Abstract

Ein Beschlag dient für ein Sitzmöbel, das in ein Bett umwandelbar ist und eine von einer Stellung unterhalb eines Sitzpolsters (2) ausziehbare Lade (3) aufweist, in der ein Zusatzpolster (4) angeordnet ist. Dieser ist nach dem Ausziehen der Lade (3) mittels des Beschlages aus der Lade (3) in Höhe des Sitzpolsters (2) anhebbar und stützt sich in dieser Stellung an seiner Vorderseite auf der Frontblende (5) der Lade (3) ab. Der Beschlag weist Arme (8) auf, die an einem Ende an der Lade (3), am anderen Ende im mittleren Bereich des Zusatzpolsters (4) angelenkt sind.
Im Bereich des hinteren Endes des Zusatzpolsters (4) sind Lenker (9) gelagert, die um annähernd 180° von einer in der abgesenkten Stellung des Zusatzpolsters (4) hinter diesem nach oben weisenden Lage nach unten schwenkbar sind, und die mit je einem weiteren, an der Lade (3) gelagerten Lenker (10) verbunden sind.
Zwischen wenigstens einem der Arme (8) und dem Zusatzpolster (4) ist eine Zugfeder (14) angeordnet.
Dadurch wird eine sichere Zwischenstellung auch bei schweren Zusatzpolstern (4) erreicht.

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Beschlag für ein Sitzmöbel, das in ein Bett umwandelbar ist und eine von einer Stellung unterhalb eines Sitzpolsters ausziehbare Lade aufweist, in der ein Zusatzpolster angeordnet ist, der nach dem Ausziehen der Lade mittels des Beschlages aus der Lade in Höhe des Sitzpolsters anhebbar ist, in welcher Stellung er sich an seiner Vorderseite auf der Frontblende der Lade abstützt, wobei der Beschlag Arme aufweist, die an einem Ende an der Lade, am anderen Ende im mittleren Bereich des Zusatzpolsters angelenkt sind, wobei ferner im Bereich des hinteren Endes des Zusatzpolsters Lenker gelagert sind, die um annähernd 180° von einer in der abgesenkten Stellung des Zusatzpolsters hinter diesem nach oben weisenden Lage nach unten schwenkbar sind, und die mit je einem weiteren, an der Lade gelagerten Lenker verbunden sind.
Ein solcher in der AT 403.981 B1 beschriebener Beschlag benötigt nur eine geringe Einbauhöhe und die Seitenteile der Lade müssen nicht an die Anhebekurve des Zusatzpolsters angepaßt werden. Es ist auch nicht erforderlich, den Zusatzpolster im Beschlagbereich auszuschneiden. Bei einer Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Beschlages wird der Zusatzpolster beim Umwandeln des Möbels in die Liegestellung angehoben und weit nach vorne geschoben, sodaß die Lade in genügendem Eingriff mit dem Möbelgestell bleibt und exakt geführt wird. Eine zusätzliche Offenhalteeinrichtung ist nicht erforderlich. Der Zusatzpolster gibt vielmehr in einer stabilen Zwischenstellung den Zugang zu einem Bettzeugraum frei.
Es hat sich allerdings gezeigt, daß bei einem schwereren Zusatzpolster dessen Zwischenstellung nicht mehr so stabil ist, wie gewünscht, es besteht vielmehr eine Neigung zum Kippen. Die vorliegende Erfindung hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die Erfindung des Stammpatentes derart zu verbessern, daß der erfindungsgemäße Beschlag auch für schwere Zusatzpolster geeignet ist. Erreicht wird dies dadurch, daß zwischen wenigstens einem der Arme und dem Zusatzpolster eine Zugfeder angeordnet ist.
Bei einem solchen Beschlag sichert diese mindestens eine Zugfeder die Zwischenstellung des Zusatzpolsters, in der ein Zugang zum Bettzeugraum möglich ist.
Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand eines in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben, ohne auf dieses Beispiel beschränkt zu sein. Dabei zeigen die

den mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Beschlag ausgestatteten Teil eines Möbels in verschiedenen Stellungen und

