Claims (16)

  1. Verfahren zur Identifikation von Fahrzeugen (16), die sich auf einer bestimmten Bahn (3) fortbewegen und einen Fahrer in einer Fahrgastzelle und ein Nummernschild umfassen, wobei das Verfahren Beleuchtungsmittel (17) umsetzt, die mindestens eine Lichtquelle (17a) und eine Vorrichtung (17b) zum Projizieren des Lichtstrahls auf das Fahrzeug sowie mindestens erste (7) und zweite (10) Mittel zur Bildaufnahme umfassen, die mindestens eine erste optische Vorrichtung (7a) und einen ersten Sensor (7b) umfassen, jeweils mindestens eine zweite optische Vorrichtung (10a) und einen zweiten Sensor (10b), wobei das Verfahren Folgendes umfasst:
    in einer Vorbereitungsphase die folgenden Schritte:
    - Definieren einer vorausbestimmten Position (L) zur Bildaufnahme von Fahrzeugen,
    - Einstellen der ersten Bildaufnahmemittel, so dass ein ausgewähltes Element, das sich in der Fahrgastzelle des Fahrzeugs befindet, in einer Bildaufnahme des ganzen Fahrzeugs, das sich in der oben genannten vorausbestimmten Position befindet, und die mit Hilfe der ersten Bildaufnahmemittel durchgeführt wird, enthalten ist,
    - Einstellen der zweiten Bildaufnahmemittel, so dass das Nummernschild in einer Bildaufnahme des ganzen Fahrzeugs enthalten ist, das sich in der oben genannten vorausbestimmten Position befindet, und die mit Hilfe der zweiten Bildaufnahmemittel durchgeführt wird,
    - Gestalten der Beleuchtungsmittel so, dass sie Licht gleichzeitig in dem sichtbaren Bereich und in dem nahen Infrarotbereich senden,
    - Gestalten der ersten Bildaufnahmemittel, so dass der spektrale Durchgangsbereich der ersten Mittel das sichtbare spektrale Band enthält,
    - Gestalten der zweiten Bildaufnahmemittel, so dass der spektrale Durchgangsbereich der zweiten Mittel den nahen spektralen Infrarotbereich enthält,
    dann, in einer Betriebsphase, die Schritte gemäß welchen
    - man ein Fahrzeug erfasst, das sich in der vorausbestimmten Position befindet,
    - man im Wesentlichen gleichzeitig die Beleuchtungsmittel und das erste und das zweite Bildaufnahmemittel auslöst,
    - man ein erstes Bild (1), das von den ersten Bildaufnahmemitteln geliefert wird, mindestens eines Teils des Fahrzeugs erzielt, der eine Darstellung des ausgewählten Elements enthält, und ein zweites Bild (2), das von den zweiten Bildaufnahmemitteln geliefert wird, mindestens eines Teils des Fahrzeugs, der eine Darstellung des Nummernschilds enthält.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, gemäß welchem das ausgewählte Element das Gesicht des Fahrers ist.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gemäß welchem man die zweiten Bildaufnahmemittel (10) so gestaltet, dass sie selektiv die Stärke der empfangenen Signale, die zu dem sichtbaren spektralen Band gehören, in Bezug auf die der empfangenen Signale, die zu dem nahen spektralen Infrarotbereich gehören, dämpfen.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, gemäß welchem das Dämpfen mindestens mit Hilfe eines Filters stromaufwärts der zweiten optischen Vorrichtung (10a) durchgeführt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 4, gemäß welchem das Dämpfen mindestens mit Hilfe eines Filters durchgeführt wird, das sich in der zweiten optischen Vorrichtung (10a) befindet.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, gemäß welchem das Dämpfen mindestens mit Hilfe eines Filters durchgeführt wird, das sich zwischen der zweiten optischen Vorrichtung (10a) und dem zweiten Sensor (10b) befindet.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der.Ansprüche 4 bis 6, gemäß welchem das Dämpfen mindestens mit Hilfe eines Filters durchgeführt wird, das im Wesentlichen Signale des nahen Infrarotbereichs überträgt.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gemäß welchem man die ersten Bildaufnahmemittel (7) gestaltet, so dass sie selektiv die Stärke der empfangenen Signale, die zum nahen spektralen Infrarotbereich gehören, in Bezug auf die der empfangenen Signale, die zum sichtbaren spektralen Bereich gehören, dämpfen.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, gemäß welchem das Dämpfen durch die ersten Bildaufnahmemittel (7) mindestens mit Hilfe eines Filters stromaufwärts der ersten optischen Vorrichtung (7a) durchgeführt wird.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder nach Anspruch 9, gemäß welchem das Dämpfen durch die ersten Bildaufnahmemittel (7) mindestens mit Hilfe eines Filters, das sich in der ersten optischen Vorrichtung (7a) befindet, durchgeführt wird.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, gemäß welchem das Dämpfen mindestens mit Hilfe eines Filters, das sich zwischen der ersten optischen Vorrichtung (7a) und dem ersten Sensor (7b) befindet, durchgeführt wird.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, gemäß welchem das Dämpfen mindestens mit Hilfe eines Filters durchgeführt wird, das im Wesentlichen Signale des sichtbaren Bereichs überträgt.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gemäß welchem man ferner mindestens einen der Einstellparameter mindestens eines der Mittel ausgewählt aus dem ersten Bildaufnahmemittel (7) und dem zweiten Bildaufnahmemittel (10) unterschiedlich anpasst, wobei die Parameter mindestens die Empfindlichkeit und/oder die Belichtungsdauer und/oder die Blendeneinstellung und/oder die Verstärkung umfassen.
  14. System zur Identifikation von Fahrzeugen, die sich auf einer vorausbestimmten Bahn fortbewegen und einen Fahrer und ein Nummernschild umfassen, und das Mittel aufweist, um ein Verfahren gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umzusetzen.
  15. System zur Identifikation von Fahrzeugen nach Anspruch 14, das ferner Übertragungsmittel (13) umfasst, die funktional mit einem Übertragungskanal (14) für digitale Daten verbunden sind, und die im Falle eines festgestellten Verstoßes in Zusammenhang mit einem Fahrzeug digitale Daten übertragen können, die für die erste (11) und die zweite (12) Bildaufnahme, die für das Fahrzeug durchgeführt wurden, repräsentativ sind.
  16. System zur Identifikation von Fahrzeugen nach einem der Ansprüche 14 und 15, das Mittel (11) umfasst, um aus der ersten (I1) und zweiten (I2) durchgeführten Bildaufnahme ein einziges Bild zu extrahieren, das sowohl eine Darstellung des Nummernschilds als auch eine Darstellung des ausgewählten Elements umfasst.
