Claims (20)

  1. Verfahren zur Stabilisierung von Rändern eines Vliesstoffs, wobei der Stoff erhalten wird (A) durch ständiges Entwirren oder Spinnen langer Fasern (Fl), Legen (B) dieser langen Fasern (Fl), über eine bewegliche Tragfläche (3) mit einer vorbestimmten Fördergeschwindigkeit (S) zur Bildung eines Gewebes (V) mit im wesentlichen gerade Seitenlinien (B, B'), Legen (C) einer kurzfasrigen Lage (Fc) auf das Gewebe (V), Verbinden (E) dieser kurzen Lage (Fc) mit dem Gewebe (V) zur Bildung des Vliesstoffs, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Legen (C) der kurzen Fasern die Seitenränder (B, B') des Gewebes zumindest teilweise abgeschirmt und gedrückt werden gegen die bewegliche Tragfläche (3) um kurze Fasern daran zu hindern in diesen Bereichen abgelegt zu sein und um jegliche aerodynamische Turbulenz zu beseitigen und auch die Stabilität zu erhöhen und um Knitter oder Falten in dem Stoff entlang den Rändern (B, B') zu verhindern unabhängig von der Zuführgeschwindigkeit und von der Länge der langen Fasern, die gelegt wurden.
  2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschirmen und Drücken entlang der langen Ränder (B, B') des Gewebes (V) erfolgt über eine Länge, die mindestens dem Bereich entspricht, in dem die kurzen Fasern liegen.
  3. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschirmen und Drücken entlang der langen Ränder (B, B') des Gewebes erfolgt über eine vorbestimmte Mindestbreite (W).
  4. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschirmen und Drücken auf die Ränder (B, B') ausgeübt wird von einem Paar länglicher Platten (10, 10'), die über den Seitenrändern (B, B') liegen in Anlage an dem Förderband ohne die freie Zufuhr des Gewebes (V) zu behindern..
  5. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorbestimmte minimale Abschirm- und Drückbreite (W) von 10 bis 100 mm ist.
  6. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druck der Platten (10, 10') gegen die bewegliche Tragfläche (3) eingestellt werden kann durch Ändern des Drucks, der entlang den Rändern ausgeübt wird, entsprechend der Gewebeart.
  7. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die überschüssigen kurzen Fasern auf der beweglichen Tragfläche (3) beseitigt werden durch Saugen, stromabwärts von dem Bereich, in dem die kurzen Fasern liegen, außerhalb der Geweberänder (B, B'), im wesentlichen in Reihe mit den Abschirm- und Drückplatten (10, 10'), um die langen Fasern des Gewebes (V) zu hindern auch eingenommen zu werden.
  8. Verfahren gemäß einem oder mehrerer der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kurzen Fasern Holzänteile enthalten.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Stabilisierung von Rändern (B, B') eines Vliesstoffs zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß einem oder mehrerer der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei diese Vorrichtung anwendbar ist auf eine Einheit (2) zum Legen kurzer Fasern, die stromabwärts einer Station zum ständigen Spinnen eines Gewebes (V) aus langen Fasern angeordnet ist, angetrieben ist auf einer beweglichen Tragfläche (3), und diese Vorrichtung gekennzeichnet ist durch Einrichtungen (6, 6') zum Abschirmen und Drücken der länglichen Ränder des Gewebes im Bereich der kurzen Fasern, um diese zu hindern, entlang dieser Ränder gelegt zu werden und die Stabilität des Gewebes zu erhöhen und um so Knitter oder Falten darauf zu verhindern.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen (6, 6') zum Abschirmen und Drücken über dem Band entlang der Einheit angeordnet sind, um die Fasern des Gewebes gegen die bewegliche Tragfläche (3) zu drücken.
  11. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen (6, 6') zum Abschirmen und Drücken lösbar gesichert sind an der Einheit (2) zum Legen kurzer Fasern durch geeignete Verbindungseinrichtungen (7).
  12. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtungen (7) angeordnet sind in einem einstellbaren transversalen Abstand um mit der Breite des Gewebes (V) überein zu stimmen.
  13. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtungen (7) Einstelleinrichtungen enthalten, um den auf die Ränder ausgeübten Druck zu steuern.
  14. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen (6, 6') zum Abschirmen und Drücken mindestens ein Paar länglichen Platten (10, 10') mit gekrümmten Endabschnitten umfassen, die Torsionsfedern bilden mit einem Endbereich, der an die Einstelleinrichtungen gesichert ist.
  15. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Platten eine Breite (H) von mehr als mindestens 10 mm aufweisen.
  16. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstelleinrichtungen Stifte (8, 9) umfassen zum Drehen der Endabschnitte (11, 12) der Platten (10, 10'), wobei die Stifte (8, 9) ausgebildet sind, um Biegemomente auszuüben, die auf im wesentlichen senkrechte Ebenen dieser Abschnitte wirken.
  17. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blätter (10, 10') aus einem federnden metallischen Material, wie zum Beispiel Stahl, gefertigt sind oder aus einem elastischen synthetischen Material, wie zum Beispiel verstärkter Kunststoff.
  18. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Einrichtungen (16) vorgesehen sind zum Absaugen überschüssiger kurzer Fasern auf der beweglichen Tragfläche (3), wobei diese Einrichtungen zum Absaugen aus mindestens einem Paar Einlässe (16) besteht, die an gegenüber liegenden Seiten mit Bezug zu der beweglichen Tragfläche (3) angeordnet sind mit einem vorbestimmten Abstand von den Rändern (B, B') im wesentlichen in Reihe mit den Blättern (6, 6') zum Abschirmen und Drücken, um die langen Fasern des Gewebes daran zu hindern auch eingesaugt zu werden und die Einlässe zu verstopfen.
  19. Maschine zum Herstellen von Vliesstoff mit stabilisierten Rändern, mit einer Station zum ständigen Spinnen langer Fasern, einer Einheit zum Legen kurzer Fasern auf das Gewebe, einer Station zum Verbinden der kurzen Fasern mit dem Gewebe zur Bildung des Vliesstoffs, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vorrichtung zur Stabilisierung des geweberands vorgesehen ist gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 18.
  20. Vliesstoff mit einem Gewebe aus Carded oder gesponnen langen Fasern, die von einer Lage kurzer Fasern üpberdeckt ist, die mit dem Gewebe aus langen Fasern verwoben sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass längliche Seitenränder (B, B') vorgesehen sind, die nach dem Verfahren und mit der Vorrichtung gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 18 stabilisiert sind und durch Verwendung einer Maschine gemäß Anspruch 19.
