Abstract

Bei einer mobilen Handwascheinrichtung ist ein in einem Gehäuse (1) angeordnetes Handwaschbecken (12) durch eine Wasch-Gehäuseöffnung (11) von außen zugänglich. In einem Frischwasserabteil des Gehäuses sind oberhalb des Handwaschbeckens ein Frischwasserbehälter (5) mit einem Wasserhahn (10) angeordnet. Um ohne Energieversorgung von außen warmes Wasser bereit zu halten und Schmutzwasser einfach zu entsorgen, ist das Frischwasserabteil innerhalb des Gehäuses (1) thermisch isoliert und in einem Schmutzwasserabteil des Gehäuses unterhalb des Handwaschbeckens (12) ist ein Schmutzwasserbehälter (13) angeordnet.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine mobile Handwascheinrichtung mit einem in einem Gehäuse angeordneten Handwaschbecken nach dem Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
Derartige bekannte mobile Handwascheinrichtungen, die auch als mobile Waschstationen bezeichnet werden, befinden sich insbesondere dort im Einsatz, wo mit Lebensmitteln hantiert wird, die Käufern angeboten werden. Dies sind insbesondere Verkaufsstände, an denen die Lebensmittel teilweise bearbeitet/verarbeitet werden und nach Zubereitung den Käufern dargereicht werden. Dabei sind Hygienevorschriften insbesondere nach der Lebensmittelhygieneverordnung zu beachten.
Zur Einhaltung lebensmittelhygienischer Vorschriften ist besonders die Verwendung heißen Wassers erforderlich, aber insofern problematisch, als Wasser nach Erwärmung naturgemäß abkühlt und daher normalerweise nicht lange im erwärmten Zustand gespeichert werden kann. Es kann daran gedacht werden, bei einschlägigen Handwascheinrichtungen das warme Wasser fortlaufend zu erhitzen, was aber energiemäßig aufwendig ist und darüber hinaus nicht immer durchführbar ist, weil beispielsweise kein Stromanschluß zur elektrischen Erwärmung zur Verfügung steht.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine mobile Handwascheinrichtung der eingangs genannten Gattung derart weiterzubilden, daß zum Waschen warmes Wasser in unproblematischer Weise und energetisch günstig langzeitig zur Verfügung steht. Die mobile Handwascheinrichtung soll somit zum Betrieb keines Stromanschlusses und Zusatzteilen wie eines separaten Schmutzwasserbehälters bedürfen, um dabei kompakt, leicht und damit einfach transportabel sein.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß nach dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 dadurch gelöst, daß das Frischwasserabteil, in dem der Frischwasserbehälter der mobilen Handwascheinrichtung untergebracht ist, innerhalb des Gehäuses thermisch isoliert ist, und daß in einem Schmutzwasserabteil des Gehäuses unterhalb des Handwaschbeckens ein entnehmbarer Schmutzwasserbehälter untergebracht ist.
In dem Gehäuse dieser Handwascheinrichtung sind somit sämtliche erforderlichen Komponenten, die zum Betrieb und zur Versorgung sowie Entsorgung der Handwascheinrichtung gehören, integriert. Diese Handwascheinrichtung beansprucht nur einen geringen Raum zum Aufbau. Ihre wesentliche Komponenten sind stets zur Hand, da in dem Gehäuse integriert. Dies betrifft insbesondere den Schmutzwasserbehälter. Das in dem Frischwasserbehälter enthaltene warme bzw. heiße Wasser behält diesen Zustand ohne künstliche Zufuhr weiterer Wärmeenergie lange bei, da der Frischwasserbehälter in dem Gehäuse in einem thermisch isolierten Frischwasserabteil untergebracht ist. Es werden so auch Wärmeverluste vermieden, die durch sonst erforderliche häufige Beschickungen der Handwascheinrichtung mit heißem Wasser auftreten können.
Nicht zuletzt ist die mobile Handwascheinrichtung auch deswegen ästhetisch ansprechend, weil der Schmutzwasserbehälter in dem Gehäuse untergebracht ist, sich also den Blicken entzieht.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Handwascheinrichtung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Indem das Frischwasserabteil einschließlich eines Deckels im wesentlichen geschlossen ist und das Frischwasserabteil einschließlich des Deckels innen mit einer thermischen Isolierschicht versehen ist, wird vermieden, daß heißes Wasser in dem Frischwasserbehälter, welches vorzugsweise im Abstand zu der Isolierschicht von dieser umgeben ist, rasch abkühlt.
Bevorzugt besteht die Isolierschicht im Innern des Frischwasserabteils aus Polystyrol-Schaumstoff (EPS), der wenig aufwendig, leicht zu verarbeiten ist und gute Wärmedämmeigenschaften aufweist.
