Claims (51)

  1. Starre Verpackung für Tabakartikel, die umfasst:
    eine äußere erste Schachtel (6) mit wenigstens einer Stirnöffnung (12); und
    eine im Wesentlichen parallelepipedförmige zweite Schachtel (15) innerhalb der ersten Schachtel (6) und koaxial hierzu, die eine der Stirnöffnung (12) der äußeren ersten Schachtel (6) entsprechende Stirnöffnung (22) besitzt;
    wobei die Verpackung gekennzeichnet ist durch ein Zwischenelement (24), das zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Schachtel (6, 15) eingefügt ist, innen an einer der longitudinalen Wände (8) der ersten Schachtel (6) befestigt ist und die zweite Schachtel (15) quer zu einer gegebenen Achse (11) der zweiten Schachtel (15) umgibt; wobei das Zwischenelement (24) wenigstens zwei axiale Grenzpositionen einnimmt, die zwei verschiedenen Positionen der zweiten Schachtel (15) in Bezug auf die Achse (11) entsprechen.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement (24) einen ersten Abschnitt (29a) aufweist, der einen Deckel (30) definiert, um die Öffnungen (12, 22) der ersten und der zweiten Schachtel (6, 15) zu verschließen.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Abschnitt (29a) des Zwischenelements (24) durch eine Abdeckplatte (29) definiert ist, die einen Deckel (30) definiert, um die Stirnöffnungen (12, 22) zu verschließen.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Abschnitt (29a) des Zwischenelements (24) durch eine flexible Wand (81) definiert ist, die einen Deckel (30) definiert, um die Stirnöffnungen (12, 22) zu verschließen.
  5. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Position einem teilweisen Herausziehen der zweiten Schachtel (15) aus der ersten Schachtel (6) und einem gleichzeitigen Öffnen des Deckels (30) entspricht und die zweite Position dem vollständigen Einschieben der zweiten Schachtel (15) in die erste Schachtel (6) und dem gleichzeitigen Schließen des Deckels (30) entspricht.
  6. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (30) ein Scharnier (31) quer zu der Achse (11) besitzt, die mit einer Kante der Stirnöffnung (12) der ersten Schachtel (6) im Wesentlichen zusammenfällt.
  7. Verpackung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die parallel zu dem Scharnier (31) gemessene Abmessung der den Deckel (30) definierenden Abdeckplatte (29) größer ist als der quer zu dem Scharnier (31) gemessene Abstand zwischen den Kanten der Stirnöffnung (12) der ersten Schachtel (6).
  8. Verpackung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (30) einen Rollverschluss definiert, um die Stirnöffnungen (12, 22) der ersten und der zweiten Schachtel (6, 15) zu verschließen.
  9. Verpackung nach Anspruch 6 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement (24) wenigstens an einem ersten Befestigungsabschnitt (26) der longitudinalen Wand (8) an einer Kante der Stirnöffnung (12) der äußeren ersten Schachtel (6) befestigt ist.
  10. Verpackung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement (24) ein an dem ersten Befestigungsabschnitt (26) befestigtes erstes Ende (25); und ein an einem Zwischenbefestigungsabschnitt (28) der longitudinalen Wand (8) befestigtes zweites Ende (27) aufweist.
  11. Verpackung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement (24) eine Frontplatte (32); einen ersten Verbindungsabschnitt (33) zwischen der Frontplatte (32) und dem Deckel (30); und einen zweiten Verbindungsabschnitt (35) zwischen der Frontplatte (32) und einem an einem Zwischenbefestigungsabschnitt (28) der longitudinalen Wand (8) befestigten zweiten Ende (27) aufweist.
  12. Verpackung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Verbindungsabschnitt (33) zwei erste Streifen (34) aufweist, die mit gegenüberliegenden Enden einer Kante (37) des Deckels (30) verbunden sind und zwischen ihnen zusammen mit der Kante (37) des Deckels (30) und mit einer Kante der Frontplatte (32) eine Öffnung (38) definieren;
    wobei der zweite Verbindungsabschnitt (35) wenigstens einen zweiten Streifen (36) aufweist, der den Boden (19) der inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) umgibt.
