Claims (12)
- Procédé d'usinage de pièces d'oeuvre en forme de plaques, en bois, en matériaux du genre du bois, de matériaux de substitution au bois, de matière synthétique ou analogues, comprenant les étapes suivantes :c) déplacement commun d'une unité d'usinage (8) et d'un dispositif de préhension (9) couplé à celle-ci, sur une première zone d'usinage (3),d) activation de l'unité d'usinage déplacée sur la zone d'usinage et découpage de la plaque dans la première zone d'usinage, en un ou plusieurs flans bruts,e) activation du dispositif de préhension et réception d'un flan brut, ainsi que dépose de ce flan brut sur une deuxième zone d'usinage (4),f) activation de l'unité d'usinage (8), déplacée conjointement avec le dispositif de préhension (9) sur la deuxième zone d'usinage (4), et usinage chaque fois du flan brut déposé, sur la deuxième zone d'usinage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, avant l'étape c), sont effectuées les étapes suivantes :a) déplacement conjoint d'une unité d'usinage et d'un dispositif de préhension couplé à celle-ci, sur une première zone d'empilement de plaques (2),b) activation du dispositif de préhension et réception d'une plaque venant de la zone d'empilement de plaques, ainsi que dépose de la plaque sur une première zone d'usinage (3), et en ce que, après l'étape f), sont effectuées les étapes suivantes :g) activation du dispositif de préhension et réception de la pièce d'oeuvre usinée venant de la deuxième zone d'usinage, ainsi que dépose sur une zone de dépose (5),h) répétition des étapes de procédé e) à h) jusqu'à ce que tous les flans bruts aient été usinés.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement conjoint de l'unité d'usinage et du dispositif de préhension couplé à celle-ci s'effectue selon un axe X.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement du dispositif de préhension et celui de l'unité d'usinage s'effectue selon un axe Y, indépendamment de chaque autre.
- Centre d'usinage pour l'usinage de pièces d'oeuvre en forme de plaques, en bois, en matériaux du genre du bois, en matériaux de substitution au bois, en matière synthétique ou analogue,- avec au moins deux zones d'usinage (3, 4) pour les pièces d'oeuvre, qui sont équipées de dispositifs de bridage, pour les pièces d'oeuvre,- au moins une unité d'usinage (8) couvrant les zones d'usinage (3, 4), équipée d'au moins une broche de travail, dans laquelle des outils d'usinage et/ou des groupes d'usinage sont susceptibles d'être remplacés,- un dispositif de déplacement, à l'aide duquel l'unité d'usinage (8) est monté de façon déplaçable sur au moins deux axes (X et Y), où- un dispositif de préhension (9) est prévu pour les pièces d'oeuvre en forme de plaques, et- l'unité d'usinage (8) et le dispositif de préhension (9) sont intégrés dans le centre d'usinage et sont déplaçables au moins selon un axe (X), conjointement, par l'intermédiaire du dispositif de déplacement,caractérisé en ce que
la première zone d'usinage (3) est aménagée pour le découpage en flans bruts, la deuxième zone d'usinage (4) est aménagée pour accomplissement d'un usinage complet, et le dispositif de préhension (9) est aménagé pour transport du flan respectif, de la première zone d'usinage à la deuxième zone d'usinage, et
en ce que, pour l'unité d'usinage (8), sont prévus un dispositif de commande présentant un programme de découpage, ainsi qu'également un programme d'usinage et, pour le dispositif de préhension (9), un dispositif de manipulation programmable. - Centre d'usinage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que,- en observant dans la direction d'usinage, en amont de la première zone d'usinage (3), est installée une zone d'empilement de plaques (2) et, en aval de la deuxième ou dernière zone d'usinage (4), est installée une zone de dépose (5), et- en ce que la course de déplacement du dispositif de déplacement est telle que le dispositif de préhension (9) est déplaçable sur la zone d'empilement de plaques (2) installée en amont et la zone de dépose (5) installée en aval.
- Centre d'usinage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de traitement (8) et le dispositif de préhension (9) sont montés sur une poutre de guidage (7) s'étendant sensiblement horizontalement et déplaçable dans un sens et dans l'autre horizontalement, transversalement à sa direction d'étendue.
- Centre d'usinage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la poutre d'usinage (7) s'étend dans la direction Y.
- Centre d'usinage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'usinage (8) est montée de façon déplaçable dans un sens et dans l'autre sur un premier côté de la poutre de guidage (7) et le dispositif de préhension (9) l'est sur l'autre côté de la poutre de guidage (7).
- Centre d'usinage selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de préhension (9) est réalisé sous la forme de dispositif mécanique.
- Centre d'usinage selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de préhension (9) est réalisé sous la forme de dispositif pneumatique:
- Centre d'usinage selon l'une des revendications 6 à 11 précédentes, avec une poutre de guidage (7) réalisée sous forme de bras en porte-à-faux s'étendant dans la direction Y, sur un côté de laquelle l'unité d'usinage (8) et, sur l'autre côté de laquelle, le dispositif de préhension (9) sont chacun montés de façon déplaçable dans la direction Y, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, le bras en porte-à-faux étant monté de façon déplaçable dans la direction X le long d'une base de machine (1) allongée, où le long de la base de machine, côté amenée (11), est disposée une zone d'empilement de plaques (2), suite à celle-ci une première zone d'usinage (3), suite à celle-ci une deuxième zone d'usinage (4) et côté évacuation (13) une zone de dépose (5), toutes les unes derrière les autres dans la direction X.