Gut sauberzuhalten und ästhetisch ansprechend ist gemäß Anspruch 4 das im wesentlichen zylindrische Gehäuse, welches in Betriebsbereitschaft nur an der Waschgehäuseöffnung offen ist. In einen ersten, oberen Zylinderabschnitt dieses Gehäuses ist das thermisch isolierte Frischwasserabteil eingeschlossen. Darunter befindet sich in dem Gehäuse die Waschgehäuseöffnung in einem zweiten, mittleren Zylinderabschnitt, unterhalb welcher das Handwaschbecken angeordnet ist und somit von oben seitlich zugänglich ist. In einem dritten, unteren Zylinderabschnitt des Gehäuses ist schließlich das Schmutzwasserabteil eingeschlossen, in dem der Schmutzwasserbehälter untergebracht ist.
Bei dieser kompakten Ausbildung wird weiter gemäß Anspruch 5 ein eimerförmiger Schmutzwasserbehälter (d.h. gegebenenfalls einfach ein Eimer) verwendet, der unter dem Handwaschbecken in dem Gehäuse so aufgestellt wird, daß er einen Boden des Handwaschbeckens einschließt. Diese Anordnung ist kompakt und gewährleistet, daß bei einer willkürlichen Öffnung des Bodens zum Entlassen des Schmutzwassers dieses in den Schmutzwasserbehälter abfließt, ohne innen an das Gehäuse zu spritzen.
Zur Vervollständigen der mobilen Handwascheinrichtung können an dieser ein Handtuchhalter und an anderer Stelle benachbart zu der Waschgehäuseöffnung ein Seifenspender oder ein Desinfektionsmittelspender außen an dem Gehäuse angebracht sein, um die Einhaltung von Hygienebestimmungen zu erleichtern.
Das Gehäuse besteht vorteilhaft aus Aluminium, welches leicht ist und bei der Anfertigung des Gehäuses gut zu bearbeiten ist. Andere Teile der mobilen Handwascheinrichtung, insbesondere das Handwaschbecken, können auch aus Kunststoff bestehen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand einer Zeichnung mit zwei Figuren erläutert. Es zeigt:

In Fig. 1 ist mit 1 ein im wesentlichen zylindrisches Gehäuse der Handwascheinrichtung bezeichnet. Das Gehäuse kann in einen oberen, ersten Zylinderabschnitt 2, einen mittleren, zweiten Zylinderabschnitt 3 und in einen unteren, dritten Zylinderabschnitt 4 unterteilt betrachtet werden.
Der obere, erste Zylinderabschnitt stellt ein Frischwasserabteil dar, in dem ein Frischwasserbehälter 5 aufgestellt ist. Das innere des Frischwasserbehälters ist durch eine obere, mittels eines Deckels 6 verschlossene Öffnung zugänglich, um den Frischwasserbehälter zu entnehmen und mit heißen Frischwasser gefüllt einzuführen.
Besonders zweckmäßig sind die Form und Abmessungen des Frischwasserbehälters 5 so gewählt, daß die Innenseite des Frischwasserabteils nicht berührt wird, d.h. sich ein Spalt zwischen der äußeren Wand des Frischwasserbehälters und der Innenseite des Frischwasserabteils befindet, in dem praktisch keine Wärmeleitung auftritt.
Das Frischwasserabteil und der Deckel 6 sind innen mit einer thermischen Isolierschicht 7 bzw. 8 aus Polystyrol-Schaumstoff versehen.
Von dem Frischwasserabteil führt ein Leitungsabschnitt 9 zu dem zweiten, mittleren Zylinderabschnitt 3, wobei der Leitungsabschnitt 9 durch einen Wasserhahn 10 normalerweise abgesperrt ist.
Aus dem mittleren, zweiten Zylinderabschnitt ist eine Wasch-Gehäuseöffnung 11 ausgeformt, die sich in Umfangsrichtung um etwa 90° der Zylinderwand erstreckt, siehe Fig. 2.
In Höhe des Übergangs des mittleren, zweiten Zylinderabschnitts zu dem unteren, dritten Zylinderabschnitt befindet sich ein Handwaschbecken 12, welches somit von seitlich oben durch die Waschgehäuseöffnung 11 zugänglich ist. Das Handwaschbecken 12 kann von einem unter ihm aufgestellten Schmutzwasserbehälter 13 teilweise umfaßt werden. Der Schmutzwasserbehälter befindet sich dabei in dem unteren dritten Zylinderabschnitt.