  13. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere erste Schachtel (6) an der Frontplatte (32) des Zwischenelements (24) und in einer vorderen Wand (7) eine Öffnung (14) aufweist, die sich längs der gegebenen Achse (11) erstreckt.
  14. Verpackung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Öffnung (14) in der Vorderwand (7) der ersten Schachtel (6) die Frontplatte (32) des Zwischenelements (24) Mittel (43) mit hoher Reibung besitzt, durch die das Zwischenelement (24) ergriffen und betätigt werden kann.
  15. Verpackung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Streifen (34), die den Deckel (30) und die Frontplatte (32) verbinden, und der zweite Streifen (36), der den Boden (19) der inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) umgibt, zahlreiche Faltlinien (39) quer zu der gegebenen Achse (11) besitzen.
  16. Verpackung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Wand (81), die den Rollverschluss zum Verschließen der Stirnöffnungen (12, 22) der ersten und der zweiten Schachtel (6, 15) definiert, zahlreiche Faltlinien (82) quer zu der gegebenen Achse (11) besitzt.
  17. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement (24) zwei longitudinale seitliche Platten (40) aufweist, die mit der Frontplatte (32) verbunden sind und sich an den Seitenwänden (9) der äußeren ersten Schachtel (6) befinden.
  18. Verpackung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede seitliche Platte (40) des Zwischenelements (24) wenigstens ein abgerundetes Ende (42) besitzt, das den Stirnöffnungen (12, 22) zugewandt ist und das in der ersten Position, in der die innere zweite Schachtel (15) teilweise herausgezogen ist, an der inneren Oberfläche eines jeweiligen ersten Streifens (34), der die Frontplatte (32) mit dem Deckel (30) verbindet, haftet.
  19. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch eine im Wesentlichen parallelepipedische Form und eine obere Wand, die durch den Deckel (30) definiert ist.
  20. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 4, 5 und 12, gekennzeichnet durch einen Mittelabschnitt (78), der durch eine vordere Wand (7) und eine Rückwand (8), die zueinander parallel sind, und durch zwei parallele Seitenwände (9) definiert ist; und wenigstens einen im Wesentlichen halbzylindrischen Endabschnitt (79) mit einer Achse (80) quer zu der gegebenen Achse (11).
  21. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 4, 5 und 12, gekennzeichnet durch einen Mittelabschnitt (78), der durch eine vordere Wand (7) und eine Rückwand (8), die zueinander parallel sind, und durch zwei parallele Seitenwände (9) definiert ist; und zwei im Wesentlichen halbzylindrische Endabschnitte (79) mit Achsen (80) quer zu der gegebenen Achse (11).
  22. Verpackung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelabschnitt (78) durch die rohrförmige äußere erste Schachtel (6) definiert ist und die Endabschnitte (79) durch die flexible Wand (81), die den Deckel (30) definiert, bzw. durch den zweiten Streifen (36), der den Boden (19) der inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) umgibt, definiert sind.
  23. Verpackung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (9) der äußeren ersten Schachtel (6) jeweilige abgerundete Enden besitzen, die paarweise jeweilige Grundflächen (83) der halbzylindrischen Endabschnitte (79) definieren.
  24. Verpackung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweilige Enden der Seitenwände (18) der inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) halbkreisförmige Ansätze (84) besitzen, deren Kanten (85) Führungs- und Gleitmittel für die flexible Wand (81) und den zweiten Streifen (36) definieren.
  25. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jeder Seitenplatte (40) des Zwischenelements (24) beide Enden abgerundet sind, um in der ersten Position, in der die innere zweite Schachtel (15) teilweise herausgezogen ist, an der inneren Oberfläche eines jeweiligen ersten Streifens (34), der die Frontplatte (32) und den Deckel (30) verbindet, zu haften und um in der zweiten Position, in der der zweite Schachtel (15) vollständig in die erste Schachtel (6) eingeschoben ist, an dem zweiten Streifen (36), der den Boden (19) der inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) umgibt, zu haften.
  26. Verpackung nach Anspruch 18 oder 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Seitenplatten (40) in der Nähe des Befestigungspunkts an der Frontplatte (32) und in der Nähe ihrer eigenen freien longitudinalen Kante zwei longitudinale Führungsstege (41) besitzt, die zu den Seitenwänden (9) der äußeren ersten Schachtel (6) vorstehen.
