Description

Claims (15)
- Fugenabdichtung und/oder Flächenabdichtung als Barriere gegen Mikroorganismen, insbesondere Schimmelpilze, sowie gegen Gerüche, Staubpartikel und andere Luftverunreinigungen mit einer die Fugen (3) bzw. die Öffnungen einer Fläche abdeckenden Schicht (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Fugen (3) und/oder die Öffnungen einer Fläche unter der abdeckenden Schicht (2) ganz oder teilweise mit einem Adsorptionsmittel (1), das zur Bindung flüssiger und/oder gasförmiger Stoffe und/oder fester Partikel geeignet ist, verfüllt sind, unddie abdeckende Schicht (2) ein vliesartiges Gewebe oder eine Folie mit jeweils atmungsaktiven und/oder staubbindenden Eigenschaften ist.
- Fugenabdichtung und/oder Flächenabdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Adsorptionsmittel (1) Aktivkohle oder Ruß oder Aluminiumoxid oder ein Silicatmineral, insbesondere ein Zeolith ist.
- Fugenabdichtung und/oder Flächenabdichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Adsorptionsmittel (1) eine Mischung zweier oder mehrerer der in Anspruch 2 genannten Adsorptionsmittel ist.
- Fugenabdichtung und/oder Flächenabdichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abdeckende Schicht (2) ein Filter, insbesondere ein Feinstaubfilter, ist.
- Fugenabdichtung und/oder Flächenabdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abdeckende Schicht (2) ein Hochleistungs-Schwebstoff-(High Efficiency Particulate Arresting - HEPA) Filter ist.
- Fugenabdichtung und/oder Flächenabdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche1, 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Filter (2) für Partikel deren Größe 0.3 Mikrometer nicht unterschreitet eine Filtereffizienz von mindestens 95 % aufweist.
- Fugenabdichtung und/oder Flächenabdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abdeckende Schicht (2) folienartig und perforiert ist.
- Fußbodenleiste zur Fugenabdichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die abdeckende Schicht (2) auf der Rückseite und/oder Unterseite einer Fußbodenleiste befestigt ist.
- Fußbodenleiste nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fußbodenleisten von der Rückseite und/oder Unterseite ausgehende Lüftungsöffnungen aufweisen.
- Fußbodenleiste nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fußbodenleisten an der Rückseite und/oder Unterseite entlang führende rillenförmige Lüftungsöffnungen aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Bindung von Mikroorganismen, insbesondere Schimmelpilzen, sowie von Gerüchen, Staubpartikeln und anderen Luftverunreinigungen in Fugen (3) bzw. in den Öffnungen einer Fläche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Fugen (3) und/oder die Öffnungen einer Fläche ganz oder teilweise mit einem Adsorptionsmittel (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2 verfüllt werden, unddie Öffnungen der Fugen (3) oder Fläche mit einer abdeckenden Schicht nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 4 bis 7 abgedeckt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Adsorptionsmittel (1) nach Inkubation ganz oder teilweise entfernt wird, unddie Fugen (3) und/oder die Öffnungen einer Fläche vor der endgültigen Anbringung einer abdeckenden Schicht (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 sowie 4 bis 7 ganz oder teilweise mit frischem Adsorptionsmittel (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 3 verfüllt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Adsorptionsmittel (1) unter Druck, insbesondere unter Luftdruck, in die Fugen (3) und/oder die Öffnungen einer Fläche eingebracht wird, wobei die das Adsortionsmittel (1) führenden Druckleitungen ausgangsseitig eine an die Geometrie der Fugen (3) und der Öffnungen der Flächen angepasste Form aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entfernung des Adsorptionsmittels (1) unter Vakuum erfolgt, wobei die abgesaugte Luft vor Austritt in die Raumluft mit einem Feinstaubfilter gefiltert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vom Schimmelpilz befallenen Fugenbereiche (3) und/oder Öffnungen in einer Fläche jeweils vor Einbringung des Adsorptionsmittels (1) getrocknet werden.
