Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a roller shutter with two lateral, attachable in the soffit of a building opening guide rails and a rotatably supported on both sides winding rotations drum, on which the shutter, which is formed by joint means connected to slats, wound and unwound and the Winding drum facing upper end of the shutter is connected via spring leaves with the winding drum, each bearing is fixed to a bearing support, which is connected in each case via a tab to the guide rail.
  • Such blinds are known.
  • Such a roller shutter in which the assembly and disassembly of the winding drum and the two bearings is very simple.
  • the bearings are attached to the guide rails of the shutter, which proves to be particularly in limited space for accommodating the shutter to be beneficial.
  • blinds should also provide protection against violent opening of the corresponding building opening, in particular windows, in particular, a lifting of the shutter should be prevented with great effort, if possible.
  • the lower ends of the blinds can be equipped with locking devices with which the blinds are locked in the lowered position. These locking devices are, especially if they are to be automatically locked when reaching the lower position of the shutter, relatively expensive to manufacture and thus correspondingly expensive.
  • many such locking devices require manual unlocking before the roller shutter is to be pulled up, which has a negative impact on user-friendliness.
  • the object of the present invention is to design a roller shutter so that can be achieved by simple means that a violent lifting of the shutter in the closed position practically impossible, even if this is attempted with relatively great effort.
  • stop elements are mounted above the winding drum in the plane which is formed by the lowered and held in the guide rails roller shutter, are prominent, and that when pushing up the lowered shutter the upper end of the shutter, passed through the spring leaves, comes to these stop elements to the plant.
  • a particularly simple structure is obtained by the fact that the tabs are attached to the outside guide portion of the guide rails and that the stop elements are mounted on a projecting beyond the bearing bracket extension of the tab.
  • This embodiment can be produced very inexpensively.
  • the tab, the bearing carrier and the extension of the tab is formed from an angled plate-shaped element, wherein the tab and the extension of the tab form the bend. This allows a simple and inexpensive production.
  • the stop can be produced in a particularly simple manner by the end region of the extension facing away from the tab is bent like a hook.
  • the upper slats of the shutter are equipped with means which prevent buckling of the slats around the hinge means against the winding roll out.
  • means which prevent buckling of the slats against the winding roll out increased stability is achieved, even when trying to lift the shutter with great effort It is not possible to cause the upper slats of the shutter, which are not held in the guide rails, to buckle.
  • these Ausknickstoff are formed by rods which are respectively inserted into the hinge means of the pivotally interconnected slats.
  • the previously used slats can be equipped so that a buckling is impossible.
  • the bearing carrier is provided in each case with slots to which an additional angle piece can be fixed in an adjustable manner, with which the respective bearing carrier can additionally be fastened to the frame of the building opening.
  • a further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that in each case a storage for a winding roll of a fly screen is attachable in a lower slot of the respective bearing carrier.
  • this fly screen can be housed in a simple and optimal manner in the box in which the shutter is located.
  • the storage is in each case provided with a cover which is designed so that it serves as a guide for the inlet of the slats of the shutter in the respective guide rail.
  • Fig. 1 is attached to a guide rail 1, which is fastened in a known manner in the reveal of a building opening, an angled plate-shaped element 2.
  • One part of the bend forms a bearing carrier, while the other part of the bend is formed by a tab 4.
  • This tab is provided with an extension 5, which projects beyond the bearing carrier 3.
  • the lug 4 facing away from the end portion 6 of the extension 5 is bent like a hook and forms a stop element. 7
  • connection between the guide rail 1 and the angled plate-shaped element 2 is formed by a head bolt, but this connection can also be formed by screws or rivets.
  • the tab 4 is attached to the outside of the outer leg 8 of the U-shaped guide rail. The attachment could also be made on the inside of the outer leg 8 of the guide rail.
