Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trennwand für eine Rohrmühle und ein Mahlverfahren.
Um in einer Rohrmühle eine Trennung des Mahlgutflusses von einem zentralen Luftstrom während des Übertrags von einer ersten Mahlkammer in eine nachfolgende Mahlkammer und eine Verschleißreduzierung in dieser Mahlkammer sowie eine effiziente Vermahlung, insbesondere eine Erhöhung der Mahlleistung und Regulierung des Mahlgutaustrages, zu erreichen, ist ein Ringkanal im Bereich der Trennwand mit Führungsschaufeln versehen, welche das in den Ringkanal über definert positionierte Eintrittsöffnungen eintretende Mahlgut ablenken und zu Ablenkelementen und rückseitigen Austragsöffnungen weitertransportieren. Ein Austrag kann nur über definiert positionierte Austragsöffnungen erfolgen.