  27. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Schachtel (15) eine Umrissöffnung besitzt, die sich längs eines gegebenen Abschnitts der Vorderwand und in der Nähe des offenen Endes der zweiten Schachtel (15) erstreckt.
  28. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch ein Päckchen von Zigaretten (4) definiert ist.
  29. Verpackung nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zigaretten (4) in einer im Wesentlichen parallelepipedförmigen Gruppe angeordnet sind, die in einem Abschnitt aus Umwicklungsmaterial gewickelt sind und in der zweiten Schachtel (15) untergebracht sind.
  30. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch einen Karton von Päckchen von Zigaretten (4) definiert ist.
  31. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 28 bis 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die äußere erste Schachtel (6) wenigstens eine abgerundete Kante besitzt.
  32. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 28 bis 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die äußere erste Schachtel (6) wenigstens eine abgeschrägte Kante besitzt.
  33. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 28 bis 30, wobei die erste Schachtel (6) eine vordere Wand (7) und eine Rückwand (8), die einander gegenüberliegen, und zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände (9) oder Seiten aufweist; wobei jede der Wände (7, 8, 9) mit den benachbarten Wänden (7, 8, 9) längs einer scharfen Kante (10) verbunden ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Wand (7, 8, 9) in einem Paar gegenüberliegender Wände (7, 8, 9) wenigstens der äußeren ersten Schachtel (6) einen ebenen mittleren Abschnitt und zwei vorgeschwächte seitliche Bänder umfasst; wobei jedes seitliche Band so gekrümmt ist, dass seine Konkavität nach innen weist, um den verhältnismäßig ebenen mittleren Abschnitt mit der benachbarten Wand (7, 8, 9) längs der scharfen Kante zu verbinden.
  34. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 28 bis 30, wobei die erste und die zweite Schachtel (15) jeweils eine vordere Wand (7; 16) und eine Rückwand (8; 17), die einander gegenüberliegen, und zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände (9; 18) oder Seiten aufweisen; wobei jede der Wände (7, 8, 9; 16, 17, 18) mit jeder der benachbarten Wände (7, 8, 9; 16, 17, 18) längs einer scharfen Kante (10) verbunden ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wände (7, 8, 9; 16, 17, 18) jeweils einen ebenen Abschnitt und wenigstens ein longitudinales seitliches Band umfassen, das so gekrümmt ist, dass seine Konkavität nach innen weist; wobei die seitlichen Bänder der zwei benachbarten Wände (7, 8, 9; 16, 17, 18) längs einer scharfen Kante miteinander verbunden sind.
  35. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere erste Schachtel (6), die innere zweite Schachtel (15) und das Zwischenelement (24) aus einem ersten, einem zweiten bzw. einem dritten ebenen Zuschnitt (44, 45, 46) gebildet sind, der aus Karton oder dergleichen hergestellt ist und longitudinale und transversale Vorfalzlinien besitzt.
  36. Verpackung nach Anspruch 35, wenn abhängig von einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 3, 5, der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, der Ansprüche 17 bis 19 und der Ansprüche 25 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste ebene Zuschnitt (44) im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig ist und zwei longitudinale Vorfalzlinien (47) und zwei transversale Vorfalzlinien (48, 49) aufweist, die eine Frontplatte (7') mit einer longitudinalen Öffnung, eine Bodenplatte (13') und eine hintere Platte (8') definieren; wobei die Frontplatte (7') und die hintere Platte (8') jeweils zwei Seitenflügel (9') besitzen, die die Seitenwände (9) des äußeren ersten Schachtel (6) definieren; und die Flügel (9') der hinteren Platte (8') zwei longitudinale Ansätze (50) besitzen, die zu den Flügeln (9') der Frontplatte (32) vorstehen.
