Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Lagerkörper für Federholzleisten eines Bettrahmens gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.
  • Aus dem DE-GM 93 16 705 U1 ist ein Lattenrost mit Federlatten bekanntgeworden, bei welchem drei Federlatten nebeneinander an einem entsprechenden Lagerkörper angeordnet sind. Die drei Latten befinden sich in gleicher Höhe, und unterhalb dieser Latten bzw. unterhalb der mittigen Latte ist ein Zusatzlattenhalter angeordnet, der eine Zusatzlatte aufnimmt, deren Aufgabe es ist, daß, wenn die obere Federlatte durchgebogen ist, sie sich auf die Zusatzlatte auflegen soll, wodurch deren Stützkraft zur Stützkraft der normalen Federlatte addiert wird. Auf diese Weise wird der Widerstand gegen die Durchbiegung der Latten erhöht und der so ausgebildete Lattenrost wird in dem mit dieser Einrichtung ausgestatteten Bereich härter.
  • Aus der EP 1 186 261 A2 ist ebenfalls ein Lagerkörper für Federholzleisten bekanntgeworden, bei welchem drei Latten nebeneinander angeordnet sind. Unterhalb dieser drei Latten ist eine weitere Latte vorgesehen, die im Abstand von der Unterseite der mittleren, oberen Latte angeordnet ist und die die Aufgabe hat, einen Verstellschieber aufzunehmen, mit dem durch Verstellen dieses Schiebers die darüber angeordnete Latte in ihrer Federeigenschaft verhärtet oder verändert wird.
  • Außerdem ist die mittlere obere Federholzleiste höher angeordnet als die beiden daneben vorgesehenen Federholzleisten, wodurch erreicht wird, daß bei Nichtbenutzen des Bettes die Matratze höher über den meisten Federholzleisten angeordnet ist und dadurch eine gute Belüftung der Unterseite der Matratze erreicht wird.
  • Schließlich sind im Stand der Technik Härteverstellschieber bekannt, die die Federholzleisten miteinander koppeln und dadurch die Rückstellkraft der Federholzleiste einstellbar machen.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Lagerkörper für Federholzleisten zu schaffen, bei dem es möglich ist, die mittlere Federholzleiste oder die mittleren Federholzleisten in ihrer Höhe einzustellen, um dadurch eine homogene ganzflächige Körperabstützung der den Bettrahmen benutzenden Person zu erreichen, unabhängig davon, ob diese ein hohes oder ein niedriges Gewicht aufweist bzw. groß oder klein gewachsen ist.
  • Diese der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe wird durch die Lehre des Hauptanspruches gelöst.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen erläutert.
  • Mit anderen Worten ausgedrückt wird vorgeschlagen, daß in an sich bekannter Weise der Lagerkörper mehrere Aufnahmen für Federholzleisten aufweist, wobei vorzugsweise drei Federholzleisten vorgesehen werden, aber in gleicher Weise auch vier Federholzleisten nebeneinander angeordnet werden können.
    Die mittlere Aufnahme für diese. Federholzleisten, d. h. also entweder für die eine oder für die beiden mittleren Federholzleisten ist dabei als Mehrfachaufnahmetasche ausgebildet, so daß dort zwei Federholzleisten übereinander eingesetzt werden können. In Abhängigkeit des Gewichtes bzw. der Größe der den Bettrahmen benutzenden Person kann nun in diese eine oder beiden mittleren Aufnahmetaschen oder Mehrfachaufnahmetaschen die Federholzleiste in die obere oder in die untere Aufnahmetasche eingesetzt werden, wodurch erreicht wird, daß eine homogene, ganzflächige Körperabstützung, beispielsweise für schwere Personen, dann erreicht wird, wenn alle Leisten auf dem oberen Niveau angeordnet sind. Wird der Bettrahmen von einer relativ leichten Person benutzt, ist die mittlere Leiste tiefer versetzt, so daß auch in diesem Fall eine homogene, ganzflächige Körperabstützung erfolgt. Darüber hinaus können partiell Leistenanordnungen gewählt werden, die unterschiedlichen Körperproportionen gerecht werden, wie z. B. individuelle Zonenbildung im Schulter- oder Gesäßbereich. Dies erfolgt durch Hochstellen bzw. Tiefstellen der Leisten oder durch Entfemen von mittigen Leisten.
