They are kept in an inactive state in the opposite direction to the raised position, following the free escape of the oil allowing a free rotation of the shafts 16, 17.
the operation of the fall brake drop system according to the invention is the following :
the two mechanical links 26, 27 of the articulation system allow to actuate and brake the bezel 10 and the lid 11 independently one of the other (see Figure 3).
the bezel 10 can be lowered and braked by the damper 18 while leaving the lid 11 in the raised position.
the right axis 16 turns with the pivoting of the bezel 10, while the other damper 19 remains inactive since the left axis 17 is fixed because not actuated.
FIG. 4 shows the raising of the cover assembly 11 and the bezel 10 according to arrow F2.
the manual opening angle is approximately 110 °, with no effect dampers 18, 19. This end position is perfectly stable.
Figure 6 shows the position of rapid disassembly when the lid 11 and the bezel 10 are raised at right angles. It is then possible to pull the whole in the direction of the arrow F1 to clear the axes 16, 17 of the bearings 24, 25.
