Claims (9)
- Sprosse zur Anordnung innerhalb eines Abstandhalterrahmens (11) bei Mehrscheibenisolierverglasungen, die über Verbindungselemente stirnseitig mit dem Abstandhalterrahmen (11) und/oder weiteren Sprossen verbunden ist, bestehend aus einem etwa rechteckförmigen Sprossenhohlprofil (20, 21),
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die dem Scheibenzwischenraum (18) zugekehrten Seitenwände (23) zur Erhöhung der Stabilität der Sprossenhohlprofile (20, 21) mit quer zur Längsausrichtung der Sprossenhohlprofile (20, 21) ausgerichteten, parallel verlaufenden Rillen (24) versehen sind. - Sprosse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstandhalterrahmen (11) auf seiner Innenwand (14) mit quer zur Längsausrichtung der Abstandhalterhohlprofile ausgerichteten, parallel verlaufenden Rillen (16) versehen ist.
- Sprosse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die parallel verlaufenden Rillen (16, 24) einen gleichbleibenden Abstand aufweisen.
- Sprosse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die parallel verlaufenden Rillen (16, 24) in einem Bereich der Seitenwand (23) mit der Breite (B2) mittig eingeformt sind, wobei dieser Bereich der Breite (B2) mindestens 30%, vorzugsweise mindestens 50%, der Gesamtbreite (B1) der Seitenwand (23) ausmacht.
- Sprosse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Seitenwand (23) Perforationen (25) aufweist, die sich in Längsausrichtung der Sprossenhohlprofile (20, 21) erstrecken.
- Sprosse nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Reihen Perforationen (25) in je einem unverformten Randbereich (27) der Seitenwand (23) angeordnet sind und zwischen den beiden Reihen Perforationen (25) die Rillen (24) angeordnet sind.
- Sprosse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verbindung der Sprossenhohlprofile (20, 21) mit dem Abstandhalterrahmen (11) die Sprossenhohlprofile (20, 21) mit ihren Stirnseiten zwischen Stegen (15), die von der Innenwand (14) der Abstandhalterhohlprofile abragen, einsetzbar sind und mittels Verbindungselementen, die die Innenwand (14) der Abstandhalterhohlprofile durchsetzen und stirnseitig in den Sprosseninnenraum der Sprossenhohlprofile (20, 21) eingreifen, festlegbar sind.
- Sprossen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sprossenhohlprofil (20, 21) durch Rollformen hergestellt wird.
- Sprossen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sprossenhohlprofil (20, 21) aus Aluminium, Stahl, Edelstahl , Kunststoff oder einem Verbund aus Kunststoff und Stahl besteht.
