- une paire d'amortisseurs hydrauliques coopérant avec les axes pour freiner la lunette et/ou le couvercle lors du mouvement de pivotement vers la position abaissée, chaque amortisseur ayant un organe d'actionnement rotatif susceptible de comprimer le fluide d'amortissement lors du freinage.

Claims (8)
- Dispositif d'abattants de cuvette de WC, comprenant une lunette (10) et un couvercle (11), articulés chacun par une plaque support (12) autour d'un axe horizontal (13) commun autorisant un mouvement de pivotement entre une position abaissée et une position relevée, et comprenant :caractérisé en ce que :des moyens de fixation de la plaque support (12) sur la cuvette de WC,deux charnières (14, 15) coaxiales et écartées l'une de l'autre pour l'insertion de deux axes d'articulation (16, 17) droit et gauche, chaque charnière droite (14) ou gauche (15) comportant un premier élément de charnière (14a, 15a) attaché au couvercle (11), et un deuxième élément , de charnière (14b, 15b) solidaire de la lunette (10),une paire d'amortisseurs (18, 19) hydrauliques coopérant avec les axes (16, 17) pour freiner la lunette (10) et/ou le couvercle (11) lors du mouvement de pivotement vers la position abaissée, chaque amortisseur (18, 19) ayant un organe d'actionnement (20, 21) rotatif susceptible de comprimer le fluide d'amortissement lors du freinage,l'une des charnières (15) est équipée d'une première liaison mécanique (26) fixe reliant le premier élément de charnière (15a) à l'axe gauche (17), et à l'organe d'actionnement (21) de l'amortisseur (19) associé, alors que le deuxième élément de charnière (15b) est monté à rotation libre sur l'axe gauche (17),l'autre charnière (14) est dotée d'une deuxième liaison mécanique (27) fixe solidarisant le deuxième élément de charnière (14b) à l'axe droit (16), et à l'organe d'actionnement (20) de l'amortisseur (18) associé, alors que le premier élément de charnière (14a) est monté à rotation libre sur l'axe droit (16),les axes d'articulation (16, 17) sont logés dans la plaque support (12) à l'intérieur de paliers (24, 25) autorisant un démontage rapide du couvercle (11) et de la lunette (10) en position relevée à 90°, chaque palier (24, 25) en forme de C étant disposé entre le premier élément de charnière (14a, 15a) et le deuxième élément de charnière (14b, 15b) de l'axe d'articulation (16, 17) correspondant.
- Dispositif d'abattants selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux amortisseurs (18, 19) hydrauliques sont coaxiaux en étant insérés dans l'intervalle central entre les deuxièmes éléments de charnière (14b, 15b) de la lunette (10).
- Dispositif d'abattants selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque axe d'articulation (16, 17) comporte :un élément mâle (16a, 17a) coopérant respectivement avec le premier élément de charnière (14a) de l'axe droit (16), et le premier élément de charnière (15a) de l'axe gauche (17),et un élément femelle (16b, 17b) pour l'entraínement de l'organe d'actionnement (20, 21) rotatif de l'amortisseur (18, 19) associé.
- Dispositif d'abattants selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les premiers éléments de charnière (14a, 15a) comporte chacun un logement destiné à recevoir l'élément mâle (16a, 17a) de l'axe correspondant.
- Dispositif d'abattants selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (11) est relié aux premiers éléments de charnière (14a, 15a) par une première paire de pattes de fixation (22).
- Dispositif d'abattants selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la lunette (10) est assemblée aux deuxièmes éléments de charnières (14b, 15b) par une deuxième paire de pattes de fixation (23).
- Dispositif d'abattants selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'un des amortisseurs (18) hydrauliques sert à freiner la lunette (10), et l'autre (19) le couvercle (11).
- Dispositif d'abattants selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'amortisseur (19) du couvercle (11) possède un taux de compression du fluide supérieur à celui (18) de la lunette (10) de manière à obtenir un effet de freinage différentiel, en fonction du poids des abattants.
