence entre la position effective de l'étiquette et la position de consigne de celle-ci, déterminée par le module de contrôle, est utilisée pour interrompre le processus d'étiquetage.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le module de contrôle comporte une unité d'évacuation pour les récipients mal étiquetés.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le module d'orientation comporte des capteurs destinés à détecter la position de rotation des récipients.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les divergences d'orientation, déterminées par le module d'orientation, peuvent être utilisées moyennant l'utilisation de la commande de la machine pour corriger la position de rotation du plateau de pose apte à tourner autour de son axe vertical.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les divergences d'orientation, déterminées par le module d'orientation, peuvent être utilisées, sans l'utilisation de la commande de la machine, pour corriger la position de rotation du plateau de pose apte à tourner autour de son axe vertical.
  16. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le module d'impression comporte au moins un des procédés : impression par laser ou marquage par laser, impression à jet d'encre, impression au tampon d'encrage ou sérigraphie.
