Claims (8)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un sabot segmenté (1) pour projectile sous-calibré, qui présente un corps de base (5 ; 5') segmenté de manière correspondante, et un support avant (6) fixé au corps de base (5 ; 5'), qui comprend des nervures (10 ; 10') disposées de manière répartie uniformément sur la périphérie du sabot (1), lesquelles sont connectées les unes aux autres du côté extérieur par un anneau périphérique (12 ; 12'), caractérisé en ce que les nervures (10 ; 10') du support avant (6) et une partie de base (11 ; 11') de forme annulaire portant les nervures (10 ; 10') sont fabriquées sous forme de partie de guidage séparée d'une seule pièce (9 ; 9'), et en ce que la partie de base (11') de la partie de guidage (9') est poussée dans la direction axiale sur le corps de base (5') ou en ce que la partie de base (11) de la partie de guidage (9) est enfoncée dans une gorge tournée centrale (13) de forme cylindrique du corps de base (5), les nervures (10) étant introduites dans des évidements correspondants (15) en forme de fente de la région de paroi avant (14) du corps de base (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de guidage (9 ; 9') séparée d'une seule pièce comprend aussi l'anneau (12 ; 12') adjacent du côté extérieur aux nervures (10 ; 10').
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie de guidage (9 ; 9') se compose de plastique renforcé par des fibres de carbone et est fabriquée par moulage par injection.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie de guidage (9 ; 9') se compose de métal léger ou d'un alliage de métaux légers.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie de base (11 ; 11') de la partie de guidage (9 ; 9') et l'anneau (12 ; 12') se raccordant du côté extérieur aux nervures (10 ; 10') de la partie de guidage (9 ; 9') sont pourvus de points destinés à la rupture, qui se situent dans les plans de séparation (16-18) définis par des segments adjacents (2-4 ; 2') du corps de base (5 ; 5').
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie de guidage (9 ; 9') du support avant est pourvue sur son côté tourné vers le corps de base (5 ; 5') d'au moins un profilage (19) qui est enfoncé dans un évidement (20) correspondant du corps de base (5 ; 5') en forme de rainure s'étendant dans la direction axiale du corps de base (5 ; 5'), pour la connexion du corps de base (5 ; 5') à la partie de guidage (9 ; 9').
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le profilage (19) de la partie de guidage (9 ; 9') est réalisé en forme de queue d'aronde ou en forme de T.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau (12 ; 12') est fabriqué séparément et est connecté par engagement par correspondance géométrique et/ou par force à la partie de guidage (9 ; 9') constituée des nervures (10 ; 10') et de la partie de base (11 ; 11').
