Claims (10)
- Instandhaltungsvorrichtung zur Instandhaltung einer Wand eines Gebäudes, umfassend:- ein Manövriermodul (4), das mit Mitteln (7) für seine Halterung an einer fest mit dem Gebäude verbundenen Schiene versehen ist, die dazu geeignet sind, eine Verschiebung des Manövriermoduls entlang der Schiene zu gestatten,- ein Instandhaltungsmodul (5), das am Manövriermodul über Verbindungsmittel (6) aufgehängt ist, die eine Verschiebung des Instandhaltungsmoduls auf mindestens einem Teil der Oberfläche der Wand gestatten,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungsmittel (7) dazu geeignet sind, das Manövriermodul (4) an einer rohrförmigen Kopplungsstruktur (3) zu halten, die ein Rohr umfasst, das von der Wand des Gebäudes derart absteht, dass das Rohr eine Schiene für die Instandhaltungsvorrichtung bildet, wobei das Manövriermodul ferner Mittel (17) für seine Anlage an dem Gebäude umfasst, die eine Verschiebung des Manövriermoduls entlang des Rohres zulassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Halterungsmittel mindestens zwei obere Rollen (8) umfassen, die schwenkbar an dem Manövriermodul gelagert sind und mit einem oberen Abschnitt des Rohres der rohrförmigen Kopplungsstruktur (3) derart in Kontakt kommen, dass die oberen Rollen das Manövriermodul am Rohr aufhängen, während sie gleichzeitig ein Rollen des Manövriermoduls entlang des Rohres gestatten.
- Instandhaltungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei eine der oberen Rollen (8) über eine Antriebswelle (11) mit einem Motor (12) verbunden ist, wobei diese obere Rolle über einen Riemen (13) mit weiteren oberen Rollen verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Halterungsmittel Verriegelungsmittel (14) umfassen, die mit einem unteren Abschnitt des Rohres der rohrförmigen Kopplungsstruktur (3) in Eingriff kommen und ein Abkuppeln des Manövriermoduls (4) verhindern können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel (14) mindestens eine verstellbare untere Rolle (16) umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Anlagemittel zur Anlage des Manövriermoduls an dem Gebäude mindestens ein Rad (17) umfassen, das in einer Verschiebungsrichtung des Manövriermoduls entlang des Rohres angeordnet ist und mit der Wand des Gebäudes in Kontakt kommt.
- Instandhaltungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Verbindungsmittel mindestens zwei Gurte (18) umfassen, die einerseits mit einer Aufrollvorrichtung (19) und andererseits mit einer Verbindungsplatte (20) verbunden sind, die sich senkrecht zu einer Ebene erstreckt, die beim Aufrollen und Abrollen der Gurte von den Gurten begrenzt wird.
- Instandhaltungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Verbindungsplatte (20) Befestigungsmittel (21) zur Befestigung mit dem Instandhaltungsmodul (5) umfasst, die das Ankuppeln und Abkuppeln zwischen dem Manövriermodul (4) und dem Instandhaltungsmodul (5) gestatten.
- Instandhaltungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Instandhaltungsmodul (5) Räder umfasst, die an Zapfen (22) derart gelagert sind, dass ihre Ausrichtung der auf das Instandhaltungsmodul (5) ausgeübten Verschiebungskraft entspricht.
- Instandhaltungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Instandhaltungsmodul (5) Mittel zum Sprühen von Dampf umfasst, die das Instandhalten der Wand (2) ermöglichen.
