Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bodentürschließer mit einem Gehäuse zur Aufnahme eines Schließmechanismusses, wobei das Gehäuse von einem Gehäusedeckel abgedeckt ist, der eine eine Tür oder dergleichen tragende Achse des Schließmechanismusses lagert.
- Solche Bodentürschließer sind hinlänglich bekannt. Sie weisen ein Gehäuse auf, in dem der eigentliche Schließmechanismus des Türschließers untergebracht ist. Aus dem Gehäuse erstreckt sich eine Achse nach außen, welche eine zu betätigende Tür oder dergleichen lagert. Das Gehäuse ist mit einem Gehäusedeckel verschließbar, welcher vorzugsweise über Schrauben mit dem Gehäuse verbindbar ist und welcher die Achse lagert. Ein solcher Gehäusedeckel ist z. B. in der
DE 295 01 929.8 U1 sowie in derUS 2 085 593 dargestellt. - Eine allgemeine Forderung bei der Ausbildung von Bodentürschließem besteht darin, dass das Gehäuse möglichst flach ausgebildet sein soll. Um diese Forderung zu erfüllen, wird ein Bodentürschüeßer mit zwei Federn verwendet. Dies wiederum bedingt jedoch, dass für die Achse, welche die Tür oder dergleichen lagert, in dem Bodentürschließer ein größeres Loch in dem Gehäusedeckel vorgesehen sein muss. Dadurch nimmt die Steifigkeit des Gehäusedeckels als Ganzes ab und es kann durch Verformungen des Gehäusedeckels zu Problemen beim Betrieb des Bodentürschließers kommen.
- Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Bodentürschließer zu schaffen, der trotz einer flachen Bauweise einen problemlosen Betrieb gewährleistet.
- Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Bodentürschließer der eingangs erläuterten Art durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
- Durch die erfindungsgemäßen Versteifungsschultern wird gewährleistet, dass sich der Gehäusedeckel auch bei einer relativ flachen Ausgestaltung nicht verformt, so dass jederzeit ein problemloser Betrieb der Tür oder dergleichen möglich ist.
- Die Unteransprüche stellen weitere Ausgestaltungen des erfindungsgemäßen Gegenstandes dar.
- Insbesondere, wenn nach einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung eine Versteifungsschulter an der Stirnseite und je eine weitere Versteifungsschulter an den Querseiten vorgesehen ist, ergibt sich eine besonders verformungsarme Ausgestaltung des Gehäusedeckels.
- Der erfindungsgemäße Gegenstand wird anhand eines beispielhaft aufgeführten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert.

Figur 3 von oben. - In den Figuren ist von dem gesamten Bodentürschließer lediglich ein hier interessierender Gehäusedeckel 1 dargestellt.
- In
Figur 3 ist eine Ansicht des Gehäusedeckels 1a von unten gezeigt. Der gleiche Gehäusedeckel 1a ist inFigur 5 in einer Ansicht von oben und inFigur 4 in einer Ansicht aus Richtung des Pfeiles X inFigur 3 dargestellt. - Der Gehäusedeckel 1a ist in herkömmlicher Weise mit Schraubenlöchern a' bis e' versehen, in welche Schrauben zur Verbindung des Gehäusedeckels 1a mit einem nicht dargestellten Gehäuse eines Bodentürschließers eingesetzt werden können.
- Wie man aus den Figuren erkennt, sind von der Unterseite des Gehäusedeckels 1a vorstehende Versteifungsschultern 2, 3 vorgesehen.
- Eine der Versteifungsschultern 2, 3, nämlich die Versteifungsschulter 2, ist bündig mit einer Stirnseite des Gehäusedeckels 1a ausgebildet und verläuft mittig zu einer Längsmittelachse L des Gehäusedeckels 1 a. Sie hat einen geradlinigen Verlauf und erstreckt sich im Wesentlichen rechtwinkelig zur Längsmittelachse L.
- Die beiden anderen Versteifungsschultern 3 sind jeweils an den Querseiten des Gehäusedeckels 1a vorgesehen. Sie werden von einer Quermittelachse Q des Gehäusedeckels 1a durchschnitten und verlaufen nicht geradlinig wie die Versteifungsschulter 2, sondern sind mit einem Knick versehen.
- Anstelle des dargestellten Knicks können die Versteifungsschultern 3 auch z. B. gekrümmt ausgebildet sein.
- Die an den Querseiten des Gehäusedeckels 1a vorgesehenen Versteifungsschultem 3 sind an Vorsprüngen 4 ausgebildet, welche sich in der Ebene des Gehäusedeckels 1a in Richtung der Quermittelachse Q nach außen erstrecken. Die Versteifungsschultern 3 verlaufen auch hier bündig mit der Außenkante der Vorsprünge.
- Es versteht sich, dass die Versteifungsschultern an beliebigen Stellen des Gehäusedeckels 1a angeordnet sein können. Dabei kann die Anordnung symmetrisch oder asymmetrisch zu den Achsen Q und/oder L ausgeführt werden. Ebenfalls ist die Form nicht an eine bestimmte Gestaltung gebunden.

Claims (8)
- Bodentürschließer mit einem Gehäuse zur Aufnahme eines Schließmechanismusses und mit einem Gehäusedeckel (1a), wobei das Gehäuse von dem Gehäusedecket (1a) abgedeckt ist, der eine eine Tür oder dergleichen tragende Achse des Schließmechanismusses lagert, wobei der Gehäusedeckel (1a) an dem Randbereich an zwei gegenüberliegenden Querseiten zwei Versteifungsschultern (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an den Querseiten vorgesehenen Versteifungsschultern (3) an Vorsprüngen (4) vorgesehen sind, die seitlich über den Gehäusedeckel (1a) überstehen.
- Bodentürschließer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine weitere Versteifungsschulter (2) an einer Stirnseite des Gehäusedeckels (1a) vorgesehen ist und bündig mit ihr abschließt.
- Bodentürschließer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an der Stirnseite vorgesehene Versteifungsschulter (2) mittig zu einer Längsmittelachse (L) des Gehäusedeckels (1a) angeordnet ist.
- Bodentürschließer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Quermittelachse (Q) des Gehäusedeckels (1 a) durch die an den Querseiten vorgesehenen Versteifungsschultern (3) hindurchgeht.
- Bodentürschließer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Vorsprünge (4) und die Länge der Versteifungsschultern (3) gleich ist.
- Bodentürschließer nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an der Stirnseite vorgesehene Versteifungsschulter (2) einen geradlinigen Verlauf aufweist.
- Bodentürschließer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an den Querseiten vorgesehenen Versteifungsschultern (3) einen nicht geradlinigen Verlauf aufweisen, insbesondere mit einem Knick versehen oder gekrümmt sind.
- Bodentürschließer nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche Versteifungsschultern (2, 3) im montierten Zustand des Gehäusedeckels (1a) in das Gehäuse hineinragen.