zeigt in schaubildlicher Ansicht den dabei verwendeten Beschlag.
Das in den Zeichnungen dargestellte Möbel weist ein Möbelgestell 1 auf, auf dem ein Sitzpolster 2 angeordnet ist. Unterhalb des Sitzpolsters 2 ist eine Lade 3 im Möbelgestell 1 verschiebbar gerührt. In der Lade 3 ist ein Zusatzpolster 4 hebbar gelagert, der sich in der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Liegestellung auf der Frontblende 5 der Lade 3 abstützt. Unterhalb des Zusatzpolsters 4 befindet sich ein Bettzeugraum 6.
Der zum Anheben des Zusatzpolsters 4 dienende erfindungsgemäße Beschlag ist an beiden Seiten des Möbels montiert, es wird jedoch nur eine Seite beschrieben. Demgemäß weist jede Seite einen Winkel 7 auf, der an der unteren Seite des Zusatzpolsters 4 befestigt ist und von der Hinterkante bis etwa zur Mitte des Zusatzpolsters 4 reicht. Ein in der Verwahrungsstellung (Fig. 1) etwa waagrecht liegender Schwenkarm 8 ist einerseits im vorderen Bereich des Winkels 7, andererseits im vorderen Bereich der Lade 3 angelenkt. Im hinteren Bereich des Winkels 7 ist ein Lenker 9 eines Lenkerpaares angelenkt, welches in der Verwahrungsstellung zusammengeklappt und annähernd aufrecht hinter dem Zusatzpolster 4 steht. Der Lenker 9 ist abgewinkelt, wobei der kürzere Schenkel 9' die Lagerung am Zusatzpolster 4 aufnimmt. Am längeren Schenkel 9" ist ein weiterer Lenker 10 angelenkt, dessen gegenüberliegendes Ende an einer in der Lade 3 befestigten Platte 11 gelagert ist. Am Lenker 10 greift eine Zugfeder 12 an.
Eine Zugfeder 14 ist einerseits in einen mit dem Winkel 7 verbundenen Ansatz 5, andererseits in einen mit dem Arm 8 verbundenen Ansatz 16 eingehängt.
Um das Möbel von der Sitzstellung in die Liegestellung umzuwandeln, wird vorerst die Lade 3 unter dem Sitzpolster 2 vorgezogen und somit die Stellung nach Fig. 1 erreicht.
Anschließend wird der Zusatzpolster 4 in seinem vorderen Bereich angehoben. Der Arm 8 schwenkt dabei nach oben (bezogen auf die Zeichnung im Uhrzeigersinn). Der Lenker 10 wird unter Einwirkung der Kraft der Feder 12 ebenfalls verschwenkt (bezogen auf die Zeichnung im Uhrzeigersinn), bis er durch Anliegen an einem Begrenzungszapfen 13 seine Endstellung erreicht. In dieser in Fig. 2 dargestellten Zwischenstellung ragt der Zusatzpolster 4 etwa unter 45° schräg nach oben und gibt damit den Zugang zum Bettzeugraum 6 frei. In dieser Stellung unterstützt die Feder 14 die eingenommene Lage des Zusatzpolsters 4, sodaß auch bei schweren Zusatzpolstern 4 ein Umkippen nicht erfolgen kann. Der Zusatzpolster 4 verbleibt daher ohne die Notwendigkeit irgendwelcher Sperren in dieser Lage.
Erst beim weiteren Anheben bzw. Vorziehen des Zusatzpolsters 4 hebt sich der am Winkel 7 angelenkte Lenker 9 vom Zusatzpolster 4 ab und beschreibt eine etwa halbkreisförmige Drehbewegung (bezogen auf die Zeichnungen entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn). Dabei dreht der Arm 8 vorerst noch im Uhrzeigersinn, vor Erreichen der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Liegestellung jedoch entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn. In dieser Liegestellung stützt sich der Zusatzpolster 4 mit seinem vorderen Ende auf der Frontblende 5 der Lade 3 ab. Am hinteren Ende des Zusatzpolsters 4 stützt sich dieser auf die Lenker 9 und 10 ab, wobei der Lenker 10 am Anschlag 13 anliegt.
Die Umwandlung des Möbels von der Liegestellung in die Sitzstellung erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge der vorstehend beschriebenen Bedienungsschritte.

Claims (1)

  1. Beschlag für ein Sitzmöbel, das in ein Bett umwandelbar ist und eine von einer Stellung unterhalb eines Sitzpolsters (2) ausziehbare Lade (3) aufweist, in der ein Zusatzpolster (4) angeordnet ist, der nach dem Ausziehen der Lade (3) mittels des Beschlages aus der Lade (3) in Höhe des Sitzpolsters (2) anhebbar ist, in welcher Stellung er sich an seiner Vorderseite auf die Frontblende (5) der Lade (3) abstützt, wobei der Beschlag Arme (8) aufweist, die an einem Ende an der Lade (3), am anderen Ende im mittleren Bereich des Zusatzpolsters (4) angelenkt sind, wobei ferner im Bereich des hinteren Endes des Zusatzpolsters (4) Lenker (9) gelagert sind, die um annähernd 180° von einer in der abgesenkten Stellung des Zusatzpolsters (4) hinter diesem nach oben weisenden Lage nach unten schwenkbar sind, und die mit je einem weiteren, an der Lade (3) gelagerten Lenker (10) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen wenigstens einem der Arme (8) und dem Zusatzpolster (4) eine Zugfeder (14) angeordnet ist.
