Definitions
- the invention relates to an electric door opener that can be remotely controlled by an electrical signal, which is provided in a recess within a fixed door frame in opposition to and for functional interaction with a door lock arranged in a pivotable door leaf and which has a door opener latch which can be pivoted and locked about a vertical axis Has stop bar which overlaps a latch bolt of the door lock in the closed position of the pivotable door and whose locking can be released by electromagnetic forces as a result of an input electrical signal.
- Remote-controlled electric door openers which have a door opener latch with a stop bar which can be pivoted about a vertical axis, the pivotable door opener latch being kept in the closed position by the force of a spring and locked in this by mechanical means.
- the remote-controlled electric door opener installed in the door frame is in opposition to the door lock provided in the pivoting door leaf.
- the latch bolt is held in the closed position by the stop bar connected to the swiveling door opener latch.
- the stop bar of the electric door opener connected to the door opener latch takes on the function of the latch hole in the striking plate of a striking plate normally provided in the door frame instead of an electric door opener without an electric door opener.
- the stop bar connected to the door opener latch extends over the entire width of the latch bolt. If the stop bar connected to the door opener latch is released, ie if it can move easily rotatable about the vertical axis, the latch bolt of the door lock is released and the closed door can be opened.
- the known remote-controlled electric door openers have a housing within which the function-related actuating devices and locking devices for the door opener latch are arranged.
- the stop bar connected to the door opener latch extends slightly in the direction of the door lock over the faceplate to which the door opener housing is connected, the faceplate serving to fasten the door opener in a fixed door frame or door frame.
- the door opener latch of an electric door opener is used.
- this nose engages with a recess provided in a locking lever called a change.
- the locking lever referred to as a change is designed as a one-sided lever and is fixed in this position by means of an inner tie rod.
- a spring-loaded outer tie rod, which has a common pivot axis with the inner tie rod, is still in the idle state in engagement with a locking lever and locks the inner tie rod.
- This locking lever is designed as a one-sided lever and has a common change axis with the change.
- This locking lever is biased by a compression spring, which is supported against a housing wall.
- a compression spring which is supported against a housing wall.
- a locking mechanism for an electric door opener is disclosed in WO 96/26340 AI, with which the locking and release of a door opener latch executing a pivoting movement is effected in a door opener.
- the switching element of the locking mechanism can be actuated mechanically and has defects which consist in the fact that the door opener latch cannot be released when it is loaded, or a large force is required to release it, which is why an electric motor for actuation and release the locking gear is provided.
- the construction effort for this electric door opener is very large.
- an electric door opener with a linearly closed and closed slidably arranged latch element become known.
- sliding elements are provided for resistance-free movement, which are provided with rollers and / or balls. This solution is complex and prone to failure when the door opener is used improperly.
- the locking of the door opener latch is released by means of an electromagnetic drive using a kinematic transmission with a kinematic chain in the form of a locking drive, the kinematic transmission designed as a locking drive being designed with a force / form fit between two links of the kinematic chain, and locked Condition of the door opener is a closed kinematic chain and in the unlocked state there is an open kinematic chain and that the locking drive consists of a spring-loaded switching element provided with an electromagnetic drive and a positive articulated connection between at least one locking element connected to the door release latch pivotably arranged in the housing and one has switching cams connected to the switching element.
- the aim of the invention is on the one hand to increase the functional safety and on the other hand to increase the safety of an electromagnetically operated door opener compared to the violent opening of a pivotable door, the door lock of which is held in the closed position by means of an electric door opener arranged in the door frame.
- the invention has for its object to develop an electromagnetically actuated switching drive for locking and releasing the possibility of movement of the door opener latch for an electric door opener in which the door release latch under force must be easy to operate.
- this object is achieved in that at least one kinematic gearbox, which is / is designed as a thrust drive (s) with a non-return lock, is / are used to control the release and blocking of the possibility of movement of a pivotally mounted door release latch which is provided with a degree of freedom is / are, namely in the version as a locking drive (s) with thrust member and locking member.
- the thrust member has been designed to be a switching element that is electromagnetically driven against a spring force, and the thrust member has been designed as a locking member with a positive locking, the locking member being under spring force, and furthermore solved by the technical teaching disclosed in the claims.
- the invention will be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment.
- the accompanying drawing is / are used to control the release and blocking of the possibility of movement of a pivotally mounted door release latch which is provided with a degree of freedom is / are, namely in the version as a locking drive (s) with thrust member and locking member.
- the thrust member has been designed to be
