Claims (14)
- Appareil conçu pour l'aiguisage manuel de couteaux et d'autres lames par l'intermédiaire de deux plaques en métal dur (3a, 3b) croisées, superposées à plat, caractérisé parun élément de prise et de maintien (1) en forme de tige qui comprend une face inférieure plane (1a) qui permet de déposer l'appareil fermement sur un appui plan,un élément fonctionnel (2) située à l'une des extrémités longitudinales de l'élément de prise et de maintien (1) qui reçoit les plaques en métal dur (3a, 3b) et les enferme à l'exception d'un évidement (4) par lequel une zone d'aiguisage en forme de V (5) située au point de croisement des plaques en métal dur (3a, 3b) devient accessible pour la lame à aiguiser,deux plaques en métal dur (3a, 3b) de forme identique qui comportent des sections d'arête rectilignes avec lesquelles elles forment, grâce à leur disposition croisée, la zone d'aiguisage en forme de V (5), qui comportent chacune au moins un évidement traversant (10) et qui sont symétriques en rotation par rapport à leur contours extérieurs et par rapport aux évidements (10),une première encoche (8a) dans l'élément fonctionnel (2) dans laquelle une plaque en métal dur (3a) est posée de manière remplaçable avec son côté plat situé parallèlement à la face inférieure (1a) de l'élément de prise et de maintien (1),une deuxième encoche (8b) dans l'élément fonctionnel (2) dans laquelle l'autre plaque en métal dur (3b) est posée de manière remplaçable avec son côté plat situé parallèlement à la face inférieure (1a) de l'élément de prise et de maintien (1),des tenons (9) qui sont chacun en saillie du fond des encoches (8a, 8b) et qui font pendant à l'évidement (10) dont au moins un est situé dans les plaques en métal dur (3a, 3b) afin de fixer les plaques en métal dur (3a, 3b) pour éviter des déplacements latéraux,un élément de recouvrement (11), qui peut être posé dans l'élément fonctionnel (2), avec un verrouillage à encliquetage détachable pour fixer des plaques en métal dur (3a, 3b) posées dans les encoches (8a, 8b) afin d'éviter leur déplacement vers le haut,une telle position des encoches (8a, 8b) dans l'élément fonctionnel (2) que, par l'intermédiaire de l'interchange des plaques en métal dur (3a, 3b) entre les encoches (8a, 8b) et/ou de la rotation des plaques en métal dur (3a, 3b), des sections d'arête différentes des plaques en métal dur (3a, 3b) forment au moins en quatre modes différents la zone d'aiguisage en forme de V (5).
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les sections rectilignes d'arête des côtés des plaques en métal dur (3a, 3b) sont légèrement chanfreinées de manière que l'arête supérieure est en saillie de l'arête inférieure, l'arête supérieure représentant l'arête de travail.
- Appareil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'angle de chanfreinage est de 6°.
- Appareil selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la face supérieure est marquée.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (10) dont au moins un est situé dans les plaques en métal dur (3a, 3b) et les tenons (9) dans les encoches (8a, 8b) sont disposés et/ou façonnés de manière à empêcher la pose des plaques en métal dur (3a, 3b) si la face supérieure et la face inférieure sont interchangées.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (10) consistent en deux trous et donc deux tenons (9) correspondants sont prévus par encoche (8a, 8b).
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de recouvrement (11) comporte à l'un des côtés deux languettes (12) formées sur celui-ci qui s'engagent dans les fentes de retenue de l'élément fonctionnel (2), et au côte opposé un verrou à encliquetage (13) qui, par l'intermédiaire d'une ouverture (14), s'engage dans l'élément fonctionnel (2) et s'encliquète de manière détachable.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une butée (2a) est formée dans la zone de transition entre l'élément fonctionnel (2) et l'élément de prise et de maintien (1) pour terminer la face inférieure plane de celle-ci.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un autre élément fonctionnel (6) comportant une seule plaque en métal dur (7) est prévu à l'extrémité de l'élément de prise et de maintien (1) situé en face de l'élément fonctionnel (2).
- Appareil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une butée (6a) est prévue sur l'autre élément fonctionnel (6) avec laquelle la plaque en métal dur (7) peut être guidée sous l'angle typique pour des lames de ciseaux le long d'une lame.
- Appareil selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la butée (6a) est à la fois formée en tant que protège-doigts en direction de l'élément de prise et de maintien (1).