Die Fassungsvermögen des Frischwasserbehälters 3 und des Schmutzwasserbehälters 13 sind vorzugsweise so aufeinander abgestimmt, daß der Schmutzwasserbehälter nicht entleert zu werden braucht, bis der Frischwasserbehälter 3 leer ist. Die Entleerung des Schmutzwasserbehälters kann so lange aufgeschoben werden, praktisch ohne Gefahr des Überlaufs. Damit sich das Handwaschbecken 12 beispielsweise nach jedem Handwaschvorgang in den Schmutzwasserbehälter 13 entleeren kann, weist das Handwaschbecken eine in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellte, durch einen Stopfen verschließbare Öffnung auf.
Die mobile Handwascheinrichtung wird komplettiert durch einen in dem Bereich neben der Wasch-Gehäuseöffnung außen an dem Gehäuse angebrachten Handtuchhalter 14, der in einer Variante eine Papierrolle aufnehmen kann.
Auf einer anderen Seite neben der Wasch-Gehäuseöffnung 11 ist ein Desinfektionsmittelspender (15) bzw. eine Halterung für einen solchen außen an dem Gehäuse angebracht, siehe Fig. 2.
Insgesamt zeichnet sich diese mobile Handwascheinrichtung durch geringes Gewicht, unproblematische Transportierbarkeit und geringen Platzbedarf aus. Die Begrenzung der Wasch-Gehäuseöffnung im dem zweiten mittleren Zylinderabschnitt des Gehäuses stellt gleichzeitig einen seitlichen Spritzschutz dar.
Die mobile Handwascheinrichtung kann wie beschrieben als Tischmodell ausgeführt sein, oder aber ergänzt mit einem unteren, vorzugsweise ebenfalls zylindrischen hohlen Träger, der sich an die eigentliche Handwascheinrichtung anschließt, als Standmodell.

Claims (11)

  1. Mobile Handwascheinrichtung mit einem in einem Gehäuse (1) angeordneten Handwaschbecken (12), welches durch eine Wasch-Gehäuseöffnung (11) von außen zugänglich ist, sowie mit einem in einem Frischwasserabteil des Gehäuses oberhalb des Handwaschbeckens angeordneten Frischwasserbehälter (5) mit einem Wasserhahn (10) über dem Handwaschbecken,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Frischwasserabteil innerhalb des Gehäuses (1) thermisch isoliert ist
    und daß in einem Schmutzwasserabteil des Gehäuses unterhalb des Handwaschbeckens (12) ein Schmutzwasserbehälter (13) angeordnet ist.
  2. Mobile Handwascheinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Frischwasserabteil mit Ausnahme eines Deckels (6) im wesentlichen geschlossen ist
    und daß das Frischwasserabteil einschließlich des Deckels (6) innen mit einer thermischen Isolierschicht (7, 8) versehen ist.
  3. Mobile Handwascheinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierschicht (7, 8) aus Polystyrol-Schaumstoff (EPS) besteht.
  4. Mobile Handwascheinrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1-3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) mit Ausnahme der Wasch-Gehäuseöffnung (11) im wesentlichen zylindrisch ist,
    daß das thermisch isolierte Frischwasserabteil in einen oberen, ersten Zylinderabschnitt (2) eingeschlossen ist,
    daß die Wasch-Gehäuseöffnung (11) in einem zweiten, mittleren Zylinderabschnitt (3) ausgeformt ist
    und daß das Schmutzwasserabteil in einen unteren, dritten Zylinderabschnitt (4) eingeschlossen ist.
  5. Mobile Handwascheinrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schmutzwasserbehälter (13) eimerförmig ist
    und daß ein Boden des Handwaschbeckens (12) von dem Schmutzwasserbehälter (13) umfaßt wird.
  6. Mobile Handwascheinrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    gekennzeichnet durch einen Verschlußstopfen in dem Handwaschbecken über dem Schmutzwasserbehälter.
  7. Mobile Handwascheinrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß benachbart zu der Wasch-Gehäuseöffnung (11) ein Handtuchhalter (14) außen an dem Gehäuse (1) angebracht ist.
  8. Mobile Handwascheinrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß benachbart zu der Wasch-Gehäuseöffnung (11) ein Seifenspender außen an dem Gehäuse (1) angeordnet ist.
  9. Mobile Handwascheinrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1-7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß benachbart zu der Wasch-Gehäuseöffnung (11) ein Desinfektionsmittelspender (15) angeordnet ist.
  10. Mobile Handwascheinrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) aus Aluminium besteht.
  11. Mobile Handwascheinrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch ein Handwaschbecken (12) aus Kunststoff.
