Abstract

Collecteur de déjections canines constitué, d’une poignée creuse (9), contenant un sac de secours (12), fixée par clip (11) au manche (1), qui est solidaire du cadre (16) par un clip (25) ; d’une tige (2) se déplaçant à l’intérieur du manche (1) par l’intermédiaire d’une tirette (3) qui coulisse dans une fente (5) et qui est vissée sur la tige (2) en (A). La tige (2) liée à a tige (17) par un clip (24) fait avancer et reculer cette tige (17) sur les branches (18 et 20) du cadre (16) jusqu’en (19). L’intérieur du rectangle formé par les côtés (17, 18, 19, 20) offre un espace contenant le sac (26) qui s’y adapte par quatre trous préformés (27) sur les petits crochets en « T » à tête arrondie (22) permettant ainsi d’ouvrir et fermer le sac (26) à volonté.

Description

COLLECTEUR DE DEJECTIONS CANINES
L'invention est destinée à recueillir de façon pratique et hygiénique les déjections canines,permettant ainsi de promener les chiens n'importe où,sans avoir à se baisser pour:pousser,balayer ou ramasser les déchets canins.
Le principe étant de collecter les déjections au moment ou elles sont émises par le chien au lieu de laisser celles ci polluer les rues. L'instrument est léger,résistant5démontable et peu coûteux .
Description de l'invention, qui se compose de quatre éléments séparés (1,9,16,26 suivant figs:l, 2,3 4)réunis ensemble pour former l'instrument.

Le MANCHE(l) -creux, d'un diamètre de 15mm(peut être de taille inférieure éventuellement)d'un matériaux(genre plastique,pvc)léger, résistant,rigide et biodégradable, contient une tige(2)moulée en une seule pièce (AetB).A une extrémité (A),une partie de cinq centimètres de long et de 14 mm de haut sert de piston actionné par une tirette(3) vissée dans ce piston et se mouvant dans la fente(5) .A l'autre extrémité de la tige (2) deux parties mâles de clip y sont fixées (4 fîgl) qui seront reliées à la partie femelle duclip (24,fîg 3)permettant à la tige (17 fig 3) de se mouvoir sur le cadre (16fig3).Une fente (5) dans la tige (1 fig l)de cent cinquante millimètres de long et cinq de large se terminant aux deux extrémités par une gorge (6) qui permettra de bloquer dans la position;ouvert ou fermé la tige (17 fig3). La tirette (3)vissée dans le piston (A) coulisse le long de la fente (5) permettant à la tige (2) qui lui est fixée de mouvoir la tige (17 fig 3)Le piston du même matériaux que l'ensemble est d'un diamètre qui lui permet de coulisser dans la tige (1) sans -frottements.Aux deux extrémités de la tige (l)placés à vingt millimètres du bout deux parties mâles d'un clip sont fixées (7). L'invention permet aussi de pouvoir être utilisée d'une seule main l'-ύistrument étant rendu solidaire de la laisse par deux fïxations.L'une (8)sur la tige (1) à quatre cents millimètres de l'extrémité coté piston de la tige(l) .Elle se compose d'un ruban de Velcro d'une longueur suffisante pour entourer de façon stable n'importe quel modèle de laisse existant dans le commerce.L'autre fixation (10 fîg2) Un anneau,sOuvrant et se fermant par une simple pressions' attachera à la poignée de la laisse,qui sera alors solidaire de la poignée (9 fig2).Les éléments de la fîgl (2 et3) sont démontables et changeables ainsi que la tige (1) permettant le remplacement d'une pièce sans devoir changer tout l'instrument.