  • the bearing carrier 3 has a wide slot 9, which is mounted approximately centrally and is open to the rear. In this wide slot 9, the bearing for the winding drum is housed and secured, as will be seen later. Further, the bearing support 3 is provided with slots 10 and 11, by means of which an additional angle piece 12 can be held in a known manner by screwing, this angle piece 12 along the slots 10 and 11 is adjustable, and with which angle 12 of the bearing support 3 in addition to Frame of the building opening can be screwed. As a result, the bearing support 3 is not only held over the guide rail 1, but additionally connected to the frame of the building opening, resulting in a great stability.
  • bearing support 3 is still provided with a lower slot 13, in which additional elements can be accommodated, as will be seen later.
  • the guide rail 1 is fixed in a known manner in the reveal of a building opening, such that the bearing support 3 protrudes into a recessed space on the building, in which the shutter is housed. In known manner, this space is covered by covers 14 and 15.
  • the bearing 16 In the wide slot 9 of the bearing support 3, the bearing 16 is fixed, which carries the one end of a winding drum 17, on which the shutter 18 can be wound.
  • the winding drum 17 can be driven in this case in a known manner by hand or by motor.
  • the shutter 18 is formed by fins 19 which are pivotally connected via hinge means 20 in known manner mutually.
  • the slats 19 are performed when lowering or pulling up the shutter 18 in the guide rail 1.
  • a corresponding bearing arrangement for the winding drum as has been previously described, also provided on the opposite side of the building opening.
  • the upper end of the shutter 18 and the uppermost blade 19 is connected via spring leaves 21 to the winding drum 17.
  • the slats 19 are rolled up on the winding drum 17.
  • the slats 19 are unwound and guided along the guide rail 1 down. Im in Fig. 2 illustrated state, the shutter 18 is in an almost completely lowered position.
  • the spring leaves 21 cause the uppermost lamella 19 of the roller shutter 18 to follow the extension 5 of the lug 4 and be pressed into the stop element 7. If the uppermost blade 19 abuts the stop element 7, the roller shutter 18 can not be raised further, the access is secured.
  • the hinge means via which the top three fins 19 of the shutter 18 connected to each other are equipped with additional means which prevent buckling of the fins 19 about the hinge means 20 against the winding drum 17 out.
  • additional means consist in the present embodiment of rods 22 which are inserted into the cavity of the hinge means 20 of the fins 19. With these rods 22 it is achieved that the top three lamellae 19 can pivot from the pivoted position, which they occupy in the wound state of the shutter, only until practically in the extended position. Even with great effort to push up the shutter so the unwanted buckling of the top, practically unguided blades 19 is effectively prevented, the resistance to the pressing of the shutter is large.
  • the profiles that form the slats 19 of the shutter are formed in the region of the hinge means 20 so that thereby buckling against the winding drum 17 can be prevented out.
  • roller shutter If the roller shutter is very wide, so that the two bearing carrier 3, which carry the winding drum 17, have a large distance from each other, can be provided to improve the stability when pressing the shutter between the two bearing supports 3, an additional stop 28, the hook as a 27th can be trained, as in Fig. 1 is shown.
  • This hook 27 can be fixed in a known manner to the upper frame of the building opening.
  • a bearing 23 for a winding roll 24 of a fly screen 29 can be mounted on the bearing support 3 in the lower slot 13, as shown in the Fig. 2 to 4 is apparent.
  • This winding roll 24 and the fly screen may be formed in a known manner as a roller blind.
  • the storage 23 of the winding roll 24 of the fly screen can be designed as a cassette, which can be plugged onto the further guides 26.
  • a cover 25 is placed on the cassette, which is held with a bolt in the lower slot 13 of the bearing support 3.
  • This cover 25 is advantageously formed semi-cylindrical and can thereby serve as a guide to the inlet of the slats 19 of the shutter 18 in the respective guide rail 1.
  • fly screens can be integrated in a simple manner and aesthetically optimal in the roller shutter, the roller blind can be replaced at any time in a simple manner, for which only the cover 25 must be removed.
