Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de sachets d'emballage en film ou similaire pour des produits en vrac ou des matériaux fibreux, en particulier pour une mesure de tabac (11) remplissant l'emballage, constitués d'une paroi avant (13) et d'une paroi arrière (14) connectées l'une à l'autre au niveau d'au moins trois côtés, qui délimitent une ouverture de sachet (supérieure) (19) dans laquelle au moins deux rubans de fermeture coopérant pour fermer l'ouverture du sachet (19) sont réalisés sur la paroi avant (13) d'une part et sur la paroi arrière (14) d'autre part,
    caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) sur un côté tourné vers le haut d'une bande continue (32) en film ou similaire sont appliquées des pièces (de fermeture) (33, 34) se suivant dans le sens du déplacement de la bande, à distance les unes des autres, en particulier après la séparation d'un ruban continu (35),
    b) les pièces (de fermeture) (33, 34) sont connectées à la bande (32) par scellage thermique ou par collage,
    c) ensuite, un ruban de bord de la bande (32) est replié pour former la paroi avant (13) et la paroi arrière (14), les pièces (33, 34) associées l'une à l'autre du ruban de fermeture étant appliquées l'une contre l'autre,
    d) dans la région d'espaces entre des pièces (de fermeture) (33, 34) successives est appliqué dans chaque cas un cordon de scellage orienté transversalement,
    e) dans la région du cordon de scellage est ensuite appliquée une portion de coupure de séparation orientée transversalement pour séparer des sachets pourvus de cordons latéraux (15, 16),
    f) ensuite une mesure de tabac (11) est introduite par le biais de l'ouverture de sachet (19), et
    g) l'ouverture de sachet (19) est ensuite fermée au moyen des pièces (de fermeture) (33, 34).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux pièces (de fermeture) (33, 34) coopérantes sont séparées simultanément à chaque fois de deux rubans séparés (35) et sont appliquées simultanément à distance l'une de l'autre sur la bande (32) et sont connectées à celle-ci.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un deuxième moyen de fermeture pour l'ouverture de sachet (19), en particulier un cordon de scellage desserrable (24), est appliqué sur la bande (32), en particulier avant l'application de pièces (33, 34), de préférence sous forme de ruban de scellage continu (25) pour former un cordon de scellage Peel Seal (24), les rubans de scellage (25) étant connectés les uns aux autres par chaleur et pression pour former le cordon de scellage (24) après la fabrication et le remplissage.
  4. Dispositif de fabrication de sachets d'emballage en film ou similaire pour des produits en vrac ou des matériaux fibreux, en particulier pour une mesure de tabac (11) remplissant l'emballage, constitués d'une paroi avant (13) et d'une paroi arrière (14) connectées l'une à l'autre au niveau de trois côtés, qui délimitent une ouverture de sachet (supérieure) (19), et présentant dans la région de l'ouverture de sachet (19) un organe de fermeture constitué de rubans de fermeture réalisés d'une part sur la paroi avant (13) et d'autre part sur la paroi arrière (14), les rubans de fermeture étant appliqués et connectés sur une bande continue (32) pour fabriquer les sachets d'emballage, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) au moins un ruban continu (35) pour la formation de portions des rubans de fermeture peut être acheminé à un rouleau de transfert ou de coupe (37) tournant de préférence en continu,
    b) le ruban (35) peut être appliqué sur la périphérie du rouleau de transfert ou de coupe (37) et être transporté par celui-ci,
    c) pendant le mouvement de rotation du rouleau de transfert ou de coupe (37), un ruban de fermeture ou une pièce (de fermeture) (33, 34) peut être séparé du ruban (35),
    d) le ruban de fermeture ou la pièce (de fermeture) (33, 34) peut être appliqué par le rouleau de transfert ou de coupe (37) sur la bande (32) transportée de préférence sous le rouleau de transfert ou de coupe (37).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité constituée de la bande (32) et des rubans de fermeture disposés précisément en position ou des pièces (de fermeture) (33, 34) peut être acheminée à la suite du rouleau de transfert ou de coupe (37) à un rouleau de chauffage (40) disposé immédiatement à côté, qui présente des organes de chauffage, en particulier des barres de chauffage (44, 45) ou des éléments chauffants (48) dans la région des rubans de fermeture ou des pièces (de fermeture) (33, 34), un organe de pression extérieur, notamment une langue de pression entraînée (42) s'appliquant sous pression depuis l'extérieur contre la bande (32) ou contre les pièces (de fermeture) (33, 34) situées à l'extérieur.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5,
    caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de coupe (37) et le rouleau de chauffage (40) sont disposés à faible distance l'un de l'autre, de telle sorte que la bande (32) pourvue des pièces (de fermeture) (33, 34) puisse être transférée de l'enveloppe du rouleau de coupe (37) à la périphérie du rouleau de chauffage (40).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas de pièces (de fermeture) (33, 34) avec un revêtement autocollant ou activable sans pression, les pièces (de fermeture) (33, 34) séparées par le ruban (35) peuvent être transférées du rouleau de coupe (37) directement à la bande (32).
