Claims (13)
- Einrichtung zum Transport, zur Aufnahme und zur Abgabe von flexiblen Verbrauchsartikeln (12) an Benutzer für einen Einsatz in Kraftfahrzeugwerkstätten,
mit einer Transport- und Spenderbox (1) aus Karton oder Wellpappe , in der eine zu einer Rolle (21) aufgewickelte Bahn (11) einzelner über Perforationen zusammenhängender Verbrauchsartikel (12) geschützt untergebracht ist und die Stirnwandungen (7, 8) und eine Anlagefläche (47) aufweist, und
mit einer Haltevorrichtung (36) zum Aufhängen der Transport- und Spenderbox (1) in der Abgabestellung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (36) einerseits für jede Rolle (21) eine Führungsachse (32) und andererseits beidseitig sich etwa rechtwinklig zu der Führungsachse (32) erstreckende Seitenschenkel (40) mit zumindest bereichsweise zur Vertikalen spitzwinkligen Führungsbahnen (42) zur Aufnahme der Führungsachse (32) aufweist, und
dass die Transport- und Spenderbox (1) im Bereich ihrer Stirnwandungen (7, 8) zentrisch und zueinander fluchtend angeordnete Durchbrechungen (30), Markierungen (31), eine Materialschwächung, eine Einritzung, eine Perforation oder eine Falz zum Durchstecken der Führungsachse (32) durch die Stirnwandungen (7, 8) der Transport- und Spenderbox (1) und durch die Rolle (21) aufweist, so dass die Transport- und Spenderbox (1) in der Abgabestellung mit ihrer Anlagefläche (47) verdrehgesichert ist und die Rolle an der Anlagefläche (47) und an der Führungsachse (32) abgestützt ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transport- und Spenderbox entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7 ausgebildet ist und/oder die Haltevorrichtung entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13 ausgebildet ist.
- Transport- und Spenderbox (1) aus Karton oder Wellpappe , in der eine auf eine Rolle (21) aufgewickelte Bahn (11) einzelner über Perforationen zusammenhängender Verbrauchsartikel (12) geschützt untergebracht ist und die Stirnwandungen (7, 8) und eine Anlagefläche (47) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transport- und Spenderbox (1) im Bereich ihrer Stirnwandungen (7, 8) zentrisch und zueinander fluchtend angeordnete Durchbrechungen (30), Markierungen (31), eine Materialschwächung, eine Einritzung, eine Perforation oder eine Falz zum Durchstecken einer Führungsachse (32) durch die Stirnwandungen (7, 8) der Transport- und Spenderbox (1) und durch die Rolle (21) aufweist.
- Transport- und Spenderbox nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnwandungen (7, 8) in einer Transportstellung zumindest weitestgehend geschlossen sind und eine Materialschwächung, eine Einritzung, eine Perforation, eine Falz oder eine Markierung (31) aufweisen, welche in einer Abgabestellung die Durchbrechung (30) bildet.
- Transport- und Spenderbox nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Transport- und Spenderbox (1) im Bereich der Stirnwandungen (7, 8) Auflager (18) vorgesehen sind, gegenüber welchen die Rolle (21) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Transport- und Spenderbox nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchbrechungen (30) in Ausnehmungen aus den Auflagern (18) münden und die Durchbrechungen gemeinsam mit den Ausnehmungen und der Innenfläche einer Hülse (22), auf welche in der Rolle (21) die Bahn (11) aufgewickelt ist, einen in Längsrichtung durch die Rolle (21) hindurchgehenden Aufnahmeraum (48) für die Führungsachse (32) bilden, wobei Übertrittsquerschnitte vom Aufnahmeraum (48) zu einem die Rolle aufnehmenden Innenraum der Transport- und Spenderbox (1) lediglich zwischen den Auflagern (18) und der Hülse (22) gebildet sind.
- Transport- und Spenderbox nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Materialbereiche zwischen der Anlagefläche (47) und dem Umgebungsbereich der Durchbrechung (30) sowie zwischen der Anlagefläche (47) und Krafteinleitungsstellen bei einer Abnahme der Verbrauchsartikel (12) steif ausgebildet sind.
- Haltevorrichtung zur Aufnahme einer Transport- und Spenderbox (1) und zur Abgabe von flexiblen Verbrauchsartikeln (12) von einer zu einer Rolle (21) aufgewickelten Bahn (11) an Benutzer für einen Einsatz in Kraftfahrzeugwerkstätten mit mindestens einem insbesondere an einer Raumwand anbringbaren Schenkel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (36) einerseits für jede Rolle (21) eine Führungsachse (32) und andererseits beidseitig sich etwa rechtwinklig zu der Führungsachse (32) erstreckende Seitenschenkel (40) mit zumindest bereichsweise zur Vertikalen spitzwinkligen Führungsbahnen (42) zur Aufnahme der Führungsachse (32) aufweist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anlagefläche (46) für die Transport- und Spenderbox (1) vorgesehen ist, welche senkrecht zu den Seitenschenkeln (40) orientiert ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Seitenschenkel (40) mehrere Führungsbahnen (42) aufweist, welche eine Abstützung einer oder mehrerer Transport- und Spenderboxen (1) in unterschiedlichen Abgabestellungen ermöglichen.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Seitenschenkeln (40) der Haltevorrichtung (36) jeweils mindestens ein Führungsschlitz (41) vorgesehen ist, welcher die Führungsbahn (42) bildet und in dem die Führungsachse (32) gleitend geführt ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei im Querschnitt L-fömige Winkelbleche (37, 38) vorgesehen sind, bei welchen jeweils ein Schenkel an der Raumwand befestigt ist und der andere Schenkel den Seitenschenkel (40) bildet.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung mit einem U-förmigen Winkelblech gebildet ist, bei dem ein Mittelschenkel (45) des U die Anlagefläche (46) der Haltevorrichtung (36) bildet und ein Seitenschenkel (40) des U die Führungsbahnen (42) bilden.
