Definitions

  • the invention relates to a container for flowable substances, such as pastes and creams, i. Substances which assume the formation of the container containing them, yet they have their own volume, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • tubes for toothpaste for beauty creams, for cleaning creams or for body care creams, as well as tubes for medicines and ointments.
  • utensils such as mustard or mayonnaise, commercial pastes, gels and fat.
  • this known type of container has the disadvantage that the escape of the paste or cream is very expensive, especially when a large proportion of the paste or cream has already leaked through previous use. In this case one must press carefully on the entire surface of the tube, starting from the lower end and then further up to the inlet and outlet channel, so that the residual paste or cream is conveyed into the, near the inlet and outlet channel near the region of the hollow body ,
  • the proposed thrust member avoids, during its continuous rise along the hollow body, which dissipates the flowable material, it keeps him tight and promotes him continuously in the direction of the inlet and outlet channel, by preventing that in the subjacent part of the hollow body remains of the flowable Stoffes remain.
  • this known container has the disadvantage that when ascending the thrust member can not be excluded that the last remnants of the paste or cream between the inner walls of the hollow body and the upper surface of the thrust member are included as soon as they are very close.
  • the object of the present invention is the development of such a container, so that in a particularly simple and fast way, the escape of the flowable substance contained therein allows and at the same time its contents can be completely emptied. This object is achieved by a container having the features of claim 1.
  • a container for flowable substances 2 such as pastes or creams, i.
  • Fabrics which take the shape of the receiving container, yet they have their own volume.
  • Such a container could be, for example, a tube for toothpaste, for beauty creams, for cleaning creams or for body care creams, as well as a tube for medicines and ointments. Also included are utensils such as mustard or mayonnaise, commercial pastes, gels and fat.
  • the container comprises a deformable hollow body 1, in which the paste or cream 2 is located.
  • the hollow body 1 is provided with an inlet and outlet channel 3, at the end of an inlet and outlet opening 4 is provided.
  • the container further comprises a closure element 5.
  • the closure element 5 is connectable to the inlet and outlet channel 3 in order to prevent the outward escape of the paste or cream 2 through the inlet and outlet openings 4.
  • the container also comprises a thrust member 6, which is arranged in the hollow body 1, that the paste or cream 2 is located in the space between the inlet and outlet opening 4 and the thrust member 6. This is achieved by arranging the thrust member 6 at that end of the hollow body 1 opposite to the end having the inlet and outlet openings 4.
  • the thrust member 6 is arranged without bonds in the hollow body 1 and is therefore able to slide under a Schubau fromein Quantum exert the fingers of a person on the hollow body 1.
  • the paste or cream 2 is pushed by the thrust member 6 in the direction of the inlet and outlet opening 4 out.
  • the thrust member 6 is constructed in several parts, an upper part 6a, a middle part 6b and a lower part 6c.
  • the upper part 6 a is in contact with the uppermost paste or cream 2 and has a maximum cross-section equal to that of the hollow body 1. This upper part 6a ensures that the paste or cream 2 is pushed and conveyed.
  • the middle part 6b has a uniform cross section on the same as that of the hollow body 1 is equal and on its surface a stripper clamp 7 is annularly arranged.
  • This stripping clamp 7 is suitable, during the sliding of the thrust member 6, strip the inner surface of the hollow body 1 and prevents that during the sliding of the thrust member 6 in the underlying empty part of the hollow body 1, that part between the thrust member 6 and the lower ends of Container, remnants of paste or cream 2 left over.
  • the lower part 6c is exposed to the thrust external action, which the thrust member 6 continuously from its initial position, that of the inlet and outlet channel 3 is opposite, to its end position, in the vicinity of the inlet and outlet channel 3, moves.
  • the effect exerted by the user is more continuous when the lower part 6c is made of an elastically yielding material.
  • a material may be provided which is elastically yielding in a natural way.
  • small open channels 9 extend on the surface of the upper part 6a. In this way, it is precluded that remains of the paste or cream 2 are included when, in the end portion of the sliding of the thrust member 6, the surface of the upper part 6a and the inner walls of the hollow body 1 are very close.
  • the presence of the channels 9 on the surface of the upper part 6a is therefore important, because in this case they allow the possibility of collecting the remains of the paste or cream 2 in the inlet and outlet channel 3, from where they are taken out in any case can be.
  • the thrust member 6 In the first, arranged in the drawing sheet left and marked with the letter a longitudinal section, the thrust member 6 is shown in its initial position, while in the second, arranged in the drawing sheet right and marked with the letter b longitudinal section, the thrust member 6 in his End position shown. In this second longitudinal section, the thrust member 6 is indicated by dashed lines in its initial position.
  • Thrust member 6 shown in dashed lines in another significant position, which is taken by him, during its intermittent sliding in the interior of the hollow body 1. It is a position that the thrust member 6, just before a suitably provided on its upper part 6a projection 10 penetrates into the inlet and outlet channel 3 occupies.
  • This projection 10 penetrates in the end portion of the sliding of the thrust member 6 in the inlet and outlet channel 3 and serves to push any residue of the paste or cream 2 to the outside and to empty the inlet and outlet channel 3 completely.
  • the last remnants of the paste or cream 2 accumulate in the inlet and outlet channel 3. They enter the inlet and outlet channel 3 by flowing into the small open channels 9, which also furrow the surface of the projection 10. The presence of these channels 9 prevents the projection 10 from clogging the inlet and outlet channel 3 completely and that the remains of the paste or cream 2 between the inner walls of the hollow body 1 and the surface of the upper part 6a of the thrust member 6 are included.
  • the shape of the various parts 6a, 6b and 6c, which form the thrust member 6, also depends on the type of tube, in particular its cross section.
  • the first example of a thrust member 6 according to the invention can be seen in particular in FIGS. 1c-1e.
  • the upper part 6 a has the shape of a truncated cone with a round cross section and is provided with the projection 10.
  • the middle part 6b has the shape of a cylinder with a round cross section and the Abstreifschelle 7, while the lower part 6c has an irregular shape.
  • the irregular shape of the lower part 6c is that, as can be seen in particular in Figure 1c, which results from the fact that its lower part with an approximately elliptical, very squashed, almost rectangular cross-section on the upper part with round cross section connects.
  • the second example of a thrust member 6 according to the invention can be seen in particular in FIGS. 2c-2e.
  • the upper part 6a and the middle part 6b are the same as those of the above-mentioned first example.
  • the lower part 6c is obtained by decreasing material to a lower part 6c, like that of the first example mentioned above, to form a shaped recess 8.
  • This shaped recess 8 is intended to receive the thumb of the user's hand and facilitates the exercise of the external thrust action.
