Claims (14)
- Schließkeil-Antriebsbaugruppe für ein Kraftfahrzeugschloß, mit
einem Schließkeilträger (2), einem Schließkeil (3) und einer Antriebseinrichtung (4),
wobei der Schließkeil (3) ggf. lösbar am Schließkeilträger (2) angeordnet ist,
wobei der Schließkeilträger (2) und mit ihm der Schließkeil (3) von einer Vorschließstellung in eine Hauptschließstellung und umgekehrt verschiebbar ist,
wobei die Antriebseinrichtung (4) eine Kulisse (5), einen in die Kulisse (5) eingreifenden Nocken (6) und einen den Nocken (6) antreibenden Antrieb (7) aufweist und
wobei die Verschiebung des Schließkeilträgers (2) von der Vorschließstellung in die Hauptschließstellung unter Verschiebung des Nockens in der Kulisse (5) erfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (4) im wesentlichen in Überdeckung mit der Bewegungsbahn des Schließkeils (3) angeordnet und die Kulisse (5) im Schließkeilträger (2) angeordnet ist. - Schließkeil-Antriebsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (4) insgesamt eine ausgeprägte Längsachse bildet und so angeordnet ist, daß die Längsachse im wesentlichen quer zur Richtung der Bewegung des Schließkeils (3) liegt und/oder
daß die Verschiebung des Schließkeilträgers (2) von der Vorschließstellung in die Hauptschließstellung durch die Verschiebung des Nockens in der Kulisse (5) erfolgt. - Schließkeil-Antriebsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (7) des Nockens (6) als Spindelantrieb mit einem Motor (8), einer Spindel (9) und einer Spindelmutter (10) ausgeführt ist,
wobei, vorzugsweise, der Nocken (6) an der Spindelmutter (10) angeordnet ist und/oder der Spindelantrieb selbsthemmend ausgeführt ist. - Schließkeil-Antriebsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (7) des Nockens (6) als pneumatischer Antrieb oder als hydraulischer Antrieb ausgeführt ist.
- Schließkeil-Antriebsbaugruppe nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (7) ein einstufiges Getriebe aufweist und/oder
daß mindestens ein Teil des Antriebs (7) des Nockens (6), insbesondere die Spindel (9) bei einem Spindelantrieb, gehäusefest gelagert ist, und/oder
daß eine seitliche Führung (14) für den Antrieb (7) des Nockens (6) vorgesehen ist. - Schließkeil-Antriebsbaugruppe nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kulisse (5) nur so breit ist, daß sie den Nocken (6) im wesentlichen spielfrei aufnimmt und/oder
daß die Kulisse (5) so geformt ist, daß die Verschiebung des Schließkeils (3) linear erfolgt. - Schließkeil-Antriebsbaugruppe nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kulisse (5) einen ersten und einen zweiten Bereich (11, 12) aufweist, die beide im wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse der Antriebseinrichtung (4) angeordnet sind, daß die beiden Bereiche (11, 12) parallel zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind und daß die beiden Bereiche (11, 12) durch einen dritten Bereich (13) miteinander verbunden sind,
wobei, vorzugsweise, der dritte Bereich (13) unter einem Winkel zwischen 5° und 80°, vorzugsweise zwischen 10° und 40°, relativ zur Längsachse der Antriebseinrichtung (4) verläuft. - Schließkeil-Antriebsbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließkeilträger (2) so gelagert ist, daß die Verschiebung des Schließkeils (3) quasi-linear erfolgt,
wobei, vorzugsweise, der Schließkeilträger (2) schwenkbar gelagert ist und, weiters vorzugsweise, die Schwenkachse (15) des Schließkeilträgers (2) die Längsachse der Antriebseinrichtung (4) im wesentlichen senkecht schneidet. - Schließkeil-Antriebsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kulisse (5) drei Bereiche (11, 12, 13) aufweist, daß der erste Bereich (11) im wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse der Antriebseinrichtung (4) angeordnet ist, daß der zweite Bereich (12) sich an den ersten Bereich (11) anschließend und von diesem abgewinkelt angeordnet ist und daß der dritte Bereich (13) sich an den zweiten Bereich (12) anschließend und von diesem abgewinkelt angeordnet ist.
- Schließkeil-Antriebsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Bereich (12) und der dritte Bereich (13) in die gleiche Richtung abgewinkelt sind und/oder
daß der Winkel zwischen dem ersten Bereich (11) und dem zweiten Bereich (12) zwischen 135° und 175°, vorzugsweise zwischen 150° und 170°, beträgt, und/oder
daß der Winkel zwischen dem zweiten Bereich (12) und dem dritten Bereich (13) zwischen 135° und 175°, vorzugsweise zwischen 150° und 170°, beträgt. - Schließkeil-Antriebsbaugruppe nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Abstützeinrichtungen vorgesehen sind, die den Nocken (6) in der Vorschließstellung und/oder der Hauptschließstellung seitlich abstützen.
- Schließkeil-Antriebsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (4) eine Kniehebelanordnung (16) aufweist,
wobei, vorzugsweise, die Kniehebelanordnung (16) drei Hebel (17, 18, 19) aufweist und alle drei Hebel (17, 18, 19) mit einem ersten Ende an einer Achse gemeinsam gegeneinander schwenkbar gelagert sind. - Schließkeil-Antriebsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Hebel (17) mit einem zweiten Ende um eine Achse (20) gehäusefest schwenkbar gelagert ist und/oder
daß der zweite Hebel (18) in der Antriebskette vor den anderen Hebeln (17, 19) angeordnet ist und/oder
daß der Nocken (6) an dem zweiten Ende des dritten Hebels (19) angeordnet ist, daß der dritte Hebel (19) mittels des Nockens (6) in der Kulisse (5) mit dem Schließkeilträger (2) wirkverbunden ist und daß, vorzugsweise, der Nokken (6) in einem gehäusefesten Langloch geführt ist, das sich quer zur Längsachse der Antriebseinrichtung (4) erstreckt. - Schließkeil-Antriebsbaugruppe nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Hebel (17) kürzer als der dritte Hebel (19) ausgeführt ist.
