Definitions
- the invention relates to a modular system for producing industrial trucks, especially of high-bay industrial trucks.
- High-bay industrial trucks in particular high-bay stackers, which are usually used have a liftable elevator car for an operator, for Stacking and order picking of goods used in high racks. For this is on the Car attached a load handler, for example, as a swivel push fork can be executed. If the high-bay truck is only for Order picking can be used instead of the swivel push fork simple fork aligned in the vehicle longitudinal direction can be provided. In this In this case, the high-bay industrial truck is also referred to as a high-bay order picker.
- Known high-bay industrial trucks are usually based on theirs Load capacity, i.e. the basic load capacity and the resulting one Residual load capacity classified with the load handler raised high. outgoing of the load capacity is the type of high-bay industrial truck and thus the constructive design of the mast, the size of the drive battery, the design of the frame and the performance of the drive unit. If For example, a customer due to the long operating times of his High-bay industrial truck requires a larger drive battery than that of him the required load capacity is provided, the installation of such a larger battery the frame not intended for this is not possible. Instead is the customer forced to purchase a high-bay industrial truck with greater load capacity, in which is provided with a larger drive battery.
- the present invention is based on the object of a system for production of industrial trucks, in particular of high-bay industrial trucks position that enables the individual configuration of industrial trucks.
- a modular system in which a first modular component is formed by a mast of the industrial truck, at least two types of masts differing in terms of their maximum lifting height and / or their maximum load capacity; a second modular component is formed by a drive battery of the industrial truck, at least two types of drive batteries differing in terms of their external dimensions being provided; and the different types of modular components can be combined in the manufacture of the industrial truck.
- the mast and the drive battery are two core components of the truck, the size and nature of which depend significantly on the operating conditions of the truck. The free combinability of the mast and drive battery makes it possible to manufacture the industrial truck largely according to the individual requirements of a customer.
- the mast can be selected according to the height of the shelves to be operated and the weight of the loads to be transported.
- the decisive factor for the selection of the drive battery is, in particular, the typical operating time of the industrial truck between two charging processes.
- the maximum load weight that can be raised can also play a role in the selection of the drive battery, since this serves as a counterweight for the load.
- a travel drive unit is provided as a further modular component, wherein at least two types of which differ in terms of their drive power Travel drive units are provided. With the selection of the drive unit the achievable driving acceleration and the maximum driving speed specified.
- the travel drive unit can be combined with the others Modular components such as mast and drive battery can be combined.
- the lifting drive unit can thus be loaded to the maximum weight at the place of use Of the truck to be lifted. If, for example due to the high shelves, the industrial truck with a large mast the customer can still make a small one Select the linear drive unit if the loads to be transported are small Weight are.
- Impeller axis is provided as a further modular component , with at least two types of Impeller axles are provided.
- the different wheel axles can regardless of the other components of the truck according to the The location of the industrial truck must be selected.
- a rail guide is provided as a further modular component, wherein at least two types of differing in width Rail guides are provided.
- the rail guides include at least two guide rollers with which the truck is guided in a rack aisle. Depending on the width of the rack aisle, different Rail guides can be selected.
- Another modular component is a car that can be lifted on the mast represents, wherein at least two different types of cars are provided are.
- the different cars can in particular have different widths have, so that the car, for example, according to the rack aisle widths, how they are at the place of use of the industrial truck can be selected.
- the load handling device is on the car at the Mast attached.
- simple load handling devices are Load forks with or without additional lifting device, swivel push forks with or without Additional lifting device and telescopic forks in use.
- the individual configuration of the modular components is possible because a frame is provided for each industrial truck, the length of which corresponds to the type of drive battery used is adapted.
- the length of the frame and so the total length of the truck changes depending on the Dimensions of the battery in the vehicle's longitudinal direction. So stands for every variant of A modular system is available, the battery space of which is exactly the size corresponds to the drive battery.
- the frame has a load-bearing structure, its constructive execution exclusively to the type of drive battery used and / or to the type of mast used is adapted.
- the connection of the Impeller axis, the rail guide, the drive unit and the Lift drive unit to the load-bearing structure takes place via attachments and Connecting pieces so that no adjustment of the supporting structure is required.
- the frame has fastening elements, their constructive design exclusively on the type of mast used is adjusted.
- the fasteners that match the mast are included attached to the supporting structure of the frame, for example welded. A Adaptation of the fasteners to other modular components is not required.
- the frame has a receptacle for the wheel axis, the constructive design exclusively on the type of wheel axle used is adjusted.
- the impeller axle is connected to the load bearing by means of this mount Structure of the frame connected.
- the one adapted to the width of the impeller axis The holder is welded to the supporting structure.
- the mast has a receptacle for the impeller axis.
- the impeller axle is attached directly to the mast.
- this has a corresponding, adapted to the used impeller axis Recording on.
- An adaptation of the frame to the wheel axis used not mandatory.
- the length of the industrial truck then inevitably changes to Depends on the extension of the mast in the longitudinal direction of the truck.
- the frame has a receptacle for the rail guide, the constructive design exclusively on the type of rail guide used is adjusted.
- An industrial truck is also part of the invention, in particular High-bay industrial truck, which consists of a modular system as described above can be produced.
- a high-rack stacker High-bay industrial truck shown in the central area of the figure.
- the high-bay truck is with one Modular system according to the invention can be produced.
- the main elements of this Modular systems are a frame 1 with a drive battery 2, a mast 3, an impeller axle 4, a rail guide 5, one within the frame 1 arranged travel drive unit and also within the frame located lifting drive unit, a car 7 and a load handling device 8th.
- the length of the Frame 1 is matched to the drive battery 2 used.
- the present Embodiment three variants provided: a short frame 1a for a small one Drive battery 2a, a medium-length frame 1b for a medium-sized drive battery 2b and a long frame 1c for a large drive battery 2c.
- On the frame 1 different masts 3 can be attached.
- the frame 1 has one interface adapted to the different variants of the mast 3. in the
- the present exemplary embodiment can optionally be a modular system light mast 3a with a lower lifting height or a heavy mast 3b with larger lifting height can be selected.
- the drive system of the high rack stacker are two different travel drive units 9a, 9b in the modular system provided that differ in terms of drive power.
- the different impeller axles 4a, 4b, 4c and rail guides 5a, 5b, 5c differ in terms of their width, so that the high-bay stacker at different aisle widths can be adjusted.
- the available ones Cars 7a, 7b also primarily differ in terms of their width.
- Variants for the load suspension device 8 are in the modular system, for example a swivel push fork 8a and a telescopic fork 8b are provided.
- the present modular system enables any configuration of a High-bay industrial truck made of the components mentioned. To the respective one Configuration of these components will then be the electronic control of the High-bay industrial truck adapted and especially programmed so that a sufficient stability of the high-bay industrial truck is guaranteed in any case is.
