Claims (8)
- Extrusionsprofil, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass es Hohlräume, die ganz oder teilweise mit einem Partikelschaum aus einem thermoplastischen Polymer gefüllt sind, aufweist.
- Extrusionsprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Extrusionsprofil aus einem thermoplastischen Polymer besteht.
- Extrusionsprofil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Partikelschaum aus Polyolefinen oder Styrolpolymeren besteht.
- Extrusionsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Extrusionsprofil aus Polyproylen besteht, dessen Hohlräume mit einem expandierten Polyproylen-Partikelschaum (EPP) gefüllt sind.
- Wärmedämmendes Fenster oder wärmedämmende Tür mit einem Rahmen aus einem Extrusionsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von wärmegedämmten Extrusionsprofilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man einen Partikelschaum aus einem thermoplastischen Polymer in eine oder mehrere Kammern eines Extrusionsprofils füllt, komprimiert und die Enden des Extrusionsprofils verschließt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zum Füllen des Extrusionsprofils ein Ende mit einem feinmaschigen Sieb verschließt und den Partikelschaum mit Luft in das Extrusionsprofil füllt und komprimiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Partikelschaum nach dem Einfüllen mit Heißluft oder Wasserdampf versintert.