Le CADRE(16) du même matériaux que la tige (l)est formé d'une seule pièce (18,19,20,21) de dix millimètres de diamètre, formant un carré de cent soixante dix mm de coté extérieur se terminant par un coude de 30 mm de long recevant la partie femelle(25)du clip le reliant à la tige (1 fîgl) L'espace entre les deux parties femelles permettant de cliper sur la tige (1) sans effort et sans jeu.Latige(17)du même diamètre que le cadre (16)coulisse sur (18et 20) par deux cercles (23) du même matériaux que (1,12 ,16) etfixés à chaque extrémité de(17) par des rivets fermant un collier solidaire du cercle.Les deux cercles (23) sont chacun surmontés de un, des quatre crochets(22).Lorsque la tige (2)est actionnée par la tirette (3) elle ouvre et ferme le rectangle (17,18,19,20) ouvrant et fermant le sac (26) se trouvant placé à Fintérieur de ce rectangle.
L'espace libre pour le sac à l'intérieur entre (17) et la tige(19) est de 140mm. Celui entre les deux branches du cadre(18 et 20) est de 15 Omm. Quatre petits crochets en forme de "T"à la tête arrondie (22) vissés verticalements ,2 sur les extrémités de(19) et 2 aux extrémités de(17) sur les deux cercles (23) permettent d'y fixer le sac (26) .Fixé sur la tige (17), un tube moulé avec, est porteur des deux parties femelles (24) d'un clip recevant les parties mâles (4) reliant(17)à(2).Les deux trous femelle de ce clip seront allongés afin de permettre la rotation de la tige (2) lors du placement de la tirette (3) dans les gorges(6). fig 4.Le SAC(26)fait d'un matériaux biodégradable imperméable et souple (plastisque).De fond rectangulaire(140xl50mm)il fera, accroché à(16), 150mm de haut, plus 50mm de rabat sur les bords de (17,18,19,20) afin de toujours conserver rinstrument hors de contact avec la rue ou les déjections.
Sous le rabat, coté droit,face à l'utilisateur, une pastille autocollante avec un lien plastique(28) permet de fermer le sac(26)hermétiquement avant de le jeter.Le sac à sa fabrication est percé de quatre trous (27)qui se placeront sur les crochets (22) facilitant la mise en place et le maintien pendant l'usage.Une découpe(29)sera faite dans le rabat afin que le sac(26)se place de chaque coté de la tige (2 reliée à 24).
Aisé à utiliser,léger et peu coûteux l'invention est une solution pratique au problème posé par nos amis canins pour l'hygiène, partout où ils sont.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
-1-Collecteur de déchets canins,caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les éléments suivants: une poignée(9),du même matériaux que le manches- plastique ,pvc biodégradable) creuse permettant de contenir un sac de secours,cette poignée,l'empreinte des doigts moulée sur une face,s'ouvre et se - ferme à sa partie supérieure par clapet(13);la poignée s'adaptera au manche par des clips fixés à la tige (1-dite: le manche) ,cette tige(l-dite: le manche) contient une fente(5)se terminant par deux gorges(6)permettant à la tirette(3) de s'y déplacer et de s'y bloquer, dans les gorges;à l'extrémité opposée à la poignée,des clips fixeront la tige(l dite :1e manche)au cadre(16) ;le manche - (l)creux,contient une tige (2) qui rattachée elle aussi par des clips à la partie mobile du cadre(16)(en 24etl7) permet de faire avancer et reculer cette partie (17) grâce à la tirette fixée sur cette tige (2) qui glissera dans la fente(5) ; le manche(l)et la tige(2) sont solidaires du cadre (16) dont la partie mobile (17)coulissant sur les cotés (18 et 20) du cadre,ouvriront et fermeront à - volonté celui-ci,qui,recevant un sac(26)fixé au cadre par quatre crochets en forme de "T"(22) s'ouvrira et se fermera à volonté avec le mouvement du cadre.
- 2- Collecteur selon la revendication-1- caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un anneau ouvrant(lθ), fixé sur la partie opposée aux doigts, moulés sur la poignée(9)et un ruban de Velcro(8) d'une longueur suffisante pour entourer de - de façon stable n'importe quel modèle de laisse, fixé lui, sur la tige
(l-dite:le manche) à environ 400 mm de la poignée; maintenant la laisse,dans l'anneau et le Velcro permettra ainsi de tenir le collecteur d'une seule main si désiré.
-3- Collecteur selon la revendication -1- ou -2-caractérisé en ce qu'il est - démontable en trois parties: la poignée(9),le manche(l) et le cadre ( 16) le tout étant fixé par des clips.
-4- Collecteur selon l'une des revendications -là 3- caractérisé par le sac (26) d'un matériaux biodégradable,imperméable et souple (plastique)de fond rectangulairede 140 mm x 150mm et de 150mm de haut,il comporte en plus, - un rabat de 50 mm lui permettant une fois placé sur le cadre d'éviter tout contact avec le sol ou les déjections et le collecteur,quatre trous préformés juste à la limite du rabat permettent de fixer le sac au cadre sur les crochets en "T" (22);sur le sac, sous le rabat face au manche une pastille auto-collante avec un lien plastique (28) permet de fermer le sac avant de le jeter,d'autre part,une découpe(29) est faite dans le - rabat afin que celui ci se place de chaque coté de la tige (2) reliée à la partie mobile (17)parle clip(24).
