Claims (11)

  1. Metallrahmen (14) umfassend eine obere Querverbindung (18) und zwei Stützen und ein Befestigungssystem für seine Befestigung in einer Öffnung (12) einer Mauer (10), wobei der Befestigungssystem umfasst :
    eine Klammer (30, 130), welche eine unbewegliche, an einer die Öffnung (12) begrenzenden Fläche der Mauer (10) befestigte Stützlasche (32, 132) und eine bewegliche Klemmbacke (34) aufweist, und
    eine Gegenstütze (33), welche in Bezug auf die obere Querverbindung (18) des Rahmens (14) vorspringt, wobei die bewegliche Klemmbacke (34) geeignet ist, die Gegenstütze (33) gegen die unbewegliche Stützlasche (32, 132) zu drücken.
  2. Der Metallrahmen nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Klammer (30) umfasst:
    einen Klemmwinkel (36) mit einem ersten Schenkel (42) und einem zweiten Schenkel (44) und
    einen Klemmbolzen (40) mit einem Bolzenschaft (48) und einem Bolzenkopf (50), wobei der Bolzenschaft (48) durch ein Durchgangsloch (46) in dem ersten Schenkel (42) durchgeführt ist und ein mit einem Gewinde versehenes Ende (52) aufweist, welches in einem mit einem Gewinde versehenen Loch (53) der unbeweglichen Stützlasche (32, 132) verschraubt ist, und wobei der Bolzenkopf (50) sich auf den ersten Schenkel (42) abstützt,
    wobei das freie Ende des ersten Schenkels (42) die bewegliche Klemmbacke (34) bildet und
    das freie Ende des zweiten Schenkels (44) eine Hebelstütze auf der unbeweglichen Stützlasche (32, 132) bildet.
  3. Der Metallrahmen nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Durchgangsloch (46) für den Bolzenschaft (48) ein längliches Durchgangsloch ist, welches in der Längsrichtung des ersten Schenkels (42) ausgerichtet ist.
  4. Der Metallrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Klammer (30) einen Klemmwinkel (38) mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Schenkel (54, 56) aufweist, wobei der erste Schenkel (54) die unbewegliche Stützlasche (32) der Klammer (30) bildet und der zweite Schenkel (56) eine Befestigungslasche bildet, welche flach liegend an einer die Öffnung (12) nach oben begrenzenden Fläche der Mauer (10) befestigt ist.
  5. Der Metallrahmen nach Anspruch 4, bei dem die Befestigungslasche (56) Langlöcher (58, 60) für Befestigungsschrauben (62, 64) aufweist, wobei diese Langlöcher (58, 60) senkrecht zu der Stützlasche (32) ausgerichtet sind.
  6. Der Metallrahmen nach Anspruch 5, wobei der erste Schenkel und der zweite Schenkel (54, 56) des Klemmwinkels (38) ungleiche Längen aufweisen und beide umfassen.
    Langlöcher (58, 60, 58', 60') für Befestigungsschrauben, wobei diese Langlöcher senkrecht zu dem anderen Schenkel des Stützwinkels ausgerichtet sind,
    ein mit einem Gewinde versehenes Loch (53, 53'), um darin einen Klemmbolzen (40) zu verschrauben,
    derart, dass jeder der zwei Schenkel (54, 56) die Funktion einer Befestigungslasche und einer Stützlasche (32) erfüllen kann.
  7. Der Metallrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, umfassend eine seitliche Befestigungsplatte (122), welche die unbewegliche Stützlasche (132) trägt und in der Nähe der oberen Querverbindung (18) an einer die Öffnung (12) seitlich begrenzenden Fläche der Mauer (10) verschraubt ist.
  8. Der Metallrahmen nach Anspruch 7, wobei die unbewegliche Stützlasche (132) aus einem Winkelschenkel (136) besteht, welcher mit der Befestigungslasche (122) derart verbunden ist, dass ein fester Stützwinkel (138) gebildet wird.
  9. Der Metallrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, mit einer Positionierungsplatte (100) für jede der zwei Stützen (16, 16'), welche am Boden (102) befestigt ist und mit dem unteren Ende der Stütze (16, 16') in Eingriff gelangt.
  10. Der Metallrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Gegenstütze (33) sich auf der gesamten Länge der Querverbindung (18) des Rahmens (14) erstreckt.
  11. Methode zum Einbau eines Metallrahmens (14) in eine Öffnung (12) einer Mauer (10), wobei der Rahmen (14) eine obere Querverbindung (18) und zwei Stützen (16, 16') aufweist, wobei die Methode folgende Schritte umfasst:
    für jede Stütze (16, 16') des Rahmens (14) auf dem Boden (102) oder an einer die Öffnung (12) begrenzenden Fläche der Mauer (10) in der Nähe des Bodens (102) eine untere Positionierungsplatte (100) derart anordnen, dass für das untere Ende der jeweiligen Stütze (16, 16') ein fester unterer Stützpunkt definiert wird;
    an dem Sturz (28) der Öffnung (12) oder an einer die Öffnung (12) begrenzenden Fläche der Mauer (10) in der Nähe des Sturzes (28) mindestens eine Stützlasche (32, 132) derart anordnen, dass ein fester oberer Stützpunkt definiert wird, welcher geeignet ist, mit einer Gegenstütze (33) in Eingriff zu gelangen, welche in Bezug auf die obere Querverbindung (18) des Rahmens (14) vorspringt;
    den Rahmen in die Öffnung (12) derart einsetzen, dass das untere Ende jeder der zwei Stützen (16, 16') mit einer der unteren Positionierungsplatten (100) in Eingriff gelangt und dass die Gegenstütze (33) der oberen Querverbindung (18) des Rahmens sich auf die Stützlasche abstützt;
    eine der Stützlasche zugehörige bewegliche Klemmbacke (34) verwenden, um die Gegenstütze (33) auf die Stützlasche abgestützt zu halten;
    die Position des Rahmens in der Öffnung (12) justieren;
    die bewegliche Klemmbacke (34) endgültig festklemmen und
    die Leerräume zwischen dem Rahmen und den die Öffnung (12) begrenzenden Flächen der Mauer (10) mit einer Verfüllmasse ausfüllen.
