Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une piscine ayant une goulotte de débordement, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    - fabriquer des parois de piscine en blocs moulés (5) composés d'un matériau isolant et coulés avec du béton,
    - fabriquer un bord supérieur approprié dans les parois de piscine,
    - placer au moins un élément préfabriqué, selon l'une des revendications 4 à 11, composé d'une matière plastique, sur une paroi de la piscine pour obtenir une goulotte de débordement,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le bord supérieur d'au moins une paroi de piscine est formé par des blocs moulés (5) présentant, du côté du bassin, des branches verticales (6) dépassant vers le haut avec chaque fois une traverse (7) reliée horizontale, et
    l'élément préfabriqué (1) est placé au moins en partie par complémentarité de forme en débordant sur les branches verticales (6).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les parties de l'élément préfabriqué (1) situées à côté des blocs moulés (5) sont isolées par d'autres isolations (11, 12).
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les goulottes de débordement composées de plusieurs éléments préfabriqués (1) sont formées par collage ou soudage.
  4. Élément préfabriqué pour la fabrication d'une goulotte de débordement pour une piscine, destiné à être placé sur un bloc moulé (5) composé d'un matériau isolant, comprenant une partie sensiblement horizontale (4) en position d'utilisation, un renfoncement (2) en forme de goulotte relié à la partie horizontale (4) et une grille de recouvrement de goulotte (10),
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    une branche de support (3) est reliée à la partie horizontale (4) opposée au renfoncement (2) et destinée à être placée avec complémentarité de forme sur une branche verticale (6) du bloc moulé (5).
  5. Élément préfabriqué selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    au niveau de la partie horizontale (4) et/ou du renfoncement en forme de goulotte (2), plusieurs surfaces d'appui parallèles entre elles (15, 16) sont prévues pour les grilles de recouvrement de goulotte (10).
  6. Élément préfabriqué selon la revendication 4 ou 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans la partie supérieure du renfoncement en forme de goulotte (2), au moins une traverse intermédiaire (17) est prévue pour renforcer l'élément préfabriqué et/ou pour soutenir les grilles de recouvrement de goulotte (10).
  7. Élément préfabriqué selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    au moins une rainure (25) est prévue contre une première face frontale et une languette (26) sur la face frontale opposée, pour permettre une liaison enfichable par complémentarité de forme des éléments fabriqués adjacents (1, 1'), et
    on pose un joint d'étanchéité moulé (29) ayant l'élasticité du caoutchouc, ou on applique une couche adhésive étanche (30) ayant une élasticité durable, de préférence au niveau de la liaison par rainure-languette (25, 26).
  8. Élément préfabriqué selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un montant profilé (22, 22') formé au niveau des faces frontales dépasse vers l'intérieur dans le renfoncement en forme de goulotte (2) pour relier les éléments préfabriqués adjacents (1, 1') par un élément de serrage (23) qui encercle les montants profilés (22, 22'), de préférence avec un jeu permettant un faible déplacement des éléments préfabriqués adjacents (1, 1') l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  9. Élément préfabriqué selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la branche de support (3) est recouverte en surface au moins partiellement ou est munie d'une tôle recouverte (18) pour permettre le soudage d'une feuille du bassin.
  10. Élément préfabriqué selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la branche de support (3) comprend un profilé de recouvrement (19) de préférence réglable par rapport à la branche de support (3), pour pouvoir s'adapter à la surface de l'eau.
  11. Élément préfabriqué selon l'une des revendications 4 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la grille de recouvrement de goulotte (10) recouvre la partie horizontale (4) et le renfoncement en forme de goulotte (2).