  37. Verpackung nach Anspruch 35, wenn abhängig von einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 3, 5, der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, der Ansprüche 17 bis 19 und der Ansprüche 26 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite ebene Zuschnitt (45) im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig ist und zwei longitudinale Vorfalzlinien (51) und vier transversale Vorfalzlinien (52, 53, 54, 55) aufweist, die eine Frontplatte (16'), eine hintere Platte (17') und zwei den Boden der inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) definierende Stirnplatten (19') definieren; wobei die Frontplatte (16') und die hintere Platte (17') jeweilige Seltenflügeln (18') besitzen, die die Seitenwände (18) des inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) definieren, wobei die Frontplatte (16') und die hintere Platte (17') durch zwei Streifen (21') miteinander verbunden sind, die zu den longitudinalen Vorfalzlinien (51) parallel sind und eine obere Wand der inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) definieren; und eine geschlossene Schnittlinie sich zwischen den zwei Streifen befindet und die obere Öffnung und die Umrissöffnung der inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) definiert.
  38. Verpackung nach Anspruch 35, wenn abhängig von einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 3, 5, der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, der Ansprüche 17 bis 19 und der Ansprüche 26 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dritte ebene Zuschnitt (46) zwei longitudinale Vorfalzlinien (58) und transversale Vorfalz- und/oder Faltlinien (59, 60, 61, 62, 63) aufweist, die einen ersten Endansatz, der eventuell an dem ersten Befestigungsabschnitt der hinteren Platte (8') des ersten Zuschnitts (44) haftet, eine erste Platte, die den Deckel (30) definiert, einen ersten Verbindungsabschnitt zwischen der ersten Platte und einer zweiten Frontplatte (32') und einen zweiten Verbindungsabschnitt zwischen der zweiten Frontplatte (32') und einem zweiten Endansatz, der eventuell an dem zweiten Befestigungsabschnitt der hinteren Platte (8') des ersten Zuschnitts (44) haftet, definieren; wobei die transversale Vorfalzlinie zwischen den ersten Ansatz und die erste Platte, die den Deckel (30) definiert, eingefügt ist und eine Scharnierlinie definiert; und wenigstens der erste Verbindungsabschnitt durch eine geschlossene Schnittlinie beeinflusst ist, die eine Zugangsöffnung zu der inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) definiert.
  39. Verpackung nach Anspruch 38, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geschlossene Schnittlinie für den ersten Verbindungsabschnitt zwei erste Streifen definiert, die die erste Verbindungsplatte und die zweite Frontplatte (32') verbinden; der zweite Verbindungsabschnitt durch einen zweiten Streifen definiert ist, der die zweite Frontplatte (32') und den zweiten Endansatz verbindet; und die ersten Streifen und der zweite Streifen zahlreiche transversale Faltlinien (61, 62, 63) besitzen, die zu den transversalen Vorfalzlinien (59, 60) parallel sind.
  40. Verpackung nach Anspruch 39, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Frontplatte (32') zwei longitudinale Seitenplatten aufweist, wovon jede mit der zweiten Frontplatte (32') durch eine doppelte Vorfalzlinie verbunden ist und eine weitere Vorfalzlinie in der Nähe ihrer freien longitudinalen Kante besitzt; und die Enden der Seitenplatten, die der Abdeckplatte zugewandt sind, halbkreisförmig sind.
  41. Verpackung nach Anspruch 38, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geschlossene Schnittlinie außerdem einen Abschnitt der zweiten Frontplatte (32') beeinflusst und für das Zwischenelement (24) eine Öffnung definiert, die dann, wenn die Verpackung zusammengefügt ist, zum Teil der Öffnung in der Frontplatte (7') des äußeren ersten Schachtel (6) entspricht.
  42. Verpackung nach Anspruch 35, wenn abhängig von einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 4, 5, 8 und der Ansprüche 9 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der erste Zuschnitt (44) vorwiegend längs einer Achse quer zu der gegebenen Längsachse erstreckt und vier longitudinale Vorfalzlinien (47), die zwei Stirnplatten und eine mittlere Platte definieren; eine Frontplatte mit einer longitudinalen Öffnung, die zwischen die mittlere Platte und eine der Stirnplatten eingefügt ist, und eine hintere Platte, die zwischen die mittlere Platte und die andere Stirnplatte eingefügt ist, aufweist; wobei die Frontplatte und die hintere Platte jeweils im Wesentlichen bogenförmige, nach innen konkave transversale Kanten besitzen; die Stirnplatte und die mittlere Platte halbkreisförmige gegenüberliegende Enden besitzen; und die transversalen Kanten mit den Enden der Stirnplatten und mit der mittleren Platte durch gekrümmte, nach außen konkave Abschnitte verbunden sind.
