Definitions

  • the invention relates to a modular system for the production of industrial trucks, in particular of high-bay industrial trucks according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • High rack trucks in particular high rack stackers, which usually have a liftable on a mast car for an operator, are used for stacking and picking of goods in high shelves.
  • a load-receiving means is attached to the car, which may for example be designed as a swivel push fork. If the high-bay truck is used exclusively for picking, a simple, aligned in the vehicle longitudinal direction fork may be provided instead of the pivoting thrust fork. In this case, the high rack truck is also referred to as a high rack order picker.
  • a generic modular system according to the preamble of claim 1 is described in US 3,756,350 A.
  • a modular components here a vehicle frame, a mast and a drive module are provided.
  • the drive module is a preconfigured unit and includes batteries, a traction drive unit including traction drive motor, a hydraulic pump including electric pump motor, electrical controls and a hydraulic tank.
  • this known system proves to be very inflexible.
  • the present invention is based on the object to provide an improved system for the production of industrial trucks, in particular of high-bay industrial trucks available, which allows a more individualized configuration of industrial trucks. This object is achieved by a modular system according to the characterizing features of claim 1.
  • the various types of modular components can be combined in the production of the truck.
  • the mast and traction battery are two core components of the truck, the required size and characteristics of which depend significantly on the conditions of use of the truck.
  • the free combinability of mast and traction battery makes it possible to produce the truck significantly according to the individual requirements of a customer.
  • the mast can be selected according to the height of the shelves to be operated and the weight of the loads to be transported. Decisive for the selection of the drive battery is in particular the typical service life of the truck between two loading operations. Also, the maximum load to be lifted load can play a role in the selection of the drive battery, as this serves as a counterweight for the load. With the selection of the traction drive unit, the achievable driving acceleration and the maximum driving speed are specified.
  • the traction drive unit can be combined as desired with the other modular components, such as mast and traction battery.
  • a lifting drive unit is provided as a further modular component, wherein at least two types of lifting drive units differing in their drive power are provided.
  • the lifting drive unit can thus be tuned to the maximum weight to be lifted at the site of the truck loads. If, for example, due to the high shelves, the truck is equipped with a large mast, the customer can still reasonably choose a small lifting drive unit, if the loads to be transported are of low weight.
  • an impeller axis is provided as a further modular component, wherein at least two different types of impeller axes are provided with respect to their width.
  • the different impeller axes can thus be selected independently of the other components of the truck according to the site of the truck.
  • a rail guide is provided, wherein at least two different with respect to their width types of rail guides are provided.
  • the rail guides comprise at least two guide rollers, with which the truck is guided in a rack aisle. Depending on the width of the aisle can be selected different rail guides.
  • Another modular component is a liftable on the mast car, wherein at least two different types of cars are provided.
  • the different cars may in particular have different widths, so that the car, for example, according to the aisle widths, as they are present at the site of the truck, can be selected.
  • a load-handling device which can be lifted on the mast is provided, wherein at least two different types of load-handling devices are provided.
  • the load handling device is attached to the mast via the car.
  • the individual configuration of the modular components is made possible by the fact that for each truck, a frame is provided, whose length is adapted to the type of drive battery used.
  • the length of the frame and thus the overall length of the truck varies depending on the dimension of the battery in the vehicle longitudinal direction. This provides a framework for each variant of the modular system whose battery compartment corresponds exactly to the size of the drive battery.
  • the frame has a load-bearing structure whose structural design is adapted exclusively to the type of drive battery used and / or to the type of mast used.
  • the number of variants of the supporting structure, with which in particular the forces acting on the mast forces, the weight of the battery pack and the contact forces of the wheels of the truck are taken is thereby limited.
  • the frame has fasteners whose structural design is adapted exclusively to the type of mast used.
  • the mating to the mast fasteners are attached to the supporting structure of the frame, for example, welded.
  • An adaptation of the fasteners to other modular components is not required.
  • the frame has a receptacle for the impeller axis, the structural design is adapted exclusively to the type of impeller axis used.
  • the impeller axis is connected by means of this recording with the supporting structure of the frame.
  • the receptacle adapted to the width of the impeller axis is welded to the supporting structure.
  • the mast has a receptacle for the impeller axis.
  • the impeller axis is attached directly to the mast. This has for this purpose a corresponding, adapted to the verwenete impeller axis recording.
  • An adaptation of the frame to the impeller axis used is not mandatory. The length of the truck then inevitably changes depending on the extent of the mast in the truck longitudinal direction.
  • the frame has a receptacle for the rail guide, the structural design is adapted exclusively to the type of rail guide used.
  • Also part of the invention is an industrial truck, especially high-bay truck, which can be produced from a modular system as described above.
  • a Hochregalstorkler designed as Hochregalstapler is shown in the central area of the figure.
  • the high rack truck can be produced with a modular system according to the invention.
  • the essential elements of this modular system are a frame 1 with a drive battery 2, a mast 3, a wheel axle 4, a rail guide 5, a drive unit disposed within the frame 1, and a hoist drive unit also within the frame, a car 7, and a load handling device 8.
  • the modular system has different variants for each of the mentioned elements, which can be combined as desired.
  • the length of the frame 1 is matched to the drive battery 2 used.
  • three variants are provided in the present embodiment: a short frame 1a for a small drive battery 2a, a medium-length frame 1b for a medium drive battery 2b and a long frame 1c for a large drive battery 2c.
  • On the frame 1 different masts 3 can be attached.
  • the frame 1 has an adapted to the different variants of the mast 3 interface. In the present embodiment can be selected from the modular system either a light mast 3a with a lower lifting height or a heavy mast 3b with a larger lifting height.
  • two different traction drive units 9a, 9b are provided, which differ with regard to the drive power.
  • the different wheel axles 4a, 4b, 4c and rail guides 5a, 5b, 5c differ in their width, so that the high-rack forklift can be adapted to different gait widths.
  • the available cars 7a, 7b differ mainly also in terms of their width.
  • a pivoting thrust fork 8a and a telescopic fork 8b are provided in the modular system, for example.
  • the present modular system allows any configuration of a high-bay truck from said components.
  • the electronic control of the high-bay truck is then adapted to the respective configuration of these components and in particular programmed so that a sufficient stability of the high-bay truck is ensured in each case.
