Abstract

Eine Fußmatte mit mehreren parallel zueinander ausgerichteten Bürstenprofilstreifen (1), die jeweils eine Vielzahl von quer zur Längsrichtung (7) der Bürstenprofilstreifen (1) ausgerichteten Reihen (5) von Borstenbündeln (6) tragen, ist erfindungsgemäß so ausgestaltet, daß benachbarte Reihen (5) von Borstenbündeln (6) quer zur Längsrichtung (7) der Bürstenprofilstreifen (1) um etwa einen halben Abstand (A) zweier Borstenbündel (6) einer Reihe (5) versetzt angeordnet sind. Zwischen jeder Reihe (5) von Borstenbündeln (6) verbleibt dabei jeweils ein sich quer zur Längsrichtung (7) der Bürstenprofilstreifen (1) geradlinig erstreckender nicht von Borstenbündeln (6) durchsetzter Bereich. Bevorzugt unterscheidet sich die Anzahl der Borstenbündel (6) benachbarter Reihen (5) jeweils um eines. Jede Reihe (5) sollte mindestens drei Borstenbündel (6) aufweisen.
