Claims (27)

  1. Baueinheit (1) zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen einer kosmetischen und/oder Pflegezusammensetzung auf eine zu bestreichende Fläche, insbesondere auf ein Lid, die ein Greiforgan (2), zwei auf das Greiforgan montierte Arme (4, 5) und eine Auftrageinrichtung (12) aufweist, die in der Lage ist, diese Zusammensetzung auf die zu bestreichende Fläche aufzutragen, wobei die Auftrageinrichtung zwischen diesen beiden Armen gehalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Reservoir (15) aufweist, das das Produkt enthält und in der Lage ist, die Auftrageinrichtung (12) zu beladen, wobei das Greiforgan (2) Mittel aufweist, um mit dem Reservoir (15) in einer Stellung verbunden zu werden, die ein Beladen der Auftrageinrichtung verhindert, wenn letztere gegen die Auftragfläche gedrückt ist.
  2. Baueinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftrageinrichtung (12) zumindest teilweise elastisch verformbar ist.
  3. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der zwei Arme (4, 5) zumindest teilweise elastisch verformbar ist.
  4. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan (2) ein elastisch verformbares Mittel in der Nähe einer Verbindung mit den zwei Armen (4, 5) aufweist.
  5. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme (4, 5) einen Bogen formen und die Auftrageinrichtung (12) zwischen zwei freien Enden (10, 11) halten, wobei diese freien Enden sich je auf einem Arm befinden.
  6. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftrageinrichtung einen fadenförmigen Abschnitt aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, in einer Richtung orthogonal zu einer Hauptlängsachse (8) des Greiforgans gegen eine zu bestreichende Fläche gedrückt zu werden.,
  7. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftrageinrichtung (13, 14) um zu einer Hauptlängsachse (8) des Greiforgans orthogonale Schwenkachsen in Höhe von freien Enden (10, 11) der flexiblen Arme schwenkbar montiert ist.
  8. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan von den zwei Armen lösbar ist (6, 7).
  9. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Arme von elastischen Rückhaltemitteln (7) auf dem Greiforgan gehalten werden.
  10. Baueinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Arme fest mit dem Greiforgan verbunden und auf diesem um eine feste Drehachse (34) drehbar montiert sind, wobei die Drehachse einen Winkel ungleich Null, zum Beispiel in der Größenordnung von 45°, mit einer Hauptlängsachse (8) des Greiforgans bildet.
  11. Baueinheit nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan eine bezüglich der Hauptlängsachse (8) geneigte Fläche (32) aufweist, gegen die eine komplementäre Fläche (33) der beiden Arme drückt, wobei die Drehachse sich orthogonal zu dieser geneigten Fläche erhebt.
  12. Baueinheit nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Arme sich in einer Ebene orthogonal zu dieser komplementären Fläche (33) erstrecken.
  13. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der zwei Arme und des Greiforgans einen Drehzapfen (30) aufweist, der in einen Sitz (31) des anderen der zwei Arme und des Greiforgans eingeführt ist, um die Drehachse zu bilden.
  14. Baueinheit nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehzapfen (30) einen elastischen Absatz aufweist, der in den Sitz (31) einrasten kann.
  15. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Arme (4, 5) und das Greiforgan (2) zusammenwirken, um es einem Benutzer zu erlauben, die zwei Arme (4, 5) in mindestens einer vordefinierten Stellung bezüglich des Greiforgans zu blockieren, und vorzugsweise in mindestens zwei vordefinierten Stellungen.
  16. Baueinheit nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer ersten Stellung die zwei Arme sich in einer Ebene parallel zur Hauptlängsachse (8) des Greiforgans (2) erstrecken.
  17. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer zweiten Benutzungsstellung die zwei Arme (4, 5) sich in einer Ebene erstrecken, die einen Winkel ungleich Null mit der Hauptlängsachse (8) des Greiforgans bildet.
  18. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Relief (50, 51) auf mindestens einer der Flächen gegenüber dem Greiforgan und den beiden Armen ausgebildet ist, um es dem Benutzer zu ermöglichen, die beiden Arme einfacher in einer vordefinierten Winkelstellung bezüglich des Greiforgans zu blockieren.
  19. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan (2) ebenfalls als Verschlusskapsel des Reservoirs (15) dient.
  20. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan (2) ausgelegt ist, um sich insbesondere durch Schnappverbindung auf dem Reservoir (15) zu befestigen.
  21. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Kappe (42) aufweist, die so auf dem Greiforgan gehalten werden kann, dass die Auftrageinrichtung und ggf. die zwei Arme in der Kappe verdeckt sind.
  22. Baueinheit nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reservoir (15) fest mit der Kappe verbunden ist.
  23. Baueinheit nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der auf das Greiforgan (2) montierten Stellung der Kappe eine Ausgabeöffnung des Reservoirs (15) an einem Außenumfang der Kappe mündet.
  24. Baueinheit nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der auf das Greiforgan (2) montierten Stellung der Kappe eine Ausgabeöffnung des Reservoirs in einen Sitz der Kappe mündet, der die Auftrageinrichtung aufnimmt.
  25. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reservoir (15) mit einem Schlitz (16, 37) versehen ist, um mindestens die Auftrageinrichtung in diesen einzuführen.
  26. Baueinheit nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz und/oder die Arme elastisch verformbar sind, um ein Einführen in diesen oder eine Entnahme der Auftrageinrichtung aus diesem Schlitz (16, 37) unter Krafteinwirkung zu ermöglichen.
  27. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das im Reservoir (15) enthaltene Produkt ein Kissen (35) durchtränkt, zum Beispiel einen Schaumstoff mit offenen Zellen.
