Claims (7)
- Kutter (1) mit einem Arbeitsraum (4) und einer in den Arbeitsraum (4) ragenden Messerwelle (3; 33), die benachbart dem Arbeitsraum in mindestens einem Messerwellenlager (10) gelagert ist, das von mindestens einer Lagerdichtung (12) geschützt ist, sowie mit einer Abdichtung (13, 14, 15) für den Eintrittsbereich der Messerwelle (3; 33) in den Arbeitsraum (4), die insbesondere eine Labyrinth-Abdichtung ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kutter eine Pumpe (25) zur Drucklufterzeugung und/oder einen Druckluftanschluss (26) aufweist, von welcher Pumpe oder von welchem Druckluftanschluss mindestens eine Druckluftleitung (22, 27, 28; 30) in mindestens einen Raum (11) zwischen der Lagerdichtung und der druckluftdurchlässig ausgebildeten Abdichtung und/oder in mindestens einen in der druckluftdurchlässig ausgebildeten Abdichtung befindlichen Raum (11') führt.
- Kutter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckluftleitung teilweise durch mindestens eine Längs- und Querbohrung (27, 28) in der Messerwelle (3) gebildet ist.
- Kutter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kutter ein Vakuumkutter ist.
- Kutter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kutter einen nichtevakuierbaren Arbeitsraum aufweist.
- Kutter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels der Pumpe oder über den Druckluftanschluss ein Druck der Druckluft von ungefähr 1,5 bar erzeugbar ist.
- Kutter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb der berührungslos abdichtenden Labyrinth-Abdichtung mindestens ein berührend abdichtendes Dichtelement (16) eingesetzt ist.
- Kutter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe oder der Druckluftanschluss derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Druckluftzufuhr in den Raum (11; 11') bei der Inbetriebnahme des Messerwellenantriebs erfolgt.
