Definitions

  • the invention relates to household appliance, in particular cooking appliance with a device muffle, in the muffle wall at least one accessory is supported, which has a bearing pin which is guided releasably through a mounting opening of the muffle wall, and in the mounting opening of the muffle wall, a bearing bush is used, in which the bearing pin of the accessory is mounted, which bearing bush is mounted on a securing element, which is arranged on the outside of the muffle wall.
  • US 2,944,139 is a generic cooking appliance with a device muffle known. On the two side walls of the muffle a number of horizontally oriented rods are mounted. Racks for inserting baking trays can be hung on the bars. The rods are inserted at their rod ends respectively in mounting openings of the muffle side wall.
  • Out DE 1 579 669 is another cooking appliance with a device muffle known.
  • supports are supported, on which shelves store.
  • Each of the supports has a bolt.
  • the bolt is inserted in a mounting clamp inserted in a mounting hole in the side wall.
  • a carrier device in particular for a cooking appliance known.
  • a first receiving means is attached for a first carrier part of a carrier means.
  • the receiving means has at least a first receiving area for insertion of the first carrier part and a second receiving area, in which the first carrier part is movable after insertion.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a cooking appliance with a device muffle, in which an accessory is stably supported in the muffle wall.
  • the object of the invention is achieved by a cooking appliance with the features of claim 1.
  • the securing element is a profile part, which is on the outside with the muffle wall in abutment.
  • the muffle wall can be clamped between the securing element and the bearing bush. On an immediate attachment, such as screwing the bearing bush with the muffle wall can be omitted.
  • the attachment of the bearing bush to the securing element is largely independent of stability properties of the muffle wall. As a result, a stable mounting of the bearing bush in the muffle wall is possible.
  • a stable mounting of the accessory is achieved in the muffle wall, especially with reduced wall thickness of the muffle wall in the range below 0.5mm
  • the profile part can be placed on the outside as large as possible in contact with the muffle wall.
  • the bearing bush can be formed with a garnish inside edge flange, which radially moves the bearing bush.
  • the edge flange can cover an opening edge of the muffle wall side mounting hole.
  • the edge flange provides an abutment surface for the bearing pin during insertion of the bearing pin in the bearing bush.
  • the edge flange of the bearing bush can garinneninnen mon be supported on the muffle wall. As a result, a flat and stable system of the bearing bush is achieved with the muffle wall.
  • the bearing bush is formed with a projecting into the cooking chamber insertion cylinder. This can serve as an insertion aid for inserting the bearing pin of the accessory in the bearing bush.
  • the insertion of the bearing pin in the bearing bush can be further supported by means of the insertion opening of the bearing bush frontally moving front flange. This also serves as an abutment surface for the bearing pin of the accessory.
  • the bearing bush may be formed with a support portion for suspending a Ein vonmaschines.
  • the bearing pin of the accessory may be inserted into the bearing bushing.
  • the additional mounting portion of the bearing bush can be formed as a bearing groove pulling the annular groove. Due to the secure mounting of the Ein vonmaschines in the annular groove accidental release of the Ein vonmaschines of the bearing bush is sufficiently prevented.
  • the mounting portion and the edge flange are formed in an axial direction one behind the other on the bearing bush. This means only a slight extension of the bearing bush in the direction of the cooking chamber. Because of this only minor extension, the bearing bush can still be made compact.
  • the bearing pin may be formed with a contact shoulder.
  • the contact shoulder of the bearing pin can come into contact with the front flange or the edge flange of the bearing bush. As a result, an additional stabilizing contact surface between the bearing bush and the bearing pin is achieved. At the same time the bearing pin is mounted without contact against the muffle wall.
  • the bearing bush So that the surface of the muffle wall is not damaged during assembly of the bearing bush, the bearing bush has on the inside a tool attachment. A tool is thus to be set within the bearing bush. Tool-related damage to the muffle wall surface in the edge region of the bearing bush can therefore be prevented.
  • the bearing bush can be closed on the back. This thermally advantageous in cooking mode heat dissipation is reduced by the bearing bush.
  • At least one or more threaded portions may be formed in the profile part, with which bearing bushes can be screwed.
  • the muffle wall with its opening edge region between the profile part and the Edge flange of the bearing bushes clamped. It is particularly preferred if all bearing bushes, which are arranged on a muffle wall, can be secured by means of only one profile part.
  • the bearing bush may preferably be associated with a latching element and / or a locking element, with which an accidental release of the accessory and / or the Ein Wegwes is prevented by the bearing bush. It may be necessary for releasing the accessory from the bushing that a force exerted by the locking element on the bearing bushing blocking force is overcome.
  • the latching element may preferably be designed as a spring. Their spring legs can engage in the bearing pin.
  • the latching element is held captive on the bearing bush.
  • the bearing bush In order to enable such a holder of the locking element, however, the bearing bush must be dimensioned correspondingly larger.
  • the locking element can be supported on the securing element. In this case, no special adaptation of the bearing bush is required.
  • the bearing pin of the accessory can be designed with an insertion cone. Behind the insertion cone can be formed in the bearing pin a locking groove into which the locking element can engage. In this case, a cylinder section formed between the insertion cone and the latching groove can define a force for engagement of the bearing pin according to its diameter.
  • the additional suspension part may have a special holding plate, which can be adapted for hanging in the support portion of the bearing bush. If the mounting portion is formed as an annular groove in the bearing bush, then a wall thickness of the retaining plate may be less than a groove spacing of the annular groove.
  • a simple hooking is ensured when the holding plate is formed with a preferably hook-shaped or annular recess for hanging in the bearing bush. It is particularly easy manufacturing technology to punch the recess as a hole, in particular slot in the holding plate.
  • the slot incorporated in the retaining plate can have a keyhole-like widened insertion section, through which the bearing bush can be guided.
  • the slot may have a narrow securing portion. In an arrangement of the bearing bush in the securing portion, the holding plate is secured against accidental release of the bearing bush.
  • the arrangement of the bearing bush in the securing portion of the elongated hole of the retaining plate can be secured by means of the locking element.
  • the locking element In its locking position, the locking element can hold the bearing bush in the securing portion of the elongated hole.
  • the locking element It is advantageous to form the locking element as a spring element. In this case, the locking element can automatically spring back from an unlocking position into its locking position. In the unlocking position of the locking element, the holding plate can be pushed with its insertion section over the bearing pin. Thus, the bearing pin can be guided out of the slot of the retaining plate.
