Description

  • L'invention est destinée à recueillir de façon pratique et hygiénique les déjections canines, permettant ainsi de promener les chiens n'importe où, sans avoir à se baisser pour : pousser, balayer ou ramasser les déchets canins. Le principe étant de collecter les déjections au moment ou elles sont émises par le chien au lieu de laisser celles-ci polluer les rues. L'instrument est léger, résistant, démontable et peu coûteux.
  • Le document US 4,360,229 décrit un collecteur de déjections canines, comprenant un manche creux et une tige coulissante dans le manche. La tige est prolongée par un cadre rectangulaire présentant une première cale pour bloquer un bord d'un sac, et le manche est prolongé par un bras muni d'une seconde cale pour bloquer un autre bord du sac. La seconde cale peut être déplacée vers la première en glissant sur le cadre rectangulaire. Cependant, le sac placé entre les deux cales peut gêner leur mouvement en se coinçant entre la seconde cale et le cadre.
  • Description de l'invention, qui se compose de quatre éléments séparés (1,9, 16,26 suivant figs : 1, 2,3, 4) réunis ensemble pour former l'instrument.
  • Fig 1. Le MANCHE (1) : creux, d'un diamètre de 15mm (peut être de taille inférieure éventuellement) d'un matériaux (genre plastique, pvc) léger, résistant, rigide et biodégradable, contient une première tige (2) moulée en une seule pièce (A et B). A une extrémité (A), une partie de cinq centimètres de long et de 14 mm de haut sert de piston actionné par une tirette (3) vissée dans ce piston et se mouvant dans une fente (5) du manche (1). A l'autre extrémité de la première tige (2) deux parties mâles de clip y sont fixées (4 fig 1) qui seront reliées à la partie femelle du clip (24, fig 3) permettant à la seconde tige (17 fig 3) de se mouvoir sur le cadre (16 fig 3). La fente (5) dans le manche (1 fig 1) de cent cinquante millimètres de long et cinq de large se terminant aux deux extrémités par une gorge (6) qui permettra de bloquer dans la position ouvert ou fermé la seconde tige (17 fig 3).
  • La tirette (3) vissée dans le piston (A) coulisse le long de la fente (5) permettant à la première tige (2) qui lui est fixée de mouvoir la seconde tige (17 fig 3). Le piston du même matériaux que l'ensemble est d'un diamètre qui lui permet de coulisser dans le manche (1) sans frottements. Aux deux extrémités du manche (1) placés à vingt millimètres du bout deux parties mâles d'un clip sont fixées (7). L'invention permet aussi de pouvoir être utilisée d'une seule main l'instrument étant rendu solidaire de la laisse par deux fixations. L'une (8) sur le manche (1) à quatre cents millimètres de l'extrémité coté piston de la première tige (1). Elle se compose d'un ruban de Velcro d'une longueur suffisante pour entourer de façon stable n'importe quel modèle de laisse existant dans le commerce. L'autre fixation (10 fig 2), un anneau, s'ouvrant et se fermant par une simple pression, s'attachera à la poignée de la laisse, qui sera alors solidaire de la poignée (9 fig 2). Les éléments de la fig 1 (2 et 3) sont démontables et changeables ainsi que le manche (1) permettant le remplacement d'une pièce sans devoir changer tout l'instrument.
  • Fig 2. La POIGNEE (9) du même matériaux que le manche (1 fig 1), fait treize cm de long, 4 cm de diamètre. L'empreinte des doigts, moulée sur une face, afin d'assurer une bonne prise. L'anneau (10 fig 2) sera fixé sur la face opposée
  • La poignée, creuse, a un fond placé à 100 millimètres, les 30 mm restants recevant la partie femelle du clip (11) qui s'adaptera au manche (1 fig 1). La partie creuse recevra un sac (12) de secours. Dans sa partie supérieure la poignée fermera par un clapet (13) se mouvant sur une charnière (14) se fermant par un clip (15). La poignée (9) est elle aussi remplaçable.
  • Fig 3. Le CADRE (16) du même matériaux que le manche (1) est formé d'une seule pièce (18,19, 20,21) de dix millimètres de diamètre, formant un carré de cent soixante dix mm de coté extérieur se terminant par un coude de 30 mm de long recevant la partie femelle (25) du clip le reliant au manche (1 fig 1) L'espace entre les deux parties femelles permettant de cliper sur le manche (1) sans effort et sans jeu. La seconde tige (17) du même diamètre que le cadre (16) coulisse sur les branches (18 et 20) par deux cercles (23) du même matériaux que le cadre (16) et fixés à chaque extrémité de la seconde tige (17) par des rivets fermant un collier solidaire du cercle. Les deux cercles (23) sont chacun surmontés de un des quatre crochets (22). Lorsque la première tige (2) est actionnée par la tirette (3) elle ouvre et ferme le rectangle (17, 18, 19, 20) ouvrant et fermant le sac (26) se trouvant placé à l'intérieur de ce rectangle.
  • L'espace libre pour le sac à l'intérieur entre la seconde tige (17) et la branche du cadre (19) est de140mm. Celui entre les deux branches du cadre (18 et 20) est de 150mm. Quatre petits crochets en forme de "T" à la tête arrondie (22) vissés verticalement, 2 sur les extrémités de la branche (19) et 2 aux extrémités de la seconde tige (17) sur les deux cercles (23) permettent d'y fixer le sac (26). Fixé sur la seconde tige (17), un tube moulé avec, est porteur des deux parties femelles (24) d'un clip recevant les parties mâles (4) reliant la seconde tige (17) à la première tige (2). Les deux trous femelles de ce clip seront allongés afin de permettre la rotation de la première tige (2) lors du placement de la tirette (3) dans les gorges (6).
  • Fig 4. Le SAC (26) fait d'un matériau biodégradable imperméable et souple (plastique). De fond rectangulaire (140 x 150mm) il fera, accroché au cadre (16) 150mm de haut, plus 50mm de rabat sur les bords de (17,18, 19,20) afin de toujours conserver l'instrument hors de contact avec la rue ou les déjections.
  • Sous le rabat, coté droit, face à l'utilisateur, une pastille autocollante avec un lien plastique (28) permet de fermer le sac (26) hermétiquement avant de le jeter. Le sac à sa fabrication est percé de quatre trous (27) qui se placeront sur les crochets (22) facilitant la mise en place et le maintien pendant l'usage. Une découpe (29) sera faite dans le rabat afin que le sac (26) se place de chaque coté de la première tige (2 reliée à 24).
  • Aisé à utiliser, léger et peu coûteux l'invention est une solution pratique au problème posé par nos amis canins pour l'hygiène, partout où ils sont.

