Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif pour monter une garniture de carde (4) sur un cylindre (6) pourvu d'une unité d'entraînement et d'un dispositif de freinage (5) qui agit sur ladite garniture (4) pour produire une tension préalable d'enroulement dans les zones (12) de la garniture (4) situées entre le cylindre (6) et le dispositif de freinage (5), étant précisé qu'il est prévu un dynamomètre (34) qui est conçu pour mesurer la force agissant sur le point d'installation du dispositif de freinage (5), que le dispositif de freinage (5) est disposé sur une construction à chariot (28), que le dynamomètre (34) est en appui sur un dispositif de butée (33) et qu'il est conçu pour mesurer la force d'appui de ladite construction à chariot (28) au niveau du dispositif de butée au moins lors d'une opération de montage,
    caractérisé en ce que la construction à chariot (28) est disposée pour pouvoir être déplacée vers le dynamomètre (34) globalement longitudinalement par rapport au sens de montage de la garniture de carde (4), et le dynamomètre (34), longitudinalement par rapport au sens de montage, est disposé entre la construction à chariot (28) et le dispositif de butée (33).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dynamomètre comprend un capteur de force à jauge d'allongement.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la construction à chariot (28) comprend au moins un manchon à billes (31) qui est guidé sur au moins une barre cylindrique (32).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de freinage (5) comprend des mâchoires de frein (21) qui agissent sur la garniture de carde (4) et qui présentent au moins une garniture de frein en matière céramique.

Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'entraînement de cylindre (7) est intégrée dans le circuit de commande et/ou de régulation de l'unité de commande et/ou de régulation et est apte à être commandée et réglée automatiquement pour s'adapter à la tension préalable d'enroulement prédéfinie.
  10.
