- la fermeture du contacteur KM2.
- vidanger le bac de rétention 1 et la cuvette 2 en ouvrant le robinet 10 du condu t de vidange V,
- détecter et réparer l'organe à l'origine de la fuite,
- et déverrouiller manuellement le contacteur KM3.
Claims (4)
- Dispositif antifuite pour appareil électroménager alimenté en liquide comprenant :un bac inférieur (1) de rétention du liquide de la fuite,une cuvette (2) ménagée dans le fond du bac,et un contacteur de sécurité (12) réagissant à la présence de liquide dans la cuvette (2) et fermant un circuit de commande d'une ou de plusieurs fonctions de mise en sécurité et d'alerte, caractérisé en ce que le bac de rétention (1) s'étend sous toute la section transversale de l'appareil et est dimensionné pour contenir tout le liquide de l'appareil, tandis que,
d'une part, le circuit électrique de commande est un circuit à basse tension (15) fermable par le contacteur de sécurité (12) et comportant un contacteur auxiliaire (KA3) déclenchant la mise en sécurité,
et, d'autre part, le circuit électrique d'alimentation de l'appareil comprend, en complément d'un contacteur de marche normale (KM2), un contacteur de secours (KM3) à verrouillage mécanique, apte à fermer un circuit (20) parallèle à ce circuit principal, pour alimenter, pendant la mise en sécurité et sous le contrôle d'un relais à ouverture temporisée (KA1 ), la pompe (P), le moteur (M) de l'appareil et les moyens d'alerte (H1). - Dispositif antifuite pour appareil électroménager selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le contacteur auxiliaire (KA3) comprend d'une part, deux contacts à ouverture, donc normalement fermés, (KA3a et KA3b), disposés, respectivement, sur le circuit électrique (16) d'alimentation d'une électrovanne (KA2) régissant l'alimentation en eau, et sur le circuit électrique (17) d'alimentation normale du contacteur principal (KM2) régissant le fonctionnement du moteur (M) et de la pompe (P) de l'appareil, et, d'autre part, un contact à fermeture (KA3c), donc normalement ouvert, disposé sur le circuit parallèle (20) d'alimentation du contacteur de secours (KM3).
- Dispositif antifuite pour appareil électroménager selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le circuit basse tension (15) est alimenté par le secondaire d'un transformateur (T).
- Dispositif antifuite pour appareil électroménager selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le contacteur de sécurité (12) est composé de deux paires opposées et imbriquées d'électrodes (4a, 4b), disposées dans la cuvette (2) parallèlement entre elles et au fond de cette cuvette (2), chacune des électrodes ayant une surface comprise entre 1 et 2,25 décimètres carrés.