Claims (9)

  1. Collecteur de déjections canines, comprenant un manche creux (1) avec une poignée (9) fixée à une première extrémité du manche (1), une première tige (2) montée coulissante à l'intérieur du manche (1) et qui fait saillie à une seconde extrémité du manche (1), un cadre rectangulaire (16) et un sac (26) fixé sur le cadre (16), caractérisé en ce que :
    - le cadre (16) est fixé de manière démontable à la seconde extrémité du manche (1),
    - la première tige (2) est fixée de manière démontable à une seconde tige (17) montée coulissante sur des branches (18-20) du cadre (16) par deux cercles (23) fixés aux extrémités de la seconde tige (17), et qui est actionnable par une tirette de commande (3) fixée sur la première tige (2) et faisant saillie par une fente (5) du manche ; et en ce que
    - le sac (26) est fixé, en outre, sur la seconde tige (17), de manière à être ouvert ou fermé suivant la position de la seconde tige (17) par rapport au cadre (16) qui est commandée par la première tige (2)
  2. Collecteur de déjections canines selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens de fixation sont des clips (4-24, 7-25).
  3. Collecteur de déjections canines selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la fente (5) du manche (1) présente à chaque extrémité une gorge (6) pour bloquer la première tige (2) dans une position correspondant au sac (26) ouvert et dans une position correspondant au sac (26) fermé.
  4. Collecteur de déjections canines selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le sac (26) est percé de trous (27) recevant des crochets (22) pour le fixer au cadre (16).
  5. Collecteur de déjetions canines selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le sac (26) comprend une pastille autocollante (28) pour fermer le sac (26) avant de le jeter.
  6. Collecteur de déjections canines selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la poignée (9) est creuse pour y loger au moins un sac de rechange (12).
  7. Collecteur de déjections canines selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel des moyens de fixation (8, 10) sont prévus pour fixer le collecteur à une laisse.
  8. Collecteur de déjections canines selon la revendication 7, dans lequel deux moyens de fixation sont prévus, l'un constitué par une bande VELCRO (8) fixé sur le manche (1) et l'autre constitué par un anneau (10) fixé sur la poignée (9).
  9. Collecteur de déjections canines selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ses éléments constitutifs sont réalisés en un matériau biodégradable.
