Abstract
Description
- un récipient contenant le produit et comportant un col fileté,
- une pompe de distribution du produit, cette pompe comportant :
- une partie fixe vissée sur le col du récipient,
- une partie mobile sur laquelle l'utilisateur peut appuyer pour distribuer du produit,
- une bague extérieure en libre rotation autour de la partie fixe, cette bague extérieure comportant une lèvre souple agencée pour s'appliquer sur la partie mobile.
- la figure 1 est une coupe axiale, schématique et partielle, d'un dispositif de conditionnement et de distribution réalisé conformément à l'invention,
- la figure 2 représente isolément, en coupe axiale, la bague extérieure du dispositif de la figure 1,
- la figure 3 est une vue de dessous, selon la flèche III de la figure 2,
- la figure 4 représente le détail IV de la figure 2, et
- la figure 5 illustre, de manière schématique, la déformation de la lèvre de la bague extérieure au contact de la partie mobile de la pompe.
Claims (15)
- Dispositif (1) de conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit, comportant :dispositif caractérisé par le fait que la bague extérieure (40) comporte une lèvre souple (42) agencée pour s'appliquer sur la partie mobile (7) de la pompe (3).un récipient (2) contenant le produit et comportant un col (5) fileté,une pompe (3) de distribution du produit, cette pompe comportant :une partie fixe (6) vissée sur le col (5) du récipient (2),une partie mobile (7) sur laquelle l'utilisateur peut appuyer pour distribuer du produit,une bague extérieure (40) en libre rotation autour de la partie fixe (6) de la pompe (3),
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la bague extérieure (40) comporte un corps tubulaire (41) et par le fait que la lèvre (42) est réalisée d'un seul tenant avec le corps tubulaire (41).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le rapport de l'épaisseur (e) moyenne de la lèvre (42) à l'épaisseur moyenne (e') du corps (41) de la bague (40) est inférieur à 1/2, voire inférieur ou égal à 1/3.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la bague extérieure (40) est réalisée dans une matière plastique suffisamment rigide pour qu'un utilisateur ne puisse pas, sans outil, déformer la bague extérieure (40) au point de l'empêcher de tourner relativement à la partie fixe et dévisser la pompe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que la bague extérieure est réalisée au moins partiellement dans une polyoléfine, notamment du polypropylène ou du polyéthylène, des polyamides ou du POM.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que la lèvre (42) est en polypropylène.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que la bague extérieure comporte, sur sa surface intérieure, un revêtement d'un polymère fluoré, notamment du polytétrafluoroéthylène.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la lèvre (42) présente un bord intérieur circulaire, de diamètre (d) avant montage de la bague extérieure (40) sur la partie fixe (6), inférieur au diamètre extérieur (d') de la surface de la partie mobile (7) sur laquelle la lèvre (42) s'applique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la différence entre le diamètre (d) du bord intérieur de la lèvre (42) avant montage sur la partie fixe de la bague et celui (d') de la surface correspondante de la partie mobile (7) est supérieure ou égale à 1 mm.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'épaisseur (e') du corps (41) de la bague (40) est supérieure à l'épaisseur (e) d'au moins une portion de la lèvre (42).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que ladite portion s'étend radialement sur plus de la moitié de la dimension radiale totale (r) de la lèvre (42).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la lèvre (42) s'étend, avant le montage de la bague extérieure (40) sur la partie fixe (6) de la pompe, dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal de la bague extérieure (40).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le bord radialement intérieur de la lèvre (42) comporte une portion biseautée (42b).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la bague extérieure (40) comporte au moins un relief (44) rendant celle-ci indémontable.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que ledit relief (44) comporte une dent formant saillie vers l'intérieur, agencée pour s'encliqueter sous la partie fixe (6) une fois la bague extérieure (40) en place.