  • Außerdem ist es möglich, in eine der Aufnahmetaschen vorzugsweise in eine der Aufnahmetaschen der Mehrfachaufnahmetasche ein verhärtendes Element einzusetzen.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung wird weiterhin die Möglichkeit gegeben, die verschiedenen Federholzleisten durch Härteverstellschieber miteinander zu koppeln.
  • Die Lager in der Mehrfachaufnahmetasche sind so angeordnet, daß die Leisten in vertikaler Richtung weitestgehend unabhängig voneinander reagieren können, und zwar im Sinne erhöhter Punktelastizität.
  • Da das Einsetzen der Federholzleiste in die entsprechende Aufnahmetasche relativ schwierig ist, wenn die Aufnahmetasche materialeinheitlich mit dem Lagerkörper ausgebildet ist, wird gemäß der Erfindung weiterhin vorgeschlagen, daß die Mehrfachaufnahmetasche als selbständiges Bauteil ausgebildet ist, das also aus dem Lagerkörper entnommen werden kann. In diesem entnommenen Zustand kann nunmehr die Federholzleiste leicht eingesetzt oder ausgewechselt werden und kann dann mit der Mehrfachaufnahmetasche wieder in den Lagerkörper eingebracht werden. Die Halterung dieser als selbständiges Bauteil ausgebildeten Mehrfachaufnahmetasche im Lagerkörper ist problemlos. Darüber hinaus bietet die Anordnung den Vorteil, daß die Leisten im Lager weitgehend separat und punktelastisch reagieren können.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung erläutert.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Lagerkörpr 1 dargestellt, der Befestigungselemente 5 aufweist, mit dem der Lagerkörper am Bettrahmen festgelegt werden kann. Weiterhin weist der Lagerkörper 1 Aufnahmetaschen 2, 3 und 4 für in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellte Federholzleisten auf, wobei diese Aufnahmetaschen mit den Befestigungselementen unter Zwischenschaltung von federnden Stützprofilen verbunden ist.
  • Wie in der Zeichnung dargestellt, ist die mittlere Aufnahmetasche 4 als Mehrfachaufnahmetasche ausgebildet und weist zwei übereinander angeordnete Aufnahmetaschen 4a und 4b auf. In diese Taschen 4a bzw. 4b kann nunmehr das Ende der Federholzleiste eingesetzt werden.
  • Wie dies die Zeichnung weiterhin deutlich zeigt, ist die Mehrfachaufnahmetasche 4 aus dem Lagerkörper 1 entnehmbar, so daß das Einsetzen und Auswechseln der Federholzleisten in den entsprechenden Aufnahmetaschen 4a bzw. 4b einfach durchzuführen ist.
  • In der Zeichnung sind drei nebeneinander angeordnete Aufnahmetaschen 2, 3 und 4 dargestellt. Es liegt jedoch im Rahmen der Erfindung, daß auch vier Aufnahmetaschen nebeneinander angeordnet sein können, wobei dann die beiden mittleren Aufnahmetaschen als aus dem Lagerkörper 1 entnehmbares Bauteil ausgebildet sind.

Claims (5)

  1. Lagerkörper für Federholzleisten eines Bettrahmens mit Aufnahmetaschen für die Federholzleisten, wobei mindestens drei Aufnahmetaschen nebeneinander angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens die mittlere Aufnahmetasche als Mehrfachaufnahmetasche (4) ausgebildet ist.
  2. Lagerkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mehrtachaufnahmetasche (4) als selbständiges Bauteil aus dem Lagerkörper (1) entnehmbar ist.
  3. Lagerkörper nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mehrfachaufnahmetasche (4) mindestens zwei übereinander angeordnete Aufnahmetaschen (4a, 4b) aufweist.
  4. Lagerkörper nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in eine der Aufnahmetaschen (4a, 4b) ein verhärtendes Element einsetzbar ist.
  5. Lagerkörper nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschiedenen Federholzleisten durch Härteverstellschieber koppelbar sind.