  43. Verpackung nach Anspruch 35, wenn abhängig von einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 4, 5, 8 und der Ansprüche 9 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Zuschnitt (45) im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig ist und zwei longitudinale Vorfalzlinien und vier transversale Vorfalzlinien, die eine Frontplatte, eine hintere Platte und zwei den Boden der inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) definierende Stirnplatte definieren, aufweist; wobei die Frontplatte und die hintere Platte jeweils seitliche Flügel besitzen, die die Seitenwände der inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) definieren; wobei die Frontplatte und die hintere Platte miteinander durch zwei zu den longitudinalen Vorfalzlinien parallele Streifen verbunden sind und eine obere Wand der inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) definieren; wobei sich zwischen den zwei Streifen eine geschlossene Schnittlinie befindet, die die obere Öffnung und die Umrissöffnung des inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) definiert; und wobei die seitlichen Flügel halbkreisförmige gegenüberliegende Enden besitzen.
  44. Verpackung nach Anspruch 35, wenn abhängig von einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 4, 5, 8 und der Ansprüche 9 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dritte ebene Zuschnitt (46) zwei longitudinale Vorfalzlinien und zahlreiche transversale Falzlinien, die einen ersten Stirnansatz definieren, der eventuell an dem ersten Befestigungsabschnitt der hinteren Platte des ersten Zuschnitts (44) haftet, eine Platte, die zwei gegebene Abschnitte aufweist, die jeweils die den Deckel (30) definierende flexible Wand und einen Verbindungsabschnitt für die Verbindung mit einer Frontplatte (32') definieren, und einen zweiten Verbindungsabschnitt zwischen der Frontplatte (32') und einem zweiten Stirnansatz, der eventuell an dem zweiten Befestigungsabschnitt der hinteren Platte des ersten Zuschnitts (44) haftet, aufweist; wobei der zweite Verbindungsabschnitt den Boden der Packung definiert; und wenigstens der erste Verbindungsabschnitt durch eine geschlossene Schnittlinie, die eine Zugangsöffnung zu der inneren zweiten Schachtel (15) definiert, beeinflusst ist.
  45. Verpackung nach Anspruch 44, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geschlossene Schnittlinie für den ersten Verbindungsabschnitt zwei erste Streifen definiert, die die flexible Wand und die Frontplatte (32') verbinden; der zweite Verbindungsabschnitt durch einen zweiten Streifen definiert ist, der die Frontplatte (32') und den zweiten Stirnansatz verbindet; und die ersten Streifen und der zweite Streifen zahlreiche transversale Falzlinien besitzen.
  46. Verpackung nach Anspruch 45, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Frontplatte (32') zwei longitudinale Seitenplatten (40') aufweist, wovon jede mit der zweiten Frontplatte (32') durch eine doppelte Vorfalzlinie verbunden ist, und eine weitere Vorfalzlinie in der Nähe ihrer freien longitudinalen Kante besitzt; und die Seitenplatten (40') halbkreisförmige gegenüberliegende Enden besitzen.
  47. Verpackung nach Anspruch 45, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geschlossene Schnittlinie außerdem einen Abschnitt der zweiten Frontplatte (32') beeinflusst und für das Zwischenelement (24) eine Öffnung definiert, die dann, wenn die Verpackung zusammengefügt ist, teilweise der Öffnung in der Frontplatte (7') des äußeren ersten Schachtel (6) entspricht.
  48. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 35, 36, 38, 42, 44, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zuschnitt (44) und der dritte Zuschnitt (46) vereinigt sind, um einen einzigen Zuschnitt zu bilden.
  49. Verpackung nach Anspruch 48, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zuschnitt (44) und der dritte Zuschnitt (46) längs der longitudinalen Achse angeordnet sind.
  50. Verpackung nach Anspruch 48, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zuschnitt (44) und der dritte Zuschnitt (46) in L-Form angeordnet sind.
  51. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 36, 42, 48, 49, 50, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zuschnitt (44) am freien Ende der Frontplatte (32) einen Verstärkungsansatz aufweist, der eventuell nach unten auf die Innenfläche der Frontplatte (32) gefaltet ist.
